Flat Rate Repair – Coinco MAG52R Bill Validator – 24 Volt – NOT an Outright Purchase

Coinco MAG52R bill validator repair service for vending machine operators who need to keep an existing validator in service without purchasing another unit outright. This flat-rate repair listing is for the Coinco MAG52R and is identified by SKU MAG52R-FRR.

Important: This is a flat-rate repair and exchange service. It is not an outright purchase of a Coinco MAG52R bill validator. You must send your qualifying core unit to Vending World before a replacement unit is shipped.

Important Ordering Instructions

  • Send your Coinco MAG52R unit to Vending World before placing the repair order.
  • Track your shipment so you can confirm when the core arrives.
  • Do not expect the replacement unit to be the exact physical unit you sent.
  • A replacement is normally provided with the same make and model.
  • Vending World does not ship the replacement until the core unit has been received.
  • Units that are salted, burned, water damaged, or vandalized are not accepted for this repair service.

Coinco MAG52R Flat Rate Repair Service

The Coinco MAG52R is a commercial vending machine bill validator designed for use with compatible vending equipment. When an existing validator develops problems, replacing the entire unit is not always the only option. A flat-rate repair service gives vending operators another way to keep their equipment operating.

This Vending World service is designed around a simple core-exchange process. You send in the Coinco MAG52R that needs service. After Vending World receives the unit, you complete the checkout process for the repair service. A replacement unit is then prepared for shipment when applicable.

The current Vending World listing describes the service as a Coinco MAG52R flat-rate repair. The listing identifies the unit as a 24-volt model with a serial interface and MDB interface. It is also described as a refurbished-unit exchange service.

What You Are Ordering

This product page is for a repair service. It is not a standard product sale where a new or refurbished validator is shipped immediately after checkout.

The core requirement is important. Your existing Coinco MAG52R must be sent to Vending World first. The company states that it does not ship a replacement until the core unit has been received.

Why Choose a Flat-Rate Repair?

Vending equipment is built for repeated use. Bill validators handle bills throughout the day. Dirt, dust, paper fibers, worn components, and normal use can affect performance over time.

When a validator stops working correctly, a vending operator needs a practical solution. A flat-rate repair can be useful when the existing equipment is worth keeping in service and a compatible replacement is not immediately needed.

The main benefit of a flat-rate service is simple pricing. Instead of starting with a labor charge and then discovering additional repair costs as work progresses, the service is offered at a set rate.

Vending World states that its flat-rate repair pricing is intended to cover the needed parts and labor associated with the service, reducing the uncertainty that can come with repair work.

How the Coinco MAG52R Repair Process Works

The process is straightforward. However, it is important to follow the required order of steps.

Step 1: Remove the MAG52R From Service

Remove the Coinco MAG52R from the vending machine according to the equipment manufacturer's service procedure. Make sure power is disconnected before working inside the machine.

Keep any mounting hardware, cables, connectors, or related components that are not part of the validator with your vending machine unless the repair instructions specifically require otherwise.

Step 2: Package the Validator

Pack the Coinco MAG52R carefully. Use suitable packing material to protect the validator during shipment.

A bill validator contains electronic and mechanical components. Avoid loose packing that allows the unit to move around inside the shipping box.

Step 3: Ship Your Core Unit

Send your Coinco MAG52R core to Vending World before placing the checkout order for the exchange service.

The current Vending World listing provides the following shipping address:

VENDING WORLD
9055 Rancho Park Ct.
Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Vending World recommends tracking the shipment. Tracking gives you a way to verify when the package has reached the facility.

Step 4: Confirm Receipt

Once your tracking information shows that the package has arrived, allow the receiving process to be completed.

The product instructions specifically state that you should know the old unit is in Vending World's possession before completing checkout for the flat-rate exchange.

Step 5: Complete Checkout

After the core unit has been received, use the product page to complete checkout for the repair service.

This sequence matters. The service is not intended to function like an ordinary purchase where a replacement validator is sent before the original unit is received.

Step 6: Replacement or Repair

In most cases, the customer receives a replacement unit of the same make and model rather than receiving the exact physical validator that was sent in.

