Why do you need a different coin mech?

When you add $5 bill acceptance you need additional coin capacity so as not to run out of coins. In a traditional three tube coin mech you only have one tube of quarters. A four tube, five tube or high capacity hopper mech gives added tube capacity for $5 acceptance
