What Is a Vending Machine Flavor Strip?

A vending machine flavor strip is a small product identification card or label placed near a beverage selection button. Its job is simple. It tells the customer what drink is assigned to that selection.

On a traditional beverage vending machine, customers may not be able to see every can or bottle stored inside the cabinet. The flavor strip becomes an important part of the buying process.

A customer looks at the selection panel, finds the drink they want, and presses the matching button. Clear product identification can make this process faster and easier.

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip is designed to identify a Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade 16 oz can selection. Its branded artwork makes the selection easier to recognize than a handwritten or generic label.

Why Clear Flavor Strips Matter

A beverage vending machine may offer several different products. Some machines have many selections placed close together. Customers need a simple way to tell one beverage from another.

That is where flavor strips help.

A clear flavor strip can improve the appearance and usability of a machine. Instead of guessing which button corresponds with which beverage, customers can scan the selection panel and find the product they want.

Flavor strips can help with:

  • Clear beverage identification
  • Faster product selection
  • A cleaner vending machine appearance
  • Better organization of the selection panel
  • Replacing faded or damaged labels
  • Updating a machine when the product mix changes
  • Displaying recognizable beverage artwork
  • Providing calorie information at the selection area

A small component can make a noticeable difference in how a vending machine looks to customers.

Designed for Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade

This flavor strip is specifically intended to represent Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade. That makes it a useful choice when this beverage is stocked in a compatible vending machine.

The product artwork gives customers a visual reference. They can identify the Monster Energy selection without needing to read a plain text label.

This is especially useful in machines that contain several energy drink choices. A row may contain multiple Monster Energy products or other canned beverages. Clear artwork helps separate one selection from another.

Can-on-Ice Artwork

The strip uses a can-on-ice presentation. This type of beverage artwork is well suited to cold drink vending machines because it visually connects the selection with a chilled canned beverage.

The design also gives the vending machine selection panel a more finished appearance.

When several beverage strips use a similar presentation style, the complete selection panel can look cleaner and more consistent.

Small Size for Compatible Vending Machine Displays

This product is a small-size flavor strip. The listed dimensions are approximately 1 15/32 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide.

Size matters when buying vending machine flavor strips.

Not every machine uses the same selection window. Even machines from the same manufacturer can have different button assemblies or display arrangements.

For this reason, operators should measure the strip they are replacing before ordering.

Before ordering, check:

  • The width of your current flavor strip
  • The height of your current flavor strip
  • The size of the selection window
  • The way the strip slides into the button assembly
  • The position of any indicator light
  • The vending machine manufacturer
  • The vending machine model
  • The style of the existing selection button

A quick measurement can help prevent ordering the wrong flavor strip size.

SA36 Small Flavor Strip Format

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip uses the smaller SA36-style format. The approximate size is 1 15/32" x 3 1/2".

SA36 flavor strips are designed for compatible beverage vending selection displays where a compact strip is required.

If your existing strip has similar dimensions, this product may be the correct format for your machine. However, dimensions should always be checked before purchase.

Do not choose a flavor strip based only on the beverage brand or vending machine manufacturer. The physical size of the selection display is equally important.

For Compatible Vendo Vending Machines

Vendo has produced many commercial beverage vending machines over the years. Different machines and selection assemblies can use different flavor strip formats.

This small flavor strip is intended for compatible Vendo vending machine applications that use this type and size of product display.

Because configurations can vary, check the strip currently installed in your machine.

If the old strip is available, remove it and measure it. Compare those dimensions with the listed size of approximately 1 15/32" x 3 1/2".

This is a simple way to reduce fit problems.

For Compatible Dixie-Narco Vending Machines

Dixie-Narco beverage machines are widely used in commercial vending. Many machines use removable product identification strips around the selection area.

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade small flavor strip is intended for compatible Dixie-Narco vending machine applications that accept the SA36-style format.

Again, machine configuration matters.

Check your existing strip dimensions and selection button before ordering. This is especially important on older machines that may have been modified or fitted with replacement selection assemblies.

