Why Use a Deja Blue Water Flavor Strip?

A vending machine has only a small amount of space to communicate with customers. Every selection needs to be clear. A flavor strip helps use that space effectively. Instead of relying only on a product code or a plain text label, a beverage flavor strip provides a visual representation of the product.

The Deja Blue Water small size 20 oz bottle flavor strip is designed around a specific beverage presentation. The Deja Blue Water name and bottle-on-ice design help make the selection easier to recognize. This is useful for vending operators who want the beverage display to look consistent from one selection to the next.

A clean selection area can also make a machine feel better maintained. Customers see the product information before making a purchase. Missing, damaged, faded, or mismatched labels can make a machine look neglected. Replacing worn labels with the correct product strip is a simple way to refresh the presentation of a beverage machine.

Designed for Small 20 oz Bottle Selections

This product is intended for the small-size 20 oz bottle flavor strip format listed by Vending World. The compact 1 3/4" x 3 19/32" size allows the graphic to fit into a relatively small display area.

Small bottle selections are common in beverage vending. The selection area must balance product identification with the limited space available around buttons, prices, and sold-out indicators. A properly sized strip can help maintain that balance.

Before ordering, vending operators should compare the dimensions of their existing flavor strip with the dimensions listed for this product. Machine layouts can vary. Checking the existing strip and the vending machine display area is a useful step before purchasing replacement graphics.

Bottle on Ice Graphic

The Deja Blue Water strip uses a bottle-on-ice presentation. Beverage graphics are designed to attract attention and communicate the type of product being offered. A cold bottle image can also reinforce the idea of a chilled beverage inside a refrigerated vending machine.

The visual element is especially useful in a glass-front beverage machine. Customers can see multiple products at once. A clear flavor strip gives each selection its own visual identity.

For machines with several water and soft drink selections, individual graphics can help separate the products. Customers can quickly scan the selection area and locate the beverage they want.

Calorie Information

The product page identifies this Deja Blue Water flavor strip as a strip with calories. Including calorie information in vending graphics can help customers see nutrition information near the product selection.

Vending operators should always review the requirements that apply to their specific machines, products, locations, and jurisdiction. Regulations can change, and requirements can vary by business type and location. The information on this page describes the product's listed design and should not be treated as legal advice.

The calorie display also adds useful information to the product-selection area. Instead of requiring customers to search for nutrition information elsewhere, the displayed information can be visible at the point of purchase.

Original-Style Beverage Presentation

Brand presentation matters in vending. Customers often recognize a beverage by its name, package design, colors, and familiar imagery. Using a matching flavor strip helps connect the selection button with the beverage being sold.

The Deja Blue Water strip is intended to identify the Deja Blue Water selection. It is a purpose-specific graphic rather than a generic water label. That makes it useful for vending operators who want each product selection to have its own recognizable presentation.

Easy Way to Refresh a Vending Machine

Replacing a flavor strip can be a simple maintenance task. There is no need to replace an entire vending machine just because a product graphic is worn or needs to be changed.

When beverage selections change, operators can update the product graphics to match the current inventory. This can be useful when a machine is moved to a new location or when customer demand leads to a different beverage mix.

A replacement flavor strip can also be useful when an older graphic has become damaged. Sunlight, repeated cleaning, handling, moisture, and normal wear can affect vending machine graphics over time. A fresh strip can help improve the appearance of the selection panel.

Key Product Features

Deja Blue Water Branding

The strip identifies the Deja Blue Water selection. This gives customers a direct visual cue when they are choosing a beverage.

20 oz Bottle Format

The product is listed for a small-size 20 oz bottle application. This makes it a targeted option for beverage vending machines using the corresponding selection format.

Bottle-on-Ice Design

The bottle-on-ice presentation gives the selection a beverage-focused visual appearance. It is designed to work with the look of a refrigerated beverage vending machine.

Calorie Information

The listed product includes calorie information. This helps place product information near the selection area.

Compact Dimensions

The listed dimensions are 1 3/4 inches by 3 19/32 inches. Always compare these dimensions with the existing strip before ordering.

New Part

Vending World lists this item as a NEW PART. The product page lists the SKU as SA43DJBLW20OZ.

