Royal Vendors RVV500 Coca-Cola Robotic Arm Glass Front Vending Machine

The Royal Vendors RVV500 Coca-Cola Robotic Arm Vending Machine is a commercial glass front refrigerated beverage machine built for locations that need variety, strong product visibility, and an eye-catching delivery system.

Instead of simply dropping the selected drink into the delivery area, the Royal Vision Vendor uses an elevator-style retrieval system. The system retrieves the selected product from its shelf and moves it toward the delivery area. This creates a smooth and interesting vending experience while helping reduce the hard drop that is common in many traditional glass front beverage machines.

This refurbished Royal RVV500 vending machine combines Coca-Cola graphics with a large glass merchandising window. Customers can see the available drinks before making a selection. The machine offers up to 40 selections arranged across 5 shelves.

Depending on the size and mix of products loaded, total capacity can range from approximately 280 to 400 items. This gives operators room to offer many different cold drinks from one commercial vending machine.

The RVV500 is also designed for package flexibility. It can handle a range of beverage packages, including small energy drink cans, standard 12 oz cans, and larger bottles up to 20 oz when the machine is properly configured and loaded.

For vending operators, businesses, schools, warehouses, offices, hotels, and other indoor locations, this combination of product visibility and selection variety can make the RVV500 an attractive alternative to a traditional closed-front soda machine.

A Glass Front Cold Drink Machine Designed to Get Attention

One of the first things customers notice about the Royal Vendors RVV500 is its large glass front.

Traditional soda vending machines often use buttons and flavor labels to show what is available. A glass front machine takes a different approach. Customers can look directly at the products before making a purchase.

That visual presentation can be useful in locations that sell a wide mix of beverages.

An operator may want to stock several types of soda, water, sports drinks, energy drinks, juice beverages, and other compatible packages. With a glass front layout, customers can quickly scan the shelves and compare their choices.

The Coca-Cola graphics add another familiar visual element. The branded exterior can work well in many commercial environments where cold beverage sales are important.

Benefits of the Large Merchandising Window

  • Customers can see products before buying.
  • Bright packages can help create an attractive display.
  • Operators can merchandise many beverage types in one machine.
  • The product mix is easier for customers to understand.
  • New drinks can be highlighted directly on the shelves.
  • Premium products can be given visible shelf positions.
  • Operators can quickly see low-stock selections during service visits.

For a vending operator, the front of the machine becomes part of the sales presentation.

A clean machine with organized rows of colorful beverages can help make the vending area look professional and inviting.

Robotic Arm and Elevator-Style Product Delivery

The delivery system is one of the most distinctive features of the Royal Vision Vendor RVV500.

Many glass front vending machines allow the purchased beverage to fall from its shelf toward the delivery bin. The Royal Vision Vendor uses a different approach.

After a customer makes a valid selection and payment, the machine's retrieval system travels to the selected product position. It collects the product and moves it toward the delivery area.

This moving delivery system is often described as a robotic arm or elevator-style system.

The movement is visible through the glass. This can turn an ordinary beverage purchase into a more interesting experience.

Why Controlled Product Delivery Matters

Beverage containers can be shaken when they fall a long distance.

A controlled retrieval system helps reduce the need for a large free fall. This can be useful for carbonated drinks and other beverage packages that operators want handled more gently.

It can also add another visual feature to the machine. Customers can watch the machine retrieve the product they selected.

In busy locations, that movement can attract attention from nearby customers and help the vending machine stand out from a standard closed-front beverage vendor.

40 Beverage Selections

Variety is one of the strongest advantages of this Royal Vendors glass front machine.

The RVV500 configuration listed here provides 40 selections.

The five-shelf layout provides eight selections per shelf.

That gives operators many ways to build a beverage menu around the needs of a specific location.

Example Product Mix

A vending operator could use the 40 selections to create a broad menu such as:

  • Regular cola
  • Diet cola
  • Zero-sugar cola
  • Lemon-lime soda
  • Root beer
  • Orange soda
  • Bottled water
  • Flavored water
  • Sports drinks
  • Energy drinks
  • Tea
  • Juice beverages
  • Specialty drinks
  • Premium beverages

The exact products should always be tested for fit and reliable vending before the machine is placed into full service.