Made for 16 oz Monster Energy Identification

The strip is designed to identify a Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade 16 oz can selection.

Clear product identification is important when the machine carries different can sizes or several similar products.

A customer should be able to look at the front of the machine and understand what is available without opening the machine or seeing the internal inventory.

The flavor strip provides that visual connection between the button and the beverage inside.

Includes Calorie Information

This flavor strip includes calorie information as part of its display.

For operators, having product information directly on the flavor strip can help create a more informative selection area. Customers can see important information while deciding what to purchase.

It also reduces the need to create a separate handwritten label for the beverage selection.

Always make sure the strip being displayed matches the actual product being sold from that selection.

A Simple Way to Update a Beverage Machine

Updating a vending machine does not always require major parts or expensive cosmetic work.

Sometimes small details make the biggest visual difference.

Old flavor strips can become faded, scratched, bent, dirty, or outdated. A machine may work perfectly but still look neglected if the selection labels are difficult to read.

Replacing worn flavor strips is a simple way to improve the front of the machine.

Consider replacing a strip when:

  • The old strip is faded
  • The artwork is difficult to recognize
  • The strip is bent or damaged
  • The selection has changed to another beverage
  • The existing label does not match the product being sold
  • You are cleaning up a used vending machine
  • You are preparing a machine for a new location
  • You are reorganizing the drink selection

Useful for Vending Machine Refurbishment

Flavor strips are also useful during vending machine refurbishment.

A used beverage machine may arrive with old drink labels from its previous location. Some may represent products that are no longer being stocked. Others may simply be worn from years of use.

After cleaning the machine and deciding on a new product lineup, matching flavor strips can complete the selection panel.

If Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade is part of the new beverage lineup, this strip can be used in a compatible small-format selection window.

Helpful for Vending Route Operators

Vending route operators regularly change product selections.

A drink may sell well at one location but slowly at another. Customer preferences can also change over time. Operators often adjust the product mix based on sales.

Keeping extra flavor strips on hand can make those changes easier.

If a machine is changed from one beverage to Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade, the selection display should be changed at the same time.

This helps prevent confusion.

A good route-service process can include:

  • Restocking the beverage
  • Checking the selection button
  • Updating the flavor strip
  • Confirming the strip matches the product
  • Testing the selection
  • Checking the sold-out indicator
  • Cleaning the front selection area

These small steps help keep a vending machine organized and ready for customers.

Match the Strip to the Product Inside

One of the most important rules for vending machine product displays is simple:

The flavor strip should match the beverage being sold.

If the machine shows Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade, that selection should vend the corresponding product.

A mismatched strip can frustrate customers. Someone may choose a beverage based on the picture and receive something different.

Whenever you change the product in a column, update the corresponding flavor strip.

Keep Your Selection Panel Organized

A well-organized selection panel makes a vending machine easier to use.

Customers should not have to search through handwritten notes or guess which button to press.

Branded flavor strips help give each selection its own visual identity.

This can be particularly helpful when a machine carries multiple energy drinks.

For example, an operator may stock several Monster Energy varieties. Each selection can use the appropriate flavor strip so customers can distinguish the products at a glance.

Good Choice for Energy Drink Selections

Energy drinks are commonly stocked in beverage vending machines where the machine configuration supports the product package.

When Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade is part of the product mix, the correct flavor strip helps identify it.

The small format is especially useful for compatible machines with compact selection windows.

It provides product identification without requiring a large display area.

Replace Faded Vending Machine Labels

Flavor strips sit on the front of a vending machine where they are exposed to light, cleaning, handling, and everyday use.

Over time, older strips may lose their clean appearance.

A faded label can make even a clean vending machine look older.

Replacing a worn strip with a clean product-specific strip is an inexpensive cosmetic improvement.

This can be useful before installing a machine at a new account.

Improve the Appearance of Used Vending Machines

Used vending machines often have a mix of flavor strips from previous operators.

Some strips may be from beverages that are no longer stocked. Others may be different sizes, designs, or conditions.

Standardizing the selection display can make the machine look more complete.