Minimum Order of Three

The product page identifies a minimum order quantity of three pieces. This can be useful when updating multiple selections or keeping replacement strips available for future service calls.

Benefits for Vending Operators

  • Helps customers identify Deja Blue Water.
  • Creates a cleaner beverage selection area.
  • Uses a compact format for small bottle selections.
  • Includes calorie information.
  • Uses a bottle-on-ice product presentation.
  • Can help replace worn or outdated graphics.
  • Useful for beverage machine refresh projects.
  • Can be ordered in multiples for several machines or spare inventory.
  • Provides a dedicated graphic for a specific beverage selection.

Improve Product Recognition

Product recognition is important in self-service vending. Customers usually make their selection quickly. They may not spend much time studying every option.

A clear product label gives customers a fast way to identify a selection. The Deja Blue Water name combined with the bottle graphic helps make the selection easier to recognize.

This is particularly helpful when a vending machine has several beverages with similar bottle sizes. Each selection can have its own product-specific graphic.

Keep Beverage Selections Organized

Organization is another reason to replace old flavor strips. A vending machine can carry many products. Each product needs a clear place in the selection panel.

A properly sized flavor strip can help keep the display neat. It can also make service work easier. When an operator knows which graphic belongs to a selection, product changes can be handled with less confusion.

For operators with multiple machines, consistent graphics can create a more uniform appearance across a vending route.

Useful for Vending Machine Maintenance

Vending machine maintenance is not limited to motors, refrigeration systems, coin mechanisms, bill validators, and control boards. Small display components also deserve attention.

A damaged flavor strip does not always affect the mechanical operation of a vending machine. However, it can affect the way customers see the machine. Replacing a worn graphic is a small maintenance task that can contribute to a cleaner presentation.

Operators can keep extra strips with other small vending parts. This makes it easier to replace a damaged graphic during a regular service visit.

Product Identification Before Ordering

Always confirm the application before placing an order. Check the vending machine manufacturer, display format, existing strip size, and product selection layout.

This Deja Blue Water strip is listed as a small-size 20 oz bottle flavor strip. The listed dimensions are specific. If your machine uses another strip format, this may not be the correct item.

Comparing your existing graphic with the product dimensions is one of the simplest ways to reduce ordering mistakes.

Vendo and Dixie Narco Applications

The product information on the Vending World page describes the related SA43 flavor-strip format as suitable for Vendo and Dixie Narco applications. The same page also explains that the strip format can accommodate vending machine display features such as sold-out indicator lighting.

Because vending machines can have different configurations, operators should still compare the existing strip and display opening before ordering. Model families can include variations. A dimensional check is a practical way to confirm fit.

Sold-Out Indicator Considerations

The product page describes small punch-out holes in the SA43 flavor-strip format for use with sold-out indicator lights.

This type of feature can help connect the product graphic with the machine's availability indicator. When the selection is sold out, the indicator can communicate that status to customers.

Not every vending machine uses the same indicator design. Operators should check their machine configuration before installation.

Why Small Parts Matter

Vending machine operators often focus on large components. Refrigeration systems, compressors, bill validators, coin mechanisms, motors, and control boards are important. Small parts matter too.

A flavor strip may cost far less than a major machine component, but it performs a useful customer-facing function. It helps customers understand the selection layout.

Small parts can also help maintain a professional appearance. A machine with clean product graphics can look more organized than one with missing or damaged labels.

For New Vending Machine Setups

If you are preparing a beverage machine for a new location, product graphics should be part of the setup process. Once the machine is cleaned and tested, review each selection.

  • Confirm the product name.
  • Confirm the bottle or can size.
  • Confirm the selection price.
  • Check the flavor strip.
  • Check the sold-out indicator.
  • Check the selection button.
  • Confirm the product inside the machine matches the graphic.

This simple checklist can help reduce customer confusion.

For Existing Vending Machines

Existing machines can also benefit from replacement flavor strips. Product graphics may become worn after years of use. Products may also change over time.

Instead of leaving an incorrect product graphic in place, operators can update the selection area. A Deja Blue Water strip can be used when Deja Blue Water is assigned to the appropriate 20 oz bottle selection.

Product Changes and Route Management

Vending operators often change products based on location needs. A beverage that sells well at one location may perform differently at another. Operators may also change products because of availability, customer requests, seasonal demand, or machine layout.