If a special or less common unit is received and a suitable replacement is not currently available, Vending World states that it may repair the original unit instead. The company notes that this can add approximately three to five days to the turnaround time.

Step 7: Shipment Back to You

After the flat-rate repair service has been completed and payment has been received, Vending World states that repaired or replacement units are generally shipped within one business day using UPS or USPS. Actual transit time depends on the shipping service and destination.

Do Not Order This as an Outright Purchase

The wording in the product title is intentional: NOT AN OUTRIGHT PURCHASE.

This distinction is important for vending operators. A normal validator listing means you are purchasing a unit from available inventory. A flat-rate repair listing means you are paying for a service tied to the core unit you send in.

If you need a Coinco MAG52R that can be purchased outright without sending in a core, look for an available refurbished Coinco MAG52R listing instead.

Vending World separately lists refurbished Coinco MAG52R/MAG32R validators for outright purchase when inventory is available. The refurbished listing describes the MAG52R as a 24-volt validator with logic and MDB interfaces.

Coinco MAG52R Compatibility Information

Compatibility should always be checked before ordering a vending machine bill validator service. A validator can look similar to another model while using a different voltage, interface, connector, programming setup, or vending-machine configuration.

The Vending World MAG52R repair listing identifies this service for a 24-volt Coinco MAG52R with serial and MDB interfaces.

The separate refurbished MAG52R listing describes the model as supporting 24-volt pulse and serial operation as well as MDB. It also describes the MAG52R as part of the MagPro family and notes compatibility with certain 24-volt MEI 2000-series applications.

Because vending machine wiring and programming can vary, do not assume that every 24-volt validator will work in every vending machine. Confirm the model, voltage, interface, connector, and application before sending a unit for repair.

MAG52R 24-Volt Bill Validator

Voltage is one of the first specifications to verify when replacing or repairing a vending machine validator.

The Coinco MAG52R service listed by Vending World is identified as a 24-volt model.

A 24-volt validator should be used with equipment designed to support the appropriate electrical configuration. Using the wrong voltage can result in improper operation or equipment damage.

Before shipping your validator, compare the label on your unit with your vending machine documentation. Look for the model number and voltage information.

Serial and MDB Interface Support

The MAG52R repair listing identifies both serial and MDB interfaces.

MDB stands for Multi-Drop Bus. MDB is widely used in vending equipment to allow components such as payment devices and control systems to communicate with the vending machine.

Serial interfaces are also used in vending equipment. The exact configuration matters because a vending machine may require a particular communication method.

Always verify the interface before ordering. Matching the model name alone is not enough when configuring payment equipment.

What Does MAG52R Mean?

MAG52R refers to a Coinco MagPro-series validator configuration. The refurbished MAG52R listing identifies the unit as a Coinco model and describes the R-series as an updated design compared with older validator generations.

Vending World describes several changes associated with the R-series design, including easier access to switches, an updated main board, green bezel landing lights, a redesigned intermediate frame, a streamlined design, and elimination of the side control box.

These details help distinguish the MAG52R from earlier Coinco models. However, the most important information for a repair order remains the exact model and configuration of the core unit.

When Should a Coinco MAG52R Be Repaired?

A bill validator may need service when it no longer performs its normal payment function. Symptoms can vary.

Possible symptoms include:

  • The validator does not accept bills.
  • The validator accepts bills inconsistently.
  • The validator has difficulty pulling bills into the unit.
  • The validator repeatedly rejects bills that should normally be accepted.
  • The validator stops communicating with the vending machine.
  • The validator does not operate correctly after installation.
  • The vending machine reports a payment-device problem.
  • The validator requires service after extended commercial use.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. A problem with the vending machine's wiring, power supply, controller, harness, configuration, or other payment equipment can sometimes look like a validator problem.

For that reason, verify the machine and validator connection before sending a unit for repair.

Check the Easy Things First

Before removing the validator, check the basics.

