A Clean Selection Area
The selection panel is one of the first places a customer looks. A matching set of buttons helps the front of the machine look orderly. It also makes the choices easier to identify when the correct flavor inserts are in place.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Replacing Worn Buttons
Older buttons can show scuffs, cracks, faded surfaces, or years of handling. Replacing damaged pieces can improve the look of the machine. A new button does not, by itself, repair a failed switch or wiring issue.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Nine Pieces in One Set
This listing includes nine small push buttons. That quantity is useful when several positions need attention. It can also support a full visual refresh when the machine uses nine matching positions.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Magnum-Style Design
The listing identifies these as Magnum-style buttons. Use that description together with the measurements and part number. A similar-looking front panel is not enough to guarantee the correct fit.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Dimensions Matter
Each listed button is 1-7/8 inches by 3-7/16 inches. Compare those dimensions with a removed original button. Check the outer face and the mounting area, since a small size difference can affect installation.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Pepsi Machine Applications
These buttons are advertised for Pepsi vending machines. The beverage branding is a helpful clue, but it is not a model number. Confirm the actual Dixie-Narco cabinet and selection panel before buying.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
New Part Condition
The buttons are sold as new parts. They are not described as refurbished. Inspect the package and each button on arrival so any shipping damage can be addressed before installation.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Matching the Original Part
The listed manufacturer number is 80180511001. Compare it with your service records or the original part when possible. If your machine has been modified, check the installed hardware rather than relying on the cabinet label.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Front Panel Appearance
A uniform row of buttons creates a more consistent look than a mix of worn and fresh parts. Matching pieces are especially helpful on machines placed in public areas where the selection panel is used often.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Selection Labels
The buttons work as part of a larger product-selection display. Make sure any flavor labels or inserts used in your machine match the button format. Labels and inserts are not confirmed as included with this set.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Mechanical Fit
Before fitting a button, inspect the holder, guides, and surrounding trim. Bent or broken supports may prevent smooth movement. A replacement button cannot correct damage to those other components.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Electrical Checks
A button face and an electrical switch perform different jobs. If a selection does not register, the problem may be elsewhere in the assembly. Diagnose the switch and connections before assuming a new face will restore operation.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Consistent Customer Experience
Clear and matching selections can make the machine easier to use. Customers should be able to see their choices without guessing. Clean button faces are one small part of a well-kept vending display.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
For Route Operators
A route operator may service many drink machines with different front panels. Keep the SKU and manufacturer number in the parts record. That helps separate this nine-piece set from other Dixie-Narco button styles.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
For Machine Refurbishment
During a cabinet refresh, inspect the selection area along with the door, trim, and display. New matching buttons can complement other cosmetic work. Confirm each part before putting the machine back into service.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
For Spare Parts Planning
A spare set can be useful when the same compatible button style is used across multiple machines. Store the buttons in a clean, dry area. Keep the package labeled to avoid mixing them with other sizes.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Inspection Before Ordering
Count the selection positions and inspect an existing button. Measure the part carefully. Look for the Magnum-style form and compare the manufacturer number. These checks reduce the risk of ordering the wrong item.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Installation Preparation
Turn the machine off and follow the service manual before opening the door or removing parts. Keep screws, retainers, and other small pieces organized. Do not force a button into a panel that does not match.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
After Installation
Check that each fitted button moves freely and returns as expected. Confirm the label is aligned and the selection works through the machine controls. Test all affected positions before leaving the machine in service.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Cleaning the Button Area
Use a soft cloth and a cleaner suitable for the panel material. Avoid harsh chemicals that may cloud plastic or harm printed graphics. Keep moisture away from the internal electrical parts.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Storage and Handling
Protect the button faces from scratches during storage. Do not place heavy metal parts on top of them. Separate loose hardware from the button surfaces when transporting a repair kit.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Ordering the Right Quantity
This product is a nine-button set, not a single button. Check how many pieces you need and whether all positions use the same style. Some machines may have a different number or layout of selections.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
Limits of Compatibility
Not every Dixie-Narco or Pepsi-branded machine uses this part. The listing does not give a complete model-by-model fit chart. Use the dimensions and manufacturer number to verify the application.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
What Is Not Specified
The product listing does not confirm included switches, wiring, mounting hardware, or flavor inserts. Do not assume those items are in the package. Review the listing images and ask the seller if your repair requires them.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.
A Practical Replacement Choice
For a compatible panel with worn button faces, this set offers a straightforward way to replace nine matching pieces. It is a cosmetic and interface part, not a replacement for the vending machine control system.
- Compare the existing part before making changes.
- Keep the button face clean and free of damage.
- Check the selection after the work is complete.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