When a product changes, the selection graphic should match the new product. Keeping replacement flavor strips on hand can make route service more efficient.

For operators with several machines, purchasing multiple strips can also provide useful spare inventory. The listed minimum order of three pieces makes this product suitable for updating several selections or keeping extras available.

Simple Product Presentation

The goal of a flavor strip is simple: identify the product. A good vending graphic should be easy to understand at a glance.

The Deja Blue Water design uses the beverage name and bottle-on-ice presentation. It is intended to fit a compact selection area. This keeps the product information close to the button or selection position.

Easy-to-Scan Product Information

Vending customers often stand in front of a machine for only a short time. Clear product information can help them scan available choices quickly.

Large blocks of text are not useful in a small vending selection area. A compact graphic is better suited to this environment. Product name, product image, and calorie information can be presented within the limited space.

SEO-Friendly Product Information

For online shoppers, product names and descriptions also matter. Customers searching for a Deja Blue Water 20 oz flavor strip need to understand what the product is, what size it is, and what machine application it may fit.

This description uses clear product terms such as Deja Blue Water flavor strip, 20 oz bottle flavor strip, small bottle vending strip, vending machine flavor strip, and Deja Blue Water vending machine graphic. These terms describe the product without making the description difficult to read.

Deja Blue Water Vending Machine Graphic

If your vending machine carries Deja Blue Water in the appropriate 20 oz bottle selection, a matching product graphic can help customers locate it. The flavor strip is intended to provide a visual identification point within the machine.

This is especially useful for beverage machines with many selections. Each product can have a dedicated strip. Customers can scan the selection area and find the beverage they want.

20 oz Bottle Vending Machine Label

The 20 oz bottle format is common in beverage vending. A machine may contain several selections using the same general bottle size. The individual product graphic helps distinguish one selection from another.

The Deja Blue Water strip is listed specifically for the small-size 20 oz bottle format. The listed dimensions provide a useful reference when checking your machine.

Replacement Flavor Strip for Vending Machines

This product can be considered when an existing Deja Blue Water selection needs a replacement graphic. Replacement strips are useful during machine refurbishment, product changes, route maintenance, and display updates.

Operators can inspect the selection area during each service visit. If the graphic is missing, damaged, dirty, or no longer matches the beverage inside the machine, replacement may be appropriate.

Vending Machine Display Maintenance

A regular maintenance routine can include more than mechanical inspection. Operators can also inspect the customer-facing areas of the machine.

  • Clean the glass.
  • Clean the selection panel.
  • Check product graphics.
  • Check price labels.
  • Check sold-out indicators.
  • Check selection buttons.
  • Check product arrangement.
  • Replace damaged graphics when needed.

These small tasks can help keep a vending machine looking orderly.

Installation and Handling

Handle flavor strips carefully during installation. Make sure the display area is clean and free from debris. Compare the new strip with the old strip before removing the existing graphic.

Do not force a strip into a space that does not match its dimensions. If the display area differs from the listed size, verify the machine and part number before proceeding.

Because vending machine designs differ, installation details may vary by machine. Follow the machine manufacturer's instructions when applicable.

Before You Buy

Use the following checklist before ordering the Deja Blue Water 20 oz bottle flavor strip:

  • Confirm that the beverage is Deja Blue Water.
  • Confirm that the selection uses a 20 oz bottle format.
  • Measure the existing flavor strip.
  • Compare your measurement with 1 3/4" x 3 19/32".
  • Check the vending machine manufacturer and model.
  • Check the display layout.
  • Confirm the minimum order quantity of three.
  • Consider ordering extras for future maintenance.

Why Accurate Product Graphics Matter

A vending machine is a self-service sales system. Customers need enough information to make their selections without assistance.

The product graphic is part of that information. When the graphic matches the product inside the machine, the customer experience is more straightforward.

An incorrect graphic can create confusion. A missing graphic can make a selection look incomplete. A damaged graphic can make an otherwise well-maintained machine look older.

Keeping product graphics current is therefore a practical part of vending machine presentation.

Use With Beverage Vending Machines

The Deja Blue Water flavor strip is intended for beverage vending applications. Beverage machines use product labels to identify each selection. Depending on the machine, the graphic may sit near a selection button, price display, sold-out indicator, or product delivery area.

