7UP On Ice Large Size Flavor Strip

Give a beverage selection a clear, familiar identity with this large 7UP on ice flavor strip. The printed insert is made for a vending machine display that accepts its format. It identifies the 7UP selection and includes calorie information.

Product details

  • Printed information: Includes calories
  • Size: 2 5/16 inches by 7 1/16 inches
  • SKU: NBS15SU

A recognizable beverage label

The 7UP name helps shoppers identify the lemon-lime soda selection without having to guess which product a button represents. A well-placed flavor strip can make a row of beverage choices easier to scan.

For example, a machine in office break rooms may display many beverages at once. When 7UP is stocked in a selection that uses this large insert size, the matching label can help the customer locate it. The label should always describe the actual drink offered by that selection.

  • Keep the product name aligned with the stocked selection.
  • Compare the stated dimensions with the display opening.
  • Use the printed calorie information only when it matches the beverage offered.

An on-ice presentation

The on-ice theme gives the label a cold-drink look. This is useful on a machine that presents several chilled soda choices side by side. The design serves as a visual cue, not a statement about the temperature of the drink.

For example, a machine in school staff areas may display many beverages at once.

A large-format display

This insert is intended for a large label opening. Its listed size is 2 5/16 inches by 7 1/16 inches. The opening in the machine should be checked before ordering, since different doors and display systems use different label formats.

For example, a machine in warehouse break spaces may display many beverages at once.

Clear product identification

Flavor strips help connect a selection button to the drink stocked behind it. This matters when a machine offers several clear or citrus sodas. A 7UP label gives that choice its own visible place.

For example, a machine in community centers may display many beverages at once.

Calorie information on the strip

The listing specifies a version with calories. This helps distinguish it from label designs without calorie text. The actual printed calorie value should be checked against the beverage currently stocked and any applicable labeling needs.

For example, a machine in hotel vending areas may display many beverages at once.

Suitable for a coordinated display

Matching the general size and layout of the other selection inserts can give the front of a machine a more consistent appearance. Each label still needs to match the drink assigned to its own selection.

For example, a machine in laundry facilities may display many beverages at once.

A simple replacement item

A flavor strip is a display insert rather than a mechanical vending component. Replacing a worn or outdated insert can refresh the look of a selection area without changing the machine motor, control board, or payment equipment.

For example, a machine in recreation buildings may display many beverages at once.

Useful for beverage route operators

Route operators may keep replacement labels on hand for changes in beverage assortments. This 7UP version is a specific option for a large display opening when that opening and the stocked drink match.

For example, a machine in workplace cafeterias may display many beverages at once.

Useful for a single-machine owner

A single vending machine can benefit from clear, accurate labels just as a larger route can. The goal is to make each choice easy to recognize and reduce confusion at the selection panel.

For example, a machine in shared residential spaces may display many beverages at once.

Designed around a familiar soda

7UP is widely recognized as a lemon-lime soft drink. The strip identifies that branded choice. It does not include a can or bottle, and it does not change the beverage that the machine dispenses.

For example, a machine in service waiting rooms may display many beverages at once.

Selection-panel presentation

A clean selection panel supports a more orderly customer experience. Each insert works as part of the panel, helping people move from reading the drink choices to making a selection.

For example, a machine in fitness facility lounges may display many beverages at once.

Distinct from smaller flavor strips

The word large is important in this product name. Small and medium strips may look similar in photographs but differ in dimensions. The stated measurements are the better guide for matching a label to an opening.

For example, a machine in transportation waiting areas may display many beverages at once.

An easy-to-read beverage choice

A dedicated 7UP label is especially helpful when multiple soft drinks share the same display area. Customers can find the lemon-lime option without relying only on the order of the buttons.

For example, a machine in employee rest areas may display many beverages at once.

For machines with compatible holders

The label is intended for a compatible display holder or window. The listing does not establish compatibility with every vending machine brand or model. Measure the existing strip and compare the mounting area before selecting a replacement.

For example, a machine in visitor refreshment areas may display many beverages at once.

A product-focused visual update

An updated flavor label can improve the look of a machine front when the old label is faded, missing, or no longer accurate. It is a small display part with a clear customer-facing purpose.

For example, a machine in indoor vending alcoves may display many beverages at once.

Part of a complete beverage lineup

In a machine that carries cola, citrus soda, water, and other drinks, a separate flavor strip for each selection makes the lineup easier to understand. The 7UP strip fills the role of identifying the 7UP selection.

For example, a machine in retail employee rooms may display many beverages at once.

Consistent identification across locations

Operators with similar machine layouts at several sites may want the same flavor-strip format at each site. This product offers a defined size and SKU for ordering the correct 7UP insert when that format is used.

For example, a machine in campus common areas may display many beverages at once.

An insert with a specific purpose

This item is a printed selection label. It is not a button, light, drink container, dispenser, or machine repair kit. Its purpose is to communicate the beverage choice at the point of selection.

For example, a machine in industrial break rooms may display many beverages at once.

A practical part of merchandising

Beverage labels help present the products offered by a machine. The 7UP name and on-ice treatment make the selection identifiable while the rest of the panel provides access to the machine controls.

For example, a machine in public building corridors may display many beverages at once.

A fit that deserves attention

Before choosing any replacement insert, compare both width and height. A label that is too wide may not enter the holder, while one that is too short may shift or leave visible gaps. The stated dimensions are the key reference.

For example, a machine in small business break areas may display many beverages at once.

Display consideration 1: useful for beverage route operators

Consider a beverage machine serving transportation waiting areas. The customer sees a group of choices before pressing a selection. A correctly placed 7UP insert organizes the lemon-lime soda option within that group. This large on-ice version offers a branded presentation, while the machine itself handles payment and dispensing.

In this situation, the important detail is the relationship between the printed insert, the display window, and the stocked product. Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