  • Confirm the vending machine has power.
  • Check the validator connection.
  • Inspect the cable and connector.
  • Confirm the validator is securely mounted.
  • Check for obvious physical damage.
  • Verify the vending machine is configured for the correct payment interface.
  • Check the validator's model and voltage.
  • Review any available machine error codes.

If the problem remains after basic checks, the validator may require service.

Flat-Rate Repair vs. Buying a Replacement Validator

Vending operators have different needs. Some operators want to repair an existing validator. Others want to purchase a replacement outright.

Vending World offers both types of options. Its bill-validator category includes flat-rate repair services as well as refurbished validators available for purchase.

Flat-Rate Repair

  • Send in your qualifying core.
  • Pay the flat-rate repair price after the core is received.
  • Receive a replacement of the same make and model in most cases.
  • The original unit may be repaired when a matching replacement is not available.
  • This is a service rather than an outright equipment purchase.

Outright Purchase

  • Purchase an available refurbished validator.
  • No core exchange is required for an ordinary outright purchase.
  • The unit is shipped as a product purchase.
  • Availability depends on current inventory.

Vending World currently lists a separate refurbished MAG52R/MAG32R product page, although inventory can change.

Who Is This MAG52R Repair Service For?

This service can be useful for several types of vending operators.

Independent Vending Operators

Small vending routes often rely on keeping existing equipment productive. Repairing or exchanging a payment component can be a practical part of maintaining an established machine.

Vending Route Operators

Operators with several machines may keep spare payment equipment and repairable cores available. A predictable repair service can make equipment maintenance easier to plan.

Vending Machine Technicians

Technicians may use repair services when a customer machine has a failed validator and the existing component is suitable for exchange.

Used Equipment Resellers

Businesses that maintain used vending machines may need payment components serviced before a machine is placed with a customer.

Why Bill Validator Reliability Matters

The bill validator is one of the key payment components in a vending machine.

When customers use paper currency, the validator must accept the bill and communicate the transaction to the vending machine's control system.

If the validator does not work, customers may not be able to use cash. That can limit payment options and may lead to missed sales.

For operators, payment equipment is therefore part of routine vending machine maintenance. A working validator supports the normal payment process and helps keep the machine available to customers.

Commercial Vending Equipment Maintenance

Commercial vending machines operate in many different environments. Some machines are located in offices. Others are placed in factories, apartment buildings, schools, hotels, hospitals, warehouses, or retail locations.

The environment can affect equipment.

Dust, humidity, temperature changes, heavy use, and poor machine placement can all create challenges for vending equipment.

Routine inspection can help identify problems before they become larger service issues.

Simple Maintenance Practices

  • Keep the machine clean.
  • Inspect payment equipment regularly.
  • Check connectors and harnesses.
  • Keep moisture away from electronic components.
  • Watch for unusual validator behavior.
  • Keep service records for recurring problems.
  • Replace damaged components when needed.
  • Use the correct voltage and interface.

What Happens If My Unit Is Not Repairable?

The MAG52R flat-rate repair listing has important damage restrictions.

Vending World states that it does not repair units that have been salted, burned, water damaged, or vandalized.

Do not send a severely damaged validator expecting the normal flat-rate repair service to apply.

If the unit is beyond repair, Vending World recommends looking at its refurbished units for an outright purchase option.

What Is a Core Unit?

A core is the existing component that you send to Vending World for the exchange process.

For this listing, the core is the qualifying Coinco MAG52R bill validator that needs service.

The core is important because this product is not an ordinary purchase. The service depends on receiving the old unit.

Vending World specifically instructs customers to send the unit first and states that a replacement is not shipped until the core has been received.

Will I Get My Exact Validator Back?

Not necessarily.

Vending World states that in most cases the customer receives a replacement unit of the same make and model rather than the exact physical unit that was sent in.

This is a key difference between a core-exchange service and a traditional repair where your exact component is always returned.

If a unique unit is sent and a matching replacement is not available, Vending World may repair the original unit instead.

How Long Does the Repair Take?

Turnaround depends on the circumstances.

For standard replacement situations, Vending World states that after payment is received, the repaired or replacement item is usually shipped within one business day.