Before installation, make sure the strip format matches your machine. The dimensions listed for this product provide the starting point for that check.

Useful for Refurbished Machines

Flavor strips can be especially useful when preparing a refurbished vending machine for service. A machine may be mechanically ready but still need customer-facing updates.

During refurbishment, operators can inspect the graphics along with the hardware. Replacing old product labels can help create a more finished presentation.

This Deja Blue Water strip can be considered when a refurbished beverage machine is being configured with a Deja Blue Water 20 oz bottle selection.

Useful for Route Operators

Vending route operators manage many small details. Product inventory changes. Prices change. Locations change. Machines need regular cleaning and service.

Keeping common small parts available can make route work easier. Flavor strips are inexpensive compared with major vending machine components. Having replacement graphics available can help avoid leaving a machine with a missing product label.

Ordering Multiple Pieces

The product page lists a minimum order of three. This can be useful when more than one machine needs the same graphic.

Multiple strips can also provide a small spare inventory. If a strip becomes damaged during future service, an operator may already have a replacement available.

When purchasing multiple pieces, check the quantity pricing shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Pricing and availability can change.

Product Quality and Appearance

Customers interact with the front of the vending machine. The selection graphics are therefore part of the machine's visible presentation.

A clean and properly positioned graphic can help the machine look organized. The Deja Blue Water bottle-on-ice design provides a product-specific appearance rather than a generic beverage label.

Calorie Display in Beverage Vending

Nutrition information can be useful in a vending environment. The product listing identifies this strip as including calories.

Customers may consider calorie information when choosing a beverage. Presenting that information in the selection area can make it easier to see.

Operators should verify current nutrition labeling and vending requirements for their specific operation. Laws and regulations can change, and requirements may depend on the location and business circumstances.

Professional-Looking Selection Panels

A vending machine selection panel works best when each product has a clear location. Matching graphics help create a consistent display.

If one selection has a missing strip while other selections have clear graphics, the display may look unfinished. Replacing the missing graphic is a simple way to restore consistency.

Product Details for Searchers

Customers searching for this part may use several different terms. They may search for a Deja Blue Water flavor strip, Deja Blue Water vending strip, Deja Blue Water bottle label, 20 oz bottle flavor strip, small bottle vending graphic, or Deja Blue Water vending machine label.

These terms describe the same basic product category. The key details remain the beverage name, bottle size, strip dimensions, and vending machine application.

Deja Blue Water Small Bottle Strip

The compact format makes this strip suitable for the small bottle selection format identified by Vending World. The product is not intended to replace every flavor-strip format. The dimensions should always be checked before purchase.

The listed size is 1 3/4" x 3 19/32". Keep this measurement available when comparing the part with your machine's existing graphics.

Part Number and SKU

The Vending World product page lists SA43DJBLW20OZ as the SKU. Keeping the SKU with your vending machine service records can make future reordering easier.

When ordering replacement parts, matching the SKU is often more reliable than relying only on a product name. Product names can be similar across different sizes and machine formats.

New Part Information

The product page identifies this item as a NEW PART. It is not listed as a refurbished part. This distinction can be useful when building a parts order for vending machine maintenance.

Vending World Flavor Strip Category

Vending World offers several flavor-strip formats. The site's flavor-strip category includes small bottle strips, energy drink strips, long can strips, medium can strips, small can strips, Coke Chameleon strips, Coke Market Place strips, and Pepsi HVV strips.

This variety reflects the different display formats used in beverage vending. Choosing the correct format is important because dimensions and machine applications can vary.

How to Select the Right Flavor Strip

  1. Identify the beverage.
  2. Identify the package type.
  3. Identify the package size.
  4. Measure the existing strip.
  5. Check the vending machine model.
  6. Compare the dimensions.
  7. Confirm the SKU.
  8. Check the quantity required.

Following these steps can help reduce mistakes when ordering vending graphics.

Matching Product to Selection

After installing a flavor strip, confirm that the product behind the selection matches the graphic. If the machine says Deja Blue Water but contains another beverage, customers may become confused.

Product graphics work best when they match the current inventory. When products change, update the corresponding labels.

Vending Machine Rebranding and Refresh Projects

Operators sometimes refresh a machine without replacing the complete cabinet. New product graphics can be part of that process.