However, the broad package flexibility of the Royal Vision platform gives operators much more freedom than a machine designed around only one can or bottle size.

Five-Shelf Layout

The machine uses five product shelves.

Each shelf supports multiple selections. This layout makes it easy to organize drinks by type, package size, brand, price, or sales volume.

Example Shelf Organization

  • Top Shelf: Energy drinks and premium beverages
  • Second Shelf: Bottled water and flavored water
  • Third Shelf: Sports drinks and teas
  • Fourth Shelf: Popular bottled sodas
  • Bottom Shelf: High-volume cans or larger beverage packages

This is only an example.

The best layout depends on the location.

A warehouse may have very different sales patterns from a hotel. A school may require a different drink mix than an office. A gym may sell more water, sports drinks, and zero-sugar beverages.

The 40-selection layout gives operators room to adjust.

Approximately 280 to 400 Item Capacity

Total capacity depends on the products being sold.

The listed Royal RVV500 can hold approximately 280 to 400 items, depending on package size and machine setup.

Smaller packages generally allow greater total capacity. Larger bottles take more room.

For that reason, operators should think about both variety and capacity when planning the machine.

A machine filled with many large 20 oz bottles will not have the same total item count as one stocked with smaller cans.

Why Capacity Matters

A larger usable capacity may reduce the number of service trips needed at a location.

That can be important because route profitability is affected by more than product margin.

Travel time matters.

Fuel matters.

Labor matters.

Loading time matters.

The time spent parking and entering a location matters.

A properly stocked commercial vending machine can help an operator sell more products between service visits.

Package Flexibility

The Royal Vision Vendor was designed to accommodate multiple beverage package styles.

According to the listed configuration, it can vend packages ranging from small 250 ml energy-drink-style cans to standard 12 oz cans and bottles up to 20 oz, depending on the package and setup.

That flexibility is valuable because beverage markets change.

Customers do not always want the same package sizes year after year.

Energy drinks have become common in vending. Bottled water remains important. Sports drinks can be strong sellers in active workplaces. Traditional soda still has a large audience.

A flexible machine allows the operator to adjust the product menu as demand changes.

Potential Beverage Categories

  • Carbonated soft drinks
  • Bottled water
  • Energy drinks
  • Sports drinks
  • Iced tea
  • Juice drinks
  • Flavored water
  • Zero-sugar beverages
  • Premium cold drinks

Product dimensions and packaging can vary even when the labeled fluid size is the same. Always test each package for proper fit and reliable vending.

Multi-Price Capability

A modern beverage mix often requires more than one selling price.

A can of soda may sell at one price.

A bottled sports drink may sell at another.

A premium energy drink may need a higher price.

The Royal RVV500 is designed as a multi-price vending machine. This lets operators build a broader beverage menu without forcing every product into the same price point.

Why Multi-Price Vending Is Useful

  • Different package costs can be reflected in retail pricing.
  • Premium beverages can be sold beside standard drinks.
  • Operators can test different price points.
  • Prices can better match local product costs.
  • A wider beverage menu can be offered from one machine.

Always program and test pricing before the machine is opened for customer use.

Coin and Bill Acceptance

Cash remains useful in many vending locations.

This listed RVV500 configuration includes a 5-tube coin mechanism and bill acceptance for $1 and $5 bills.

A multi-tube coin mechanism helps the machine store change for cash transactions.

The exact coin and bill equipment installed can vary on refurbished machines. Confirm the final configuration when ordering.

Why Cash Payment Still Matters

  • Not every customer wants to use a card.
  • Some workplaces still have strong cash usage.
  • Cash provides another payment choice.
  • Multiple payment methods can make the machine easier to use.

Keeping the coin mechanism and bill validator clean and properly maintained can help support reliable operation.

Credit Card Capable Vending Machine

The Royal Vendors RVV500 listed here is credit card capable.

This is an important distinction.

Credit card capable does not mean that a credit card reader is included with the machine.

It means the machine has electronics that can support compatible cashless payment equipment.

A card reader must be purchased separately unless the product listing or sales order specifically says one is included.

Professional installation may also involve an additional charge.

Why Add Cashless Payment?