A special unit that must be repaired instead of exchanged may require an additional three to five days, according to the product information.

Shipping time after dispatch will vary based on the destination and shipping method.

Packaging Tips for Shipping a Bill Validator

Proper packaging helps reduce the chance of shipping damage.

  • Use a sturdy shipping box.
  • Wrap the validator with suitable protective material.
  • Prevent the validator from moving freely inside the box.
  • Protect exposed connectors.
  • Use enough packing material to absorb normal handling.
  • Seal the box securely.
  • Keep the tracking number.

Do not place heavy objects on top of the validator inside the package. Avoid loose hardware that can strike electronic or mechanical components during transit.

Before You Ship Your Coinco MAG52R

Use this checklist before sending the core.

  • Model: Confirm that the validator is a Coinco MAG52R.
  • Voltage: Confirm the unit is the required 24-volt version.
  • Interface: Confirm the serial or MDB configuration.
  • Condition: Check for major physical damage.
  • Packaging: Protect the unit for shipping.
  • Tracking: Keep your shipment tracking information.
  • Core receipt: Wait until the core has been received before completing the service checkout.

Vending World states that repaired or replacement units are usually shipped within one business day after payment is received. Shipping transit time varies by destination.

Can I buy a refurbished MAG52R instead?

Vending World has a separate refurbished Coinco MAG52R/MAG32R listing for outright purchase. Inventory status can change, so check the current product listing before ordering.

What bills does this repair listing support?

The repair listing identifies the MAG52R service as a $1 bill validator.

Is the repair price the same as buying a validator?

No. The flat-rate repair is a service. It should not be treated as an outright validator purchase. Vending World separately lists outright refurbished validators and flat-rate repair services.

Coinco MAG52R vs. Older Validator Models

The MAG52R belongs to the Coinco MagPro family. Vending World's refurbished MAG52R information describes the MagPro series as being positioned between older Mag50B models and BillPro models.

The R-series design includes several changes compared with older equipment. Vending World lists easier switch access, a revised main board, green bezel landing lights, a redesigned intermediate frame, a more streamlined design, and removal of the side control box.

These design differences are useful when identifying a validator, but they do not replace checking the actual model label.

Why Model Identification Matters

Coinco has produced many bill validator models over the years. Several models may look similar.

A model number helps identify the correct service.

Before ordering, look at the label on the validator. Record the manufacturer, model, voltage, and interface information.

If the label says MAG52R, compare the remaining information with the product listing.

Signs That You May Have the Wrong Model

Stop before ordering if:

  • The label does not say MAG52R or an applicable MAG52/32R configuration.
  • The unit has a different voltage.
  • The connector does not match your application.
  • The unit belongs to another Coinco family.
  • The machine requires a different interface.
  • The validator has major physical damage.

When in doubt, compare the validator label with your machine documentation before sending the core.

Flat-Rate Pricing and Predictable Repair Costs

One reason operators use flat-rate repair services is predictable pricing.

The current Vending World listing shows a flat-rate service price and identifies the service as an exchange or repair rather than an outright product sale.

A predictable repair charge can make equipment maintenance easier to budget. It also helps operators understand the basic service cost before sending equipment in.

As with any repair service, shipping and other transaction-related costs should be considered separately when calculating the total maintenance cost.

Keep Your Vending Route Moving

A vending machine that cannot accept the intended payment method may need attention quickly.

For route operators, a repair strategy can be part of normal equipment planning. Keeping a record of validator models, machine models, and service history can make future repairs easier.

When a MAG52R requires service, the flat-rate exchange option gives operators a defined process for sending in the existing unit and receiving a same-model replacement when available.

Recommended Vending Operator Checklist

Use this checklist when planning a Coinco MAG52R repair:

  1. Identify the validator model.
  2. Confirm the 24-volt configuration.
  3. Confirm the interface.
  4. Check the validator for severe physical damage.
  5. Remove the unit from the machine safely.
  6. Package it securely.
  7. Ship it to Vending World.
  8. Track the shipment.
  9. Wait for confirmation that the core has arrived.
  10. Complete checkout for the flat-rate repair service.
  11. Watch for shipment of the replacement or repaired unit.
  12. Reinstall the validator.
  13. Test the validator with the vending machine.

