7up on ice medium size flavor strip

7UP on Ice Medium Size Flavor Strip
Give a 7UP selection a clear, familiar look with this medium-size, on-ice flavor strip. It is a printed selection label for a drink vending machine. The artwork helps customers find the lemon-lime soda they want without having to guess which button matches the product.
- Product: 7UP on Ice flavor strip
- Size: medium, 2 5/16 inches by 3 3/16 inches
- Printed version: with calories
- Manufacturer listed: NBS
- Vending World SKU: NBS16SUI
- Use: identifying a 7UP beverage selection on a compatible vending machine
This listing is for a flavor strip, not a can of soda, a vending machine, or a complete button assembly. Measure your existing label and the machine's display opening before ordering. Machine fit is not established by the drink brand alone.
A familiar choice at the selection panel
Customers often scan the front of a vending machine before they decide what to buy. A clear 7UP label makes that scan easier. The familiar name helps separate a lemon-lime option from cola, water, and other beverages. This small detail matters when several products share one display.
Why the on-ice presentation matters
The on-ice theme gives the drink selection a cold, refreshing visual. It is useful on a beverage panel where customers expect chilled drinks. The printed art serves as a product identifier. It does not change the temperature, cooling system, or performance of the machine.
The value of a medium-size label
A medium-size strip offers a compact format for a designated label window. Its usefulness depends on the exact space available. The stated measurements are more reliable for matching than a broad description such as medium, standard, or universal.
Understand the stated dimensions
The listed dimensions are 2 5/16 by 3 3/16 inches. Compare both edges with the label you are replacing. A strip can have the correct brand but the wrong shape for a machine. Do not rely on a photograph alone to judge scale.
Know what the calorie version means
The product is described as the version with calories. This identifies the printed design offered in this listing. Nutrition statements can change over time and by market. Check that the printed information suits the beverage you actually stock and any rules that apply to your location.
A replacement for worn presentation
Selection labels can become scratched, faded, bent, or hard to read. Replacing a damaged strip can make the front of a machine look more orderly. It can also help prevent a mismatch between a customer selection and the drink inside.
Designed for a clear product message
A good flavor strip answers a simple question: which drink will this button dispense? The 7UP name should match the stocked selection. This keeps the front panel easy to understand and supports a straightforward buying experience.
Match the machine, not just the brand
A machine may accept several label formats across different doors, trims, or selection layouts. A 7UP design does not guarantee a fit. Verify the label holder, the exposed viewing area, and the existing strip before making a purchase.
A small part of a complete display
A flavor strip works alongside the selection button, price display, and machine graphics. It is one visual element of the customer-facing panel. It does not replace a button, switch, light, lens, or electronic display.
Suitable for a focused refresh
A full machine makeover is not always needed when only one selection label looks worn. Changing a single strip may be enough to restore a consistent look to a beverage row. Compare neighboring labels to keep the overall panel balanced.
Clear selection names in a office break room
When people approach a machine in a office break room, they may have only a moment to choose. A readable label helps them connect the product name with the correct selection. Check the label against the actual beverage loaded in that column.
Consistent display sizes in a office break room

Everyday visibility in a office break room
Lighting in a office break room may vary during the day. A clean viewing window and a properly placed strip make the printed artwork easier to recognize. The strip itself is not a light source.
Simple product identification in a office break room
A office break room may serve people who are unfamiliar with the machine. Showing the 7UP name in the right selection position reduces uncertainty. It is especially helpful when several beverages use similar package colors.
Orderly beverage presentation in a office break room
For a machine located in a office break room, the selection panel acts as a quick menu. Accurate labels make that menu easier to follow. A flavor strip should always reflect the drink currently assigned to its button.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
