Q - When do I need a lift gate? A - Do you have a dock or forklift? If the answer is NO, Then you need a lift gate.

A liftgate will bring the machine from the over the road truck down to ground level.

PLEASE NOTE: LIFTGATE DELIVERIES RESULT IN 89.2% OF ALL DAMAGED ITEMS, DUE TO THE INTERLINE CARRIERS. ONLY USE LIFT GATE DELIVERY IF IT IS NECESSARY.

DOCK TO DOCK DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS IS THE SAFEST OPTION. LIFT GATE DELIVERIES CAN BE SAFE IF YOU USE A DIRECT CARRIER. If you require a lift gate please choose on of the carriers listed below that do not interline. They send machines through without using sub carriers for the lift gate delivery, so the chance of damage is greatly reduced.

Q - What are the limitations for inside delivery?

A - Please note that over the road freight companies do not provide inside delivery and that the driver WILL NOT move the machine into your building.

If you cannot move the machine inside the building yourself and need inside delivery please hire a local furniture of appliance moving company.

These type of movers can be found in most local yellow page directories.

Q - When should I choose Limited Access as a Delivery Location?

A - Limited access or residential includes but not limited to Business in a Residential Area, Storage facilities, Construction Sites, Church, Schools, Military Bases, Country Clubs, Prisons, Fairs, Carnivals, Airports, Mine Sites, Expos, Hospitals, Gyms in Recreation Centers. PLEASE NOTE; should you choose and pay for business shipping and actually have a limited access location your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.