Testing the Validator After Installation

After the repaired or replacement validator arrives, inspect it before installation.

Check the housing and connector. Make sure there is no visible shipping damage.

Install the validator using the appropriate mounting method for your vending machine. Connect the proper harness.

Restore power and follow the vending machine manufacturer's normal startup and testing procedure.

Test the payment system before returning the machine to regular customer use.

Suggested Test Sequence

  • Power on the vending machine.
  • Confirm the validator initializes normally.
  • Check for error messages.
  • Insert an appropriate bill.
  • Confirm the machine recognizes the bill.
  • Confirm the credit is displayed correctly.
  • Complete a test vend when appropriate.
  • Confirm the payment transaction is recorded correctly.

If the validator does not work after installation, check the model, wiring, power, interface, programming, and vending machine controller before assuming that the replacement validator is defective.

Why Proper Installation Matters

A good validator can still fail to operate correctly if it is installed in an incompatible system.

The vending machine controller must communicate with the payment device correctly. The power supply must match the required specification. The harness must be correct. The machine's settings must support the validator.

For this reason, installation is an important part of any bill validator replacement.

Use the Correct Payment Interface

MDB and serial systems should not be treated as interchangeable simply because a validator supports both in some configurations.

Always confirm which interface your vending machine uses.

If the machine's wiring or controller configuration is uncertain, consult the machine's technical documentation or a qualified vending equipment technician.

Refurbished Equipment and Repair Services

Refurbished vending equipment can be an alternative to purchasing new equipment. Vending World maintains a broad category of refurbished vending equipment and payment components, including Coinco and other manufacturers.

Repair services provide another option for maintaining equipment already in operation.

The right choice depends on the condition of the existing component, availability of replacement inventory, equipment compatibility, repair cost, and the operator's maintenance plan.

Flat-Rate Repair for Vending Machine Bill Validators

Vending World offers a dedicated repair category for bill validators. The category includes Coinco repair services for several models, including the BA30B, MAG50B, MAGPRO, BillPro BP2, BillPro BP4, BA32SA, BA32R, and MAG52/32R.

This makes the MAG52R service part of a broader repair program for commercial vending payment equipment.

For operators maintaining multiple machines, having model-specific repair listings can simplify the process of identifying the service needed for a particular validator.

Benefits of a Model-Specific Repair Listing

  • Clear model identification.
  • Clear voltage information.
  • Clear interface information.
  • Clear core-exchange instructions.
  • Defined damage restrictions.
  • Simple shipping instructions.
  • Access to same-model replacement equipment when available.

SEO Product Summary

The Coinco MAG52R flat-rate repair service is designed for vending operators who need service for a compatible 24-volt Coinco MAG52R bill validator. This is a repair and core-exchange service, not an outright purchase.

The service is identified as MAG52R-FRR and supports the listed Coinco MAG52R configuration with $1-bill acceptance, serial interface, and MDB interface. Customers must send the core unit to Vending World before the replacement is shipped.

In most cases, the replacement is the same make and model rather than the exact physical validator submitted. If a special unit is not available for exchange, Vending World may repair the original unit, with additional turnaround time possible.

This service can help vending machine operators maintain existing payment equipment while avoiding the need to purchase a replacement validator outright when a repair or exchange is appropriate.

Coinco MAG52R Repair Service – Key Features

  • Coinco MAG52R compatible service
  • 24-volt configuration
  • $1 bill validator
  • Serial interface
  • MDB interface
  • Flat-rate repair format
  • Core exchange process
  • Same-model replacement when available
  • Refurbished replacement equipment
  • 90-day limited warranty on refurbished units as described by Vending World

90-Day Limited Warranty

Vending World's repair listing states that refurbished units are backed by a 90-day limited warranty.

Warranty terms should always be reviewed before ordering. A limited warranty is not the same as an unlimited guarantee and may have specific conditions or exclusions.