A machine can receive a thorough cleaning, updated product selection, new price labels, replacement buttons, repaired mechanisms, and fresh flavor strips. These smaller changes can help create a more consistent customer-facing display.

Small Parts, Simple Maintenance

Flavor strips are among the simpler vending machine parts to replace. They do not perform a mechanical function such as accepting coins, validating bills, moving products, or controlling refrigeration.

Their role is visual. They help customers identify products. That makes them a useful part of the overall vending machine presentation.

Suitable for Spare Parts Inventory

Operators with multiple beverage machines may want to maintain a small stock of commonly used graphics. Spare strips can be stored with other vending machine supplies.

When a selection graphic becomes damaged, the operator can replace it during the next service visit. This can save a separate trip for a small repair.

Cleaning Around Flavor Strips

Clean the surrounding selection area carefully. Dust and residue can build up around product labels. A clean display makes the product information easier to see.

Use cleaning methods that are appropriate for the machine and its display materials. Avoid harsh methods that could damage the graphic or surrounding plastic.

Customer-Focused Vending Presentation

A vending machine should make the buying process simple. Customers should be able to identify products, see prices, choose a selection, and collect the beverage with minimal confusion.

Product graphics support the first part of that process. The Deja Blue Water strip provides a dedicated visual reference for the beverage selection.

Use in High-Traffic Locations

Beverage vending machines may be placed in offices, warehouses, apartment buildings, recreation areas, hotels, schools, factories, transportation areas, and other locations. The exact products that work best depend on the location and customer base.

Regardless of location, clear product labeling remains useful. Customers should not have to guess which button corresponds to which beverage.

Refreshing an Older Beverage Machine

Older vending machines can often benefit from small presentation updates. The machine may still have a useful cabinet and functional dispensing system while the graphics have become worn.

Replacing product strips can be one part of a broader refresh. Operators can inspect the machine's mechanical components at the same time and make other needed repairs.

Useful for Product Rotation

Product rotation is common in vending. An operator may test a new beverage at one location and later move it to another machine.

When product selections change, the display should change too. A product-specific flavor strip makes the selection easier to identify.

Compact Graphic for Limited Display Space

Vending machines have limited space. A large label may interfere with buttons or other machine information. The listed 1 3/4" x 3 19/32" format is designed for a compact small-bottle presentation.

Always verify the actual opening and mounting format on your machine. The listed dimensions are a product specification, not a guarantee of compatibility with every vending machine.

Benefits of Product-Specific Graphics

  • Clear product identification.
  • Consistent visual presentation.
  • Compact design.
  • Easy product recognition.
  • Calorie information included.
  • Useful for replacement projects.
  • Helpful for machine refreshes.
  • Suitable for keeping spare graphics on hand.

Vending Machine Graphic Replacement Checklist

Use this checklist when replacing the Deja Blue Water strip:

  • Turn off or secure the machine if required by your service procedure.
  • Identify the correct beverage selection.
  • Remove the old graphic according to the machine design.
  • Clean the display area.
  • Compare the new strip with the old one.
  • Check the dimensions.
  • Position the new strip correctly.
  • Make sure the product name is visible.
  • Check the calorie information.
  • Confirm the sold-out indicator alignment if applicable.
  • Confirm that the beverage inside the machine matches the graphic.

Product Selection Accuracy

Accurate product labels help customers make informed selections. A customer should be able to connect the product image with the button or selection position.

This is especially important when a machine has several water products. Product-specific graphics can separate each selection and make the display easier to scan.

For Operators Managing Multiple Locations

Operators with multiple locations may maintain machines with different product mixes. A small parts inventory can help support these changes.

Keep replacement graphics organized by beverage and size. Record the SKU with the part. This can make future ordering easier.

For this item, the listed SKU is SA43DJBLW20OZ.

Simple Inventory Management

Small vending parts can be easy to overlook. A basic inventory list can help.

  • Part number
  • Product name
  • Machine application
  • Dimensions
  • Quantity on hand
  • Reorder quantity

Adding flavor strips to this list can help operators keep customer-facing parts available.

Why Dimension Checks Matter

Vending machine graphics are not always interchangeable. Two products may have similar names but different dimensions. A bottle strip may not fit a can-strip holder. A small strip may not fit a larger display.