Start by deciding which beverages will be stocked. Then install the matching flavor strips in each compatible selection position.

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip can fill that role when the corresponding drink is offered.

Small Part, Important Job

A flavor strip is a small vending machine item, but it performs an important job.

It connects the customer with the product stored inside the machine.

Without clear labels, even a fully stocked vending machine can become confusing.

The customer may hesitate, press the wrong button, or avoid buying because they are unsure what the machine will vend.

Clear product identification helps remove that uncertainty.

Easy Product Identification

The purpose of this strip is straightforward.

It identifies Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade at the vending machine selection point.

Customers can see the branded design and associate the button with the beverage.

This is more professional than using a plain paper note or handwritten label.

How to Check the Correct Flavor Strip Size

Checking the correct size only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Remove the existing strip

If possible, carefully remove the flavor strip currently installed in the machine.

Step 2: Measure the width

Use a ruler or tape measure to check the strip from one side to the other.

Step 3: Measure the height

Measure the strip from top to bottom.

Step 4: Compare the dimensions

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade SA36 strip is listed at approximately 1 15/32" x 3 1/2".

Step 5: Check the holder

Look at how the old strip fits into the selection assembly. Make sure the new strip format is appropriate for that holder.

Step 6: Verify the beverage

Confirm that Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade is the product assigned to that selection.

These checks can save time and help avoid ordering the wrong format.

How to Install a Vending Machine Flavor Strip

Installation is generally simple, although the exact process depends on the machine and selection button design.

Basic installation process:

  1. Open the vending machine using the proper service procedure.
  2. Locate the rear of the selection button or flavor strip holder.
  3. Remove the existing flavor strip.
  4. Clean the display area if needed.
  5. Insert the new Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip.
  6. Make sure the artwork faces the correct direction.
  7. Center the strip in the display window.
  8. Check that any indicator area remains visible.
  9. Close the machine.
  10. Look at the selection from the customer side.
  11. Test the selection before returning the machine to service.

Never force a strip into a holder that is clearly too small. If the strip does not fit, recheck the dimensions and machine configuration.

Check Orientation Before Closing the Machine

Flavor strips can sometimes be installed upside down or off center if the work is done from behind the selection panel.

After inserting the strip, look at it from the customer side.

Make sure the product name and artwork are easy to see.

A few seconds of checking can prevent another service visit.

Keep the Display Window Clean

A new flavor strip looks best behind a clean display window.

Dirt, dust, old adhesive, and fingerprints can reduce visibility.

When replacing the strip, take a moment to inspect the selection button and clear cover.

Clean the area using a method that is safe for your vending machine materials.

A clean window and a clear flavor strip create a better finished appearance.

Useful During Product Changes

Product changes are common in vending.

An operator may test a new beverage, replace a slow seller, or update a machine based on customer requests.

When the drink changes, the flavor strip should change too.

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip makes it easy to identify the new selection when the machine and strip format are compatible.

Build a Flavor Strip Inventory for Your Route

Operators with multiple beverage machines may find it useful to keep a small inventory of commonly used flavor strips.

This can save time during route changes.

Instead of waiting until the next service visit, the operator can update the product label as soon as the beverage is changed.

A basic flavor strip kit may include:

  • Popular soda labels
  • Water labels
  • Sports drink labels
  • Energy drink labels
  • Different strip sizes
  • Current product designs
  • Common selections used across the route

Organize strips by brand, beverage type, or physical size. This makes them easier to find when servicing machines.

Ideal for Vending Machine Shops and Technicians

Flavor strips are useful beyond normal route service.

Vending machine repair shops and refurbishment businesses may also need replacement labels when preparing machines for customers.

A technician may receive a machine with an incomplete or mismatched selection panel.

Replacing those labels is a simple finishing step.

If the machine will be set up to vend Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade and uses the proper small-size strip format, this item provides the matching product identification.

Useful for Machine Resellers

Vending machine resellers often prepare used machines before offering them for sale.

The process may include cleaning, testing, painting, replacing worn parts, and improving cosmetic details.