Many customers now prefer to pay with cards or supported mobile payment methods.

Adding a compatible cashless system can give customers another convenient way to buy drinks.

Depending on the reader and service provider, a connected cashless system may support features such as:

  • Credit card payments
  • Debit card payments
  • Supported contactless payments
  • Supported mobile wallet payments
  • Remote sales reporting
  • Transaction reporting
  • Machine activity data

Available features depend on the card reader, service plan, network coverage, machine configuration, and payment provider.

MDB Payment Compatibility

The Royal Vision Vendor platform supports MDB payment equipment.

MDB is widely used in commercial vending machines to allow the machine controller to communicate with compatible payment devices.

For an operator, MDB support can make it easier to use modern vending payment equipment than with much older machines that rely on legacy payment systems.

Compatibility should still be verified before buying or installing any payment device.

DEX Data Capability

The listed Royal RVV500 supports DEX protocol.

DEX is commonly used in vending for machine data exchange.

When used with compatible equipment and services, vending data can help operators understand machine activity and improve route management.

Data Can Help Operators Review

  • Product movement
  • Sales trends
  • Machine performance
  • Inventory needs
  • Service planning

The exact data available depends on the machine setup and any connected telemetry or cashless equipment.

Optical Product Delivery Verification

The Royal Vision Vendor platform includes optical product delivery sensing.

This system is designed to help the machine confirm product delivery during the vending process.

Delivery verification is an important feature in modern vending equipment because customers expect a simple transaction: make a selection, pay, and receive the product.

Sensors add another level of feedback to the vending process.

As with every mechanical and electronic system, the machine should be cleaned, maintained, and tested on a regular schedule.

Refrigerated for Cold Beverage Sales

The RVV500 is a refrigerated beverage vending machine.

Its refrigeration system keeps compatible beverages cold inside the cabinet when the machine is properly installed, maintained, and operated.

Cold drinks are often an impulse purchase.

A customer walking through a warehouse, office, hotel, or waiting area may not have planned to buy a drink. Seeing cold beverages through the glass can help turn that moment into a purchase.

Good Refrigeration Practices

  • Place the machine indoors in an appropriate environment.
  • Provide proper ventilation around the cabinet.
  • Keep refrigeration areas clean.
  • Do not block required airflow.
  • Use a proper grounded electrical circuit.
  • Check beverage temperatures during regular service.
  • Have refrigeration problems inspected by qualified service personnel.

Insulated Cabinet and Glass Front Design

A refrigerated glass front machine has two jobs.

It must display the products clearly, and it must maintain a controlled cold environment inside the cabinet.

The Royal Vision Vendor uses an insulated cabinet and glass front construction designed for commercial beverage vending.

This gives customers a wide view of the merchandise while the refrigeration system works to keep the interior cold.

A clean glass panel is especially important on this type of machine.

Fingerprints, dust, and streaks can make a fully stocked machine look less appealing.

Operators should make glass cleaning part of every service visit.

Coca-Cola Graphics

This version of the RVV500 features Coca-Cola branding.

Coca-Cola graphics give the machine a familiar beverage-machine appearance.

Brand graphics can be especially useful in traditional cold drink vending locations such as employee break rooms, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, recreation areas, and public waiting areas.

Because this is refurbished equipment, cosmetic condition can vary from machine to machine.

Ask about current photos or cosmetic details if appearance is especially important for your location.

Refurbished Commercial Vending Equipment

This Royal Vendors RVV500 is sold as a refurbished vending machine.

For many operators, refurbished commercial equipment provides a practical way to add vending capacity without purchasing a brand-new machine.

Commercial vending machines are built for repeated customer use.

A properly reconditioned machine can be a useful choice for a new route, an expanding vending company, or an established operator replacing older equipment.

Why Consider Refurbished?

  • Lower purchase cost compared with many new commercial machines
  • Commercial-size capacity
  • Established vending technology
  • Access to replacement parts and service information
  • Useful for route expansion
  • Useful for replacement equipment
  • Can reduce the initial equipment investment for a new location

Refurbished does not mean new.

Normal cosmetic wear may still be present. Graphics, trim, interior components, and installed payment devices can vary.

Buyers should review the current listing and ask questions about any feature that is critical to their location.

