Refresh the Look of Your Beverage Vending Machine
A vending machine label may be a small component, but it plays an important role in the customer experience. When a selection label is faded, scratched, cracked, or missing, customers may have difficulty identifying the beverage they want. A replacement flavor strip restores a clean and professional appearance while helping customers quickly recognize the Dasani Water 20 oz selection.
The Market Place Machines Dasani Water 20 oz Strip is designed around the familiar Coke Market Place vending machine format. It can help operators maintain a consistent appearance across beverage selections. When multiple flavor strips are installed together, the machine can present a more uniform and organized product display.
For vending operators, this is also a convenient way to update individual selections without replacing an entire display assembly. If only one beverage position needs a new label, replacing the individual flavor strip can provide a simple maintenance solution.

Designed for Coke Market Place Vending Machines
The correct flavor strip size is important when servicing a vending machine. Vending World identifies the Market Place format as a distinct flavor strip category. The site lists the Market Place size at approximately 3 3/4" W x 4 5/8" H and notes compatibility with Coke Style Market Place Wave Front machines as well as certain Royal and Dixie Narco machines. The individual Dasani product page, however, lists this particular part at approximately 3 1/2" W x 4 1/2" H. Because dimensions can vary by design or listing, operators should compare the existing strip with the product specifications before ordering.
This simple measurement step can help prevent ordering the wrong style of flavor strip. If you are replacing an existing Dasani label, compare its width, height, mounting area, and overall design with the replacement before installation.
Clear Product Identification
Vending customers often make their selections quickly. Clear product identification allows shoppers to see what is available without spending extra time studying the machine. A properly installed Dasani Water flavor strip gives the beverage selection a recognizable product identity and helps keep the machine's display easy to navigate.
This is particularly useful on machines with several beverage selections. A consistent row of readable flavor strips can make the front of a vending machine easier to understand. Operators can also replace individual strips as beverage selections change, helping keep the machine's product display current.
Calorie Information Included
This Dasani Water 20 oz flavor strip is listed as including calorie information. Vending World has updated many of its flavor strips to display calorie information as part of its current selection of beverage labels.
Displaying product and nutritional information directly on the vending machine can make product identification more convenient for customers. It also helps operators maintain a more informative product presentation. When replacing an older label, using an updated design can provide a cleaner and more current appearance.
Operators should always confirm current federal, state, and local vending labeling requirements that apply to their specific business and location. Requirements can change, and the appropriate compliance steps may vary based on the type of vending operation.
Useful Replacement Part for Vending Operators
Flavor strips are exposed to daily customer interaction and routine cleaning. Over time, labels can become worn or damaged. Frequent use, exposure to sunlight, cleaning products, and general machine maintenance can affect the appearance of a display. Keeping replacement strips available can make routine vending machine maintenance easier.
The Market Place Machines Dasani Water 20 oz Flavor Strip can be used when an operator needs to refresh a Dasani Water selection. Instead of leaving a damaged or empty label space on the machine, a replacement strip can restore the product identification area.
For vending routes with multiple machines, replacement labels can also be useful as part of regular maintenance supplies. Operators can keep commonly used flavor strips on hand and replace damaged labels during scheduled service visits.
Easy Way to Maintain a Professional Display
A professional-looking vending machine can benefit from attention to small details. Customers interact with the front of the machine before completing a purchase, so readable product selections are an important part of the overall presentation.
Replacing damaged flavor strips can help eliminate outdated or inconsistent labels. The Dasani Water 20 oz strip gives operators a dedicated product label for this beverage selection while maintaining the visual style associated with Coke Market Place vending equipment.
Whether you operate one beverage machine or maintain a larger vending route, small replacement parts can help keep equipment looking organized. Regular inspection of flavor strips, price labels, selection buttons, and other customer-facing components can be incorporated into routine machine servicing.
Check Your Existing Strip Before Ordering
Vending machines can use different flavor strip formats and dimensions. Vending World lists several categories, including small, medium, large, Coke Chameleon, Coke Market Place, and Pepsi HVV strips.
For this reason, it is important to verify your machine and existing label before purchasing. Compare the dimensions and mounting area of the strip currently installed on your machine with the specifications provided for the replacement.
- Check the existing flavor strip size.
- Confirm that your machine uses the Coke Market Place format.
- Compare the replacement dimensions with your current label.
- Verify the beverage name and package size.
- Confirm that the calorie-information design meets your display needs.
Taking a few moments to confirm compatibility can help reduce installation problems and make replacement work more efficient.
Why Replace Worn Flavor Strips?
A damaged label can make an otherwise well-maintained vending machine look older than it is. Replacing worn flavor strips is a straightforward maintenance task that can improve the appearance of the product selection area.
New labels can also help when you change the product mix inside a machine. For example, if you add Dasani Water 20 oz to a beverage selection that previously carried another product, the appropriate flavor strip can provide a clear visual indication of the new selection.
This makes the product useful for both routine replacement and vending machine updates.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