Flavor strips are part of those cosmetic details.

A machine with clear, organized product labels generally presents better than one with missing or faded strips.

Operators can also change the labels later to match their final product lineup.

Why Measure Instead of Guessing?

Many flavor strips look similar in online photos.

That does not mean they are the same size.

A difference of even a fraction of an inch can matter when the strip must fit inside a fixed plastic holder.

Guessing based on appearance can lead to an incorrect order.

Measuring the existing strip is faster and more reliable.

Remember:

  • Same beverage does not always mean same strip size.
  • Same machine brand does not always mean same strip size.
  • Selection assemblies can vary.
  • Older machines may have replacement parts.
  • Modified machines may not match their original configuration.

SA36 Versus Other Flavor Strip Sizes

Vending machine flavor strips are available in several formats.

This product is the smaller SA36 style with listed dimensions of approximately 1 15/32" x 3 1/2".

Other machines may require taller, wider, or longer strips.

Do not trim a strip unless you know that modification is appropriate for your application. Using the correct size normally provides a cleaner result.

Designed for a Clean Selection Display

A vending machine front should communicate information quickly.

Customers often make vending purchases in only a few seconds.

They look at the available choices, find a familiar product, check the price, and make a selection.

A clear flavor strip supports this process.

It puts product identification exactly where customers expect to find it.

Helpful for Locations with Multiple Beverage Choices

Large beverage machines may carry many different products.

Without clear identification, similar cans can be difficult to separate from one another.

This is especially true when a machine contains several varieties from the same beverage brand.

Using the correct Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip makes that selection distinct.

Professional Alternative to Handwritten Labels

Handwritten labels can work as a temporary solution, but they may not provide the appearance an operator wants for a commercial vending location.

A beverage-specific flavor strip offers a cleaner presentation.

It also makes the selection easier to recognize from a distance.

For offices, warehouses, retail locations, waiting rooms, and other vending accounts, small details can help the machine look maintained.

Great for Routine Vending Machine Maintenance

Flavor strips should be inspected during routine machine service.

Operators often focus on inventory, coin mechanisms, bill validators, card readers, and refrigeration. The front display should also receive attention.

During service, check for:

  • Missing flavor strips
  • Faded artwork
  • Incorrect product labels
  • Damaged selection windows
  • Dirty button covers
  • Loose strips
  • Strips installed upside down
  • Old labels left behind after a product change

Correcting these small problems helps keep the machine ready for customers.

Keep Product Information Current

Beverage packaging can change over time.

Brands update logos, product names, nutrition information, and package designs.

When you replace old vending machine labels, use the most appropriate strip available for the product you currently stock.

The goal is simple: make the selection easy for customers to understand.

Why Calorie Information Is Useful

Customers increasingly expect useful product information at the point of purchase.

A flavor strip with calorie information gives them another piece of information before they make a selection.

For the vending operator, having that information built into the strip can also keep the display cleaner than adding separate notes around the selection button.

Operators remain responsible for making sure their vending operation follows any rules that apply to their machines and locations.

Monster Energy Flavor Strip for Commercial Vending

This strip is intended as a commercial vending display item.

It is not the beverage itself.

It is a product identification strip used to show customers that Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade is assigned to a particular selection.

This distinction is important when ordering.

If you need the drink itself, this is not a case of Monster Energy cans. It is a vending machine flavor strip.

Product Identification Made Simple

Vending does not need to be complicated.

The best product displays are often the easiest to understand.

A customer sees the beverage, sees the price, and presses the button.

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip helps provide the beverage identification portion of that process.

Suitable for New Vending Locations

When placing a vending machine at a new account, operators often change the product mix to match the location.

An office may request energy drinks. A warehouse may have different preferences. Another account may want a mix of traditional soda, water, sports drinks, and energy beverages.

After the product plan is established, the selection panel should be updated.

If Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade is part of the lineup, install the matching strip in a compatible selection display.

Useful When Resetting a Machine

A machine reset involves more than loading new products.

The selection labels should also match the new planogram.