Who Is the Royal RVV500 Designed For?

The Royal RVV500 can serve many types of commercial indoor locations.

Its strongest advantage is the combination of high visibility and beverage variety.

Warehouses

Warehouses can have long shifts and large employee populations.

A refrigerated beverage machine gives workers on-site access to cold drinks without requiring a staffed store.

The wide product menu can include soda, water, sports drinks, energy drinks, and other popular choices.

Manufacturing Facilities

Manufacturing locations may need vending equipment that can serve employees across multiple shifts.

A commercial full-size machine can provide a large selection while helping reduce the frequency of restocking compared with very small vending equipment.

Office Buildings

Office users often want more than standard soda.

The 40-selection layout gives operators room for water, zero-sugar drinks, teas, energy drinks, and premium options.

Hotels and Motels

Guests may want a cold drink outside normal restaurant or store hours.

A vending machine can provide convenient access without requiring hotel staff to complete each transaction.

Apartment Communities

A vending machine placed in an appropriate common area can provide residents with another convenient option for cold beverages.

Auto Service Centers

Customers waiting for repairs may remain on-site for an hour or more.

A visible beverage machine can serve the waiting area without adding labor for the business.

Laundromats

Customers often remain in laundromats for extended periods.

Cold drink vending can add a useful service while creating another source of sales for the operator or property owner.

Fitness and Recreation Locations

Where permitted and appropriate, operators can dedicate more selections to water, sports drinks, energy beverages, and lower-calorie products.

Employee Break Rooms

Break rooms are a classic vending location.

The large glass front lets employees quickly see the available products during short break periods.

Designed for Indoor Commercial Locations

The Royal Vision Vendor is intended for appropriate indoor placement.

Do not assume that a commercial vending machine is suitable for outdoor exposure simply because the cabinet is heavy and durable.

Rain, direct weather exposure, extreme heat, extreme cold, moisture, and unsuitable electrical conditions can damage equipment and create safety problems.

Choose a location that provides proper shelter, ventilation, electrical service, floor support, and service access.

Machine Dimensions

The listed RVV500 has the following approximate dimensions:

  • Height: 72 inches
  • Width: 37 inches
  • Depth: 35.5 inches
  • Listed Weight: Approximately 760 lbs.

These measurements should be reviewed before ordering.

Do not measure only the final vending location.

Measure the entire delivery path.

Measure These Areas Before Delivery

  • Exterior doors
  • Interior doors
  • Hallways
  • Elevator openings
  • Elevator capacity
  • Stairways
  • Turns and corners
  • Loading docks
  • Ramps
  • Final machine location

Also allow space for ventilation and future service access.

Heavy Commercial Equipment

At roughly 760 pounds as listed, the RVV500 is heavy commercial equipment.

It should not be treated like a household appliance.

Proper vending-machine moving equipment and experienced personnel should be used.

The glass front and internal delivery system also need protection during transport.

Improper moving methods can damage the cabinet, glass, refrigeration system, shelves, delivery mechanism, or other components.

Electrical Requirements

The Royal Vision Vendor is designed for standard commercial electrical service within the specifications provided for the machine.

Royal documentation for this RVV generation specifies 115 VAC, 60 Hz operation and a dedicated grounded circuit.

The listed machine specifications should always be checked before installation.

Before Plugging In the Machine

  • Verify the outlet voltage.
  • Use a properly grounded outlet.
  • Confirm circuit capacity.
  • Follow the manufacturer's installation requirements.
  • Do not use an unsafe extension cord arrangement.
  • Remove all required shipping materials before operation.

If the electrical service is uncertain, use a qualified electrician.

Planning the Best Product Mix

A 40-selection machine gives operators many choices.

That does not mean every selection should contain a different drink.

The best product plan is based on what customers actually buy.

If one beverage sells much faster than the others, it may make sense to dedicate additional capacity to that product.

Slow sellers can be reduced or replaced.

Start With a Balanced Mix

A new location might begin with several broad beverage groups:

  • Popular regular sodas
  • Popular diet or zero-sugar sodas
  • Bottled water
  • Sports drinks
  • Energy drinks
  • Tea or juice beverages

Then watch the sales.