For this reason, the listed dimensions should be checked before ordering. The Deja Blue Water strip is identified as 1 3/4" x 3 19/32".

Use With a Clean Beverage Display

A clean machine helps customers see the available products. Wipe the glass and selection panel as part of regular maintenance. Check the graphics for damage at the same time.

If the strip is dirty or damaged, replacing it may be easier than trying to restore an old graphic.

Customer Recognition and Familiar Branding

Customers often choose products they already know. Brand recognition can help customers locate their preferred beverage quickly.

A Deja Blue Water-specific strip connects the beverage name with the selection area. This can be useful in a machine where several beverage brands are displayed together.

Professional Vending Machine Appearance

Presentation is part of vending machine service. A clean cabinet, clear glass, working buttons, accurate pricing, and correct product graphics create a more organized customer-facing environment.

The Deja Blue Water flavor strip is a small component of that presentation. It provides a dedicated product graphic in a compact format.

Long-Term Vending Maintenance

Good vending maintenance involves regular inspection. Operators can check both machine function and machine appearance.

During routine visits, inspect:

  • Refrigeration performance.
  • Product delivery.
  • Coin mechanism operation.
  • Bill validator operation.
  • Selection buttons.
  • Sold-out indicators.
  • Product graphics.
  • Price labels.
  • Interior cleanliness.
  • Exterior cleanliness.

Replacing a flavor strip is a small task, but it can be included in this broader maintenance routine.

Product Graphics for Machine Refurbishment

When preparing a used vending machine for resale or a new location, operators may inspect every customer-facing component. A new flavor strip can complement mechanical repairs and cleaning.

This product is listed as a new part. It can be used as part of a beverage selection update when the machine's dimensions and layout match.

Order the Correct Quantity

The product page lists a minimum order of three. Before placing an order, determine how many machines or selections require the graphic.

If three machines need one strip each, the minimum order can cover the three selections. If only one machine needs a replacement, keeping the extra pieces as spare inventory may be useful.

Why Keep Spare Flavor Strips?

Small parts can become damaged during service. A strip can also be lost during a machine move or product change.

Having spare strips available means an operator can replace the graphic during the next service visit rather than waiting for another order.

Use in Beverage Selection Planning

Before stocking a machine, plan the selection layout. Decide which beverages will occupy each position. Then make sure each selection has the matching product graphic.

This helps create a clear relationship between the product, label, button, and price.

Important Ordering Reminder

Always verify the product details before ordering. The key specifications for this listing are the Deja Blue Water beverage, small-size 20 oz bottle format, 1 3/4" x 3 19/32" dimensions, SKU SA43DJBLW20OZ, new-part condition, and minimum order of three pieces.

Why Choose a Purpose-Built Flavor Strip?

A generic label can identify a category such as water. A purpose-built product graphic identifies the specific beverage. That distinction can make the selection area more useful to customers.

The Deja Blue Water flavor strip is made around one specific beverage presentation. This makes it appropriate for operators who want their product labels to match their inventory.

Small Investment in Machine Presentation

Flavor strips are small compared with major vending machine components. Replacing one does not require replacing the entire machine.

For operators maintaining older equipment, small replacement graphics can be an economical way to keep the customer-facing area current.

Use With Beverage Machine Graphics

The strip can be viewed as one part of a larger vending machine graphics system. Other selections may use different beverage-specific strips. Together, the graphics create a visual menu for the machine.

Keeping each selection clearly labeled helps customers move through the available choices.

Deja Blue Water Product Identification

The product name is one of the most important details on the strip. Customers should be able to connect the name with the product they see in the machine.

The bottle-on-ice design adds a visual reference. Calorie information adds another piece of product information.

Good Fit Starts With Good Measurements

When ordering any vending machine graphic, measurements matter. Do not rely only on the machine brand. Different models and configurations may use different graphic formats.

Measure the existing strip. Compare the measurement with the product listing. If you are unsure, verify the part information before placing the order.

Recommended Service Practice

When replacing a flavor strip, inspect the entire selection area. Check the button, price display, sold-out indicator, and product behind the selection.

This creates an opportunity to correct several small issues during one service visit.

  • Clear beverage identification.
  • Quick visual recognition.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