For example, if a column previously contained another energy drink and is changed to Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade, replace the old flavor strip at the same time.

Then test the button to confirm that the correct product vends.

This simple process helps keep the physical inventory and customer-facing display in sync.

How Flavor Strips Support Better Route Organization

Good vending route management depends on consistency.

Drivers and technicians need to know what is loaded into each column. Customers need to know what each button will vend.

Correct flavor strips provide a visual reference for both groups.

When the labels match the products, route service becomes easier to understand.

Check Your Machine Before Buying

Compatibility should always be checked before purchasing vending machine parts and accessories.

For this flavor strip, start with the physical dimensions.

The listed small-size SA36 strip measures approximately 1 15/32 inches by 3 1/2 inches.

If your existing strip is a different size, look for the correct flavor strip format for your machine.

Questions to ask before ordering:

  • Does my machine use removable flavor strips?
  • What size is the existing strip?
  • Does the holder accept an SA36-style strip?
  • Is Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade the product I will stock?
  • Is the selection configured for the beverage package being sold?
  • Does the display have an indicator light that must remain visible?

Do Not Confuse the Flavor Strip with Machine Setup

A flavor strip identifies the beverage. It does not configure the machine to vend a particular can.

The vending column must already be properly set up for the package being loaded.

Machine setup may involve shims, spacers, motors, product depth settings, or other adjustments depending on the vending machine design.

This strip does not change those settings.

It simply identifies the selection from the customer side.

Perfect Finishing Detail After Cleaning a Machine

Deep cleaning can dramatically improve the appearance of a used beverage machine.

After the cabinet, door, buttons, and display areas are cleaned, old flavor strips may stand out even more.

Replacing them can be the finishing detail that completes the front of the machine.

Install clean strips that match the beverages you plan to sell.

Simple Storage for Spare Flavor Strips

Flavor strips are small and easy to store.

However, they should be protected from bending and damage.

Storage tips:

  • Keep strips flat.
  • Store them in a dry location.
  • Separate different sizes.
  • Organize strips by beverage brand.
  • Avoid crushing them under heavy parts.
  • Keep commonly used strips in a route-service kit.
  • Label storage folders by strip size for faster identification.

Good organization makes future product changes faster.

Easy to Carry on a Vending Service Route

Flavor strips take up very little space compared with most vending machine parts.

Operators can keep a selection of them in a service vehicle without using much storage room.

When a beverage changes at a location, the driver can update the display during the same visit.

This avoids leaving a mismatched label until the next service call.

Use the Correct Strip for Every Selection

Consistency matters.

If one button has a clear branded strip while another uses a handwritten note, the machine can look unfinished.

Using appropriate product strips throughout the selection panel creates a more uniform appearance.

This Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip can be one part of that organized display.

For Operators Who Sell Monster Energy Products

If your vending route carries multiple Monster Energy products, keeping matching strips can make product changes easier.

Different Monster Energy varieties should use the correct product identification whenever possible.

This helps customers distinguish Rehab Pink Lemonade from other Monster selections.

Always match the strip to the actual beverage loaded into the machine.

Why Product Recognition Matters

Customers often choose beverages quickly.

Recognizable product artwork can help them locate a familiar drink without reading every word on the machine.

That is one advantage of using beverage-specific flavor strips instead of generic labels.

The customer can visually scan the available choices and identify the product they want.

A Practical Replacement Vending Item

This flavor strip does not require a major machine repair or complicated upgrade.

It is a straightforward replacement display item.

For operators working through a list of small cosmetic improvements, flavor strips are an easy place to start.

Maintain a Clean Customer-Facing Machine

The front of a vending machine is what customers see first.

A machine may have excellent internal components, but customers cannot see the compressor, motors, control board, or payment system.

They see the cabinet, graphics, display, payment area, buttons, and flavor strips.

Keeping those visible areas clean can improve the overall presentation.

Good for High-Traffic Vending Locations

Machines in busy locations receive frequent customer use.

Selection buttons may be pressed hundreds or thousands of times over their service life. Display areas can become dirty or worn.

Regular inspection helps keep the machine presentable.