Important Damage Exclusions

Not every failed validator qualifies for the flat-rate repair process.

The product information specifically excludes units that have been:

  • Salted
  • Burned
  • Water damaged
  • Vandalized

Do not send a unit with these types of severe damage expecting normal flat-rate service. Vending World recommends looking at refurbished outright-purchase options for units that are beyond repair.

Why Operators Should Track Their Validator Models

A vending route may contain equipment from several manufacturers. Even one location can have multiple machine generations.

Keeping a simple equipment record can save time.

For every machine, record:

  • Machine manufacturer
  • Machine model
  • Validator manufacturer
  • Validator model
  • Voltage
  • Interface
  • Installation date
  • Repair history
  • Replacement history

This information can help you identify the correct replacement or repair service faster when equipment develops a problem.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Mistake 1: Treating the Repair Page Like a Normal Product Sale

This service is not an outright purchase. Send the core first.

Mistake 2: Ordering Without Checking the Model

Confirm the validator model before ordering.

Mistake 3: Ignoring Voltage

The MAG52R service listed here is for a 24-volt configuration. Confirm your unit before sending it in.

Mistake 4: Ignoring the Interface

Confirm the serial or MDB configuration required by your vending machine.

Mistake 5: Sending a Severely Damaged Core

The service excludes salted, burned, water-damaged, and vandalized units.

Mistake 6: Not Tracking the Shipment

Tracking helps confirm delivery of your core.

Mistake 7: Expecting the Exact Same Physical Unit

Most exchanges provide a same-model replacement rather than the exact unit submitted.

Coinco MAG52R Bill Validator Repair for Vending Machines

Payment equipment is an important part of commercial vending machine operation. When a bill validator stops working, the machine may need service before it can return to normal operation.

The Coinco MAG52R flat-rate repair service provides a model-specific option for operators with compatible units.

The process is based on a core exchange. Send the existing MAG52R to Vending World. After receipt, complete the service checkout. A same-model replacement is normally supplied when available. If a matching replacement is unavailable, the original may be repaired instead.

Practical Advantages of Repairing Existing Equipment

Repairing an existing payment component can make sense when the rest of the vending machine remains useful.

A vending machine contains many components. Replacing the entire machine because of one payment-device problem is not always necessary.

By servicing individual components, operators can maintain equipment in stages.

This approach can be especially useful for established routes where operators want to maintain existing machines rather than replace entire machines every time a component needs service.

Maintaining Older Commercial Vending Machines

Older commercial vending machines can remain useful when properly maintained. Payment components are among the parts that may eventually need repair or replacement.

Operators should consider the condition of the entire machine when deciding whether to repair a component.

Check the refrigeration system on cold drink machines. Check motors and product delivery components on snack machines. Inspect wiring and control boards. Review the condition of the cabinet and door.

If the machine itself remains in good operating condition, repairing a payment component may be a practical maintenance step.

Professional Vending Equipment Repair Support

Working with commercial vending equipment requires attention to electrical and mechanical details.

If you are not comfortable removing or installing a bill validator, use a qualified technician.

Always disconnect power before servicing internal vending machine components. Follow the machine manufacturer's safety instructions.

Conclusion

The Coinco MAG52R flat-rate repair service is a model-specific solution for vending operators who need to service a compatible 24-volt MAG52R bill validator.

This listing is a repair and core-exchange service. It is not an outright purchase of a Coinco MAG52R.

The process starts with your existing validator. Send the core to Vending World at the listed Rancho Cucamonga, California address. Track the shipment. Once the core has been received, complete checkout for the flat-rate service.

Vending World states that most customers receive a replacement of the same make and model. If a suitable replacement is not available for a special unit, the original may be repaired. Additional turnaround time may apply in that situation.

The service is listed for a Coinco MAG52R, 24 volts, $1 bills, serial interface, and MDB interface. Always verify the exact model and configuration before ordering.

For vending operators who want to maintain existing commercial equipment, a model-specific flat-rate repair can provide a clear way to address validator problems without treating every failure as a reason to replace the entire vending machine.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
