Automatic Products: Model 113 Executive Black - VE Revision Door Vending Machine
In today’s fast-paced world, convenience and accessibility are paramount, especially when it comes to quick snacks and refreshments. The Automatic Products Model 113 Executive Black vending machine with VE Revision Door offers a sophisticated, reliable, and versatile solution for businesses and public spaces seeking to provide an extensive range of products efficiently. This refurbished snack machine combines advanced features, modern design, and proven technology to deliver a superior vending experience.
Sleek Design and Functional Layout
At first glance, the Model 113 Executive Black impresses with its sleek black finish that fits seamlessly into any environment — from office break rooms and healthcare facilities to schools and corporate lobbies. The VE Revision Door adds enhanced security and ease of service, allowing for smoother restocking and maintenance operations.
With six adjustable shelves designed to accommodate a variety of snack sizes, this machine can hold between 30 to 40 different selections, offering customers ample choice. The layout includes five wide snack columns, making it ideal for larger or package-varied items, while one shelf is dedicated specifically as a candy shelf, catering to sweet tooth cravings.
Advanced Dispensing Technology
This model is equipped with dual snack spirals that ensure smooth and precise delivery of products. The dual spiral system minimizes jams and product knockouts, enhancing customer satisfaction by promptly delivering their chosen item without hassle. Drop sensors are strategically placed throughout the machine to detect if products have successfully dispensed to the retrieval area. This technology reduces complaints and ensures that any failed vend attempts can be promptly addressed by operators.
Payment Flexibility
Understanding consumer demand for multiple payment options, the Model 113 supports a comprehensive payment system. The coins acceptor features a five-tube configuration to handle various denominations efficiently. Complementing this is the bill acceptor, capable of recognizing $1 and $5 notes, streamlining transactions for many customers carrying cash.
For modern cashless convenience, the machine incorporates credit card capability. While specific details about credit card processing are noted ('Read Below*'), this typically implies compatibility with common card readers, potentially including mobile pay options depending on installation. This feature greatly expands purchasing flexibility, catering to the growing preference for contactless payments.
The unit also supports MDB (Multi-Drop Bus) multi-price functionality, allowing operators to set individual pricing for each product selection. This flexibility is essential for managing inventory pricing strategies, promotions, and accommodating a variety of snack types and sizes within the same machine.
Built-In Operational and Data Features
Equipped with DEX protocol communication, this vending machine provides operators with detailed sales data and inventory reports. DEX is an industry-standard format that facilitates efficient remote monitoring and management. With this protocol implemented, operators can analyze trends, optimize product mixes, and streamline restocking schedules, ultimately enhancing profitability and reducing downtime.
Lighting and Visibility
Bright LED lights illuminate the entire selection area, making it easy for customers to see all available products clearly under any lighting conditions. This visibility not only improves the shopping experience but also encourages impulse buying by showcasing the full range of options attractively.
Refurbished Quality and Value
As a refurbished item, the Model 113 Executive Black represents a cost-effective choice without compromising quality or performance. Each machine undergoes thorough inspection, repair, and testing to ensure reliability comparable to new units. Refurbished machines offer sustainable benefits by reducing waste and providing responsible purchasing alternatives for businesses looking to equip their locations economically.
Ideal Use Cases
The versatility and robust feature set of the Model 113 make it suitable for a variety of high-traffic settings:
- Corporate offices where employees appreciate a broad snack selection.
- Educational institutions requiring easy access to affordable refreshments for students.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned. We no longer sell new for the following reason: According to a recent survey of vending operators about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts do not make enough revenue to warrant the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts. Typical cost on new 'commercial grade' machines run as much as: Can drink $3400-$4800, Snack $3600-$4500, Cold food $7200-$8500, as you can see quite high compared to used or refurbished. Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing, not including sales tax or shipping in some cases. Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge. This can hurt you financially if you are not careful. All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months. There are two main problems with the small mechanical machines. One problem is the machine does not make change or take dollar bills. The second problem is that the machine will 'work you to death'. Most of these machines hold under 100 products and can only gross $40 to $50 at a time, if the entire machine empties out. This is only the gross, the profit is less than 1/2 of that amount. A full size commercial machine on the other hand usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250 to $500. Remember you spend the most time driving to the location so you might as well fill 500 products as soon as 50.
