1. Clear prices at the selection point
A clear price marker helps customers see the cost before they choose a product. The $1.00 print makes the price easy to identify in a row of selections.
Check the price shown on the machine before applying the label. A sticker should agree with the actual programmed vend price.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
2. A simple update for a new price
A machine may need fresh price labels after an operator changes the selling price. These labels offer a straightforward way to show a one-dollar amount.
Update the machine settings and the visible label together. The sticker itself does not change the electronic price.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
3. Useful for soda selections
Many soda machines have a place for a small price marker near a selection button or product display. A compact label may suit those areas when the dimensions match.
Measure the available space first. Different machine doors and selection panels can use different label sizes.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
4. Useful for snack selections
Snack machines often display prices near selection numbers, buttons, or product rows. Matching labels can give several one-dollar choices a consistent look.
Confirm that the label will not cover a selection number, product name, or other important marking.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
5. Black label appearance
The black color gives the price area a neat, simple appearance. It can blend with dark trim and many black selection panels.
Check contrast against the machine surface and surrounding lighting so the printed price remains easy to read.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
6. Small format for compact spaces
The 3/4-inch by 9/16-inch size is intended for small display areas. This makes accurate measurement important before ordering.
Use a ruler to compare both dimensions with the actual price window or label recess.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
7. 130 labels in one order
A count of 130 gives operators a supply for multiple one-dollar price positions. It may also leave extras for future replacements.
Plan how many labels each machine needs. The number of usable positions depends on the machine layout.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
8. Stick-on design
These are adhesive price labels. Their purpose is to mark a visible price, not to serve as a control or mechanical part.
Use only on an appropriate surface. Check the machine design before placing a label inside a covered window.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
9. Generic replacement option
The labels are sold as generic price stickers rather than as an original label for one named machine model.
Generic does not mean universal. Confirm dimensions and display style for the specific machine.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
10. One price across several choices
A group of products can share the same $1.00 selling price. Matching markers help the display look organized.
Place labels in the same relative position for similar selections when the machine layout allows it.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
11. Refresh faded markings
Old price stickers can become hard to read after years of use. A fresh black label can improve the appearance of a suitable price area.
Remove or cover an outdated price only when doing so will not harm the panel or block required information.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
12. Price consistency matters
A visible $1.00 label should match the price charged by the vending machine. Clear pricing helps avoid confusion during a sale.
Test the actual vend price after making a price change. Do not rely on the sticker as proof of machine programming.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
13. A supply for vending routes
Operators who maintain several machines may keep spare price labels with other small service items.
Store unused labels flat and clean. Keep them away from heat and moisture that could affect their condition.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
14. A tidy machine presentation
Small details can change how a vending machine looks to customers. A row of matching price stickers can appear more orderly than a mix of worn labels.
Use the same label style across matching selections where possible, but do not cover existing instructions.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
15. Choosing the correct price
This item shows $1.00 only. It is not a mixed-price pack and is not a substitute for labels showing other amounts.
Count the selections set to one dollar before deciding how many labels to buy.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
16. Label placement
Price labels work best when customers can connect each amount with the correct product or selection.
Look at the display from a normal customer viewing angle before making the placement permanent.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
17. Measure before installation
Even a small difference in width or height can matter in a narrow vending machine price window.
Compare the stated 3/4-inch width and 9/16-inch height with the space on your equipment.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
18. Work with existing displays
Some vending machines use printed strips, others use inserts, and others have electronic price displays. Adhesive stickers may not suit every design.
Check whether your machine actually accepts a stick-on price marker.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
19. Replace only what is needed
If only a few labels are damaged, an operator may be able to refresh those locations without changing every price marker.
Match the new label with nearby labels so the display remains clear and consistent.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
20. Good for routine service stock
Price labels are small items that are easy to overlook until a machine needs a visible price update.
Keep the SKU with your service records so you can identify the same $1.00 black label later.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
21. Readable product pricing
The main job of a price sticker is to communicate one amount quickly. A simple dollar value is easier to scan than a crowded message.
Avoid placing the label near unrelated numbers that might make the selection price unclear.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
22. Multiple machines and locations
A route may include machines with different doors, ages, and price display styles. The same label can be considered for each suitable location.
Do not assume a label that fits one machine will fit another model.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
23. Selection panel appearance
A dark price label may coordinate with black buttons, trim, or graphic panels.
Review the surrounding color and contrast before installing labels across a whole machine.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
24. Planning a price change
Price adjustments often involve both machine settings and customer-facing signs. The visible sticker is one part of that process.
Make a list of selections that should display $1.00 and check each one after the update.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.
25. Avoid mixed messages
A label showing one dollar should not sit next to a display or sign that shows a different price for the same selection.
Remove conflicting old price information where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
- Displayed amount: $1.00.
- Use only where the label size and style fit.
- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.

- Check that the displayed price matches the machine setting.

The sticker provides a visible price only; it does not adjust the vending machine or confirm its electronic settings.
For this part, the listed measurements are 3/4 inch by 9/16 inch and the order contains 130 new labels. Use those details to decide whether the label belongs in the chosen position. If the layout is different, look for a better-fitting price marker instead of forcing this one into place.
Display check 17: Button Clearance
When preparing a vending machine for black $1.00 stickers, inspect the button clearance before placing a new label. This check helps keep the amount linked to the correct selection. The sticker provides a visible price only; it does not adjust the vending machine or confirm its electronic settings.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