If a flavor strip becomes damaged or hard to read, replacing it is a simple maintenance task.

Good for Lower-Traffic Locations Too

Clear labels are just as important at smaller vending accounts.

A machine in a small office, auto shop, waiting area, or employee break room still needs clear product identification.

Customers should know what they will receive when they press the selection button.

Preparing a Machine for a New Account

Before delivering a beverage vending machine to a new location, review the selection panel.

A basic pre-delivery checklist can include:

  • Clean the machine.
  • Test the refrigeration system.
  • Test the payment system.
  • Check the selection buttons.
  • Load the planned beverages.
  • Install matching flavor strips.
  • Set the correct prices.
  • Test each selection.
  • Confirm sold-out functions.
  • Check the machine from the customer side.

Correct flavor strips are one small but important part of this process.

Updating a Machine After a Product Change

Suppose a machine previously sold another beverage from one column.

You decide to replace it with Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade.

The change should include more than loading the new cans.

Remove the previous product strip and install the Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip.

Then test the selection.

This keeps the button, beverage, and customer expectation aligned.

Check Price Information Separately

The flavor strip identifies the beverage, but vending machine pricing may be displayed or programmed separately depending on the machine.

After changing a product, confirm that the selling price is correct.

Do not assume the previous product and the new beverage should use the same price.

Review your own product costs and pricing plan.

Useful for Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is not limited to mechanical components.

Cosmetic items deserve periodic inspection too.

During a scheduled service visit, check every flavor strip for damage and accuracy.

Replacing a problem before customers complain is usually easier than returning to the location for a separate service call.

Inspect Flavor Strips During Restocking

Restocking is a good time to inspect the selection panel.

You are already at the machine and can compare each column with its customer-facing label.

Make sure every strip matches the product currently loaded.

If a beverage was substituted, update the strip.

A Better Organized Vending Machine

Organization is important inside and outside the vending machine.

Inside, products need to be loaded into the correct columns.

Outside, customers need clear labels for those columns.

Flavor strips connect those two parts of the vending process.

Who Can Use This Flavor Strip?

This product can be useful for many people working with commercial beverage vending equipment.

Vending route operators

Keep the machine display accurate when changing or adding Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade.

Vending machine owners

Replace an old, missing, or damaged flavor strip on a compatible machine.

Vending machine refurbishers

About Monster Rehab Pink Lemonade flavor strips

Energy drink machines rely on bold brand strips because many cans look similar at a glance. A dedicated Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade strip helps customers pick the right SKU and supports accurate inventory counts during fills.

Replace strips when rotating flavors, after graffiti cleaning, or when preparing a refurbished machine for a new account. Consistent Monster branding across columns makes the cabinet photograph better for location approvals.

Ordering and install guidance

This listing notes a minimum order quantity — order enough strips for the columns you are updating in one stop. Clean the mount area, install the strip level, and verify the Pink Lemonade name is fully visible through the glass.

If you are building a full Monster set, match strip sizes across the machine so the face stays uniform. Contact Vending World if you need help confirming strip style for your cabinet family.

Monster Energy Rehab Pink Lemonade stands out when the flavor strip is crisp and correctly sized for the can column. Faded pink artwork can make the selection look discontinued even when inventory is full. Replacing the strip during a Monster reset keeps Rehab flavors easy to identify next to standard Monster Energy cans.

Because this listing may require a minimum order, plan strip changes across multiple machines or columns in one purchase. That approach lowers shipping cost per column and lets you finish several locations with matching cosmetics. Clean the mount, install level, and photograph the finished door if the account requires brand compliance images.

Monster Rehab Pink Lemonade strip checklist

Verify strip size against your current Monster inserts, order at least the listed minimum quantity, replace all faded Rehab strips in the same bay when possible, and confirm Pink Lemonade reads clearly under machine lights.

Energy drink accounts often require tidy brand presentation. Matching Monster strips across the door photographs better for location managers and reduces customer confusion between Rehab and standard Monster cans. Complete strip work while you are already opening the cabinet for a fill or payment check.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