The customers will show you what they want.

Use Sales Data to Improve the Machine

Vending is easier to manage when product decisions are based on real sales instead of guesses.

Review which selections sell first.

Look for products that remain on the shelf between service visits.

Compare high-volume and low-volume selections.

Then adjust the product mix.

Simple Questions to Ask

  • Which drink sells out first?
  • Which drink sells the least?
  • Are customers choosing cans or bottles?
  • Are energy drinks selling well?
  • Does bottled water need more capacity?
  • Are premium products priced correctly?
  • Does the machine need more zero-sugar choices?

Small changes can improve the usefulness of the machine over time.

Keep the Glass Front Looking Clean

The glass front is one of the RVV500's biggest merchandising advantages.

Keep it clean.

A machine can be mechanically excellent and fully stocked, but dirty glass can still make the equipment look neglected.

During Every Service Visit

  • Clean the exterior glass.
  • Remove fingerprints.
  • Wipe the payment area.
  • Clean the delivery area.
  • Remove trash around the machine.
  • Check product presentation.
  • Face products neatly.
  • Check for empty selections.

Good presentation supports customer confidence.

Routine Maintenance

Commercial vending machines work best when maintenance is performed before small problems become large ones.

The exact service schedule depends on machine use and location conditions.

Basic Maintenance Areas

  • Clean the cabinet.
  • Clean the glass.
  • Inspect the delivery system.
  • Check shelves and product cells.
  • Clean payment equipment as recommended.
  • Check the delivery area.
  • Inspect refrigeration airflow.
  • Keep condenser areas clean.
  • Check door seals.
  • Test several selections.
  • Verify prices.
  • Test coin acceptance.
  • Test bill acceptance.
  • Test cashless equipment if installed.

Always disconnect electrical power before performing service that requires the machine to be unplugged.

Complex electrical and refrigeration repairs should be handled by qualified personnel.

Test the Machine After Stocking

Product packaging changes.

Even two drinks that both say “20 oz” can have different bottle shapes.

For this reason, operators should test unfamiliar packages before filling an entire selection.

Product Testing Checklist

  • Confirm the package fits correctly.
  • Load products according to the machine instructions.
  • Make several test purchases.
  • Watch the retrieval system.
  • Confirm the product reaches the delivery area.
  • Check delivery sensing.
  • Repeat the test with a nearly full selection.
  • Repeat with a lower inventory level when practical.

A few test vends can prevent customer problems later.

Why Product Visibility Can Help Sales

People often buy with their eyes first.

A flavor label tells the customer what a machine contains.

A glass front actually shows it.

That difference can be useful when selling drinks with distinctive packaging.

Energy drink cans, sports drink bottles, premium waters, and colorful soda packages can all become part of the machine's visual presentation.

Customers can compare choices without reading dozens of small labels.

A Good Fit for Modern Beverage Variety

The cold beverage market contains far more package types than it once did.

A vending operator may need to sell traditional soda, water, energy drinks, sports drinks, tea, and other beverages from the same location.

That creates a challenge for older machines built around only a few package types.

The RVV platform was developed with package flexibility in mind.

That flexibility can make the machine useful for locations where customer preferences change over time.

Route Expansion With Commercial Equipment

New vending operators often focus on the price of the machine.

Equipment cost is important, but route efficiency also matters.

A vending machine is a tool used to serve a location.

The machine needs enough capacity, product variety, payment options, and reliability for that location.

A full-size commercial machine can help an operator build a route around fewer, more productive service stops instead of constantly refilling very small machines.

Think Beyond the Purchase Price

When comparing equipment, consider:

  • Capacity
  • Number of selections
  • Package flexibility
  • Payment compatibility
  • Parts availability
  • Machine condition
  • Location requirements
  • Moving cost
  • Shipping cost
  • Expected service frequency

Potential Benefits for Location Owners

The vending operator is not the only person who benefits from a properly placed machine.

The location can gain an on-site convenience for employees, customers, residents, or guests.

Location Benefits May Include

  • Cold beverages available on-site
  • No cashier required for each sale
  • Many drink choices in a small area
  • Self-service convenience
  • Availability during long business hours
  • A professional vending area

Actual results depend on the location, customer traffic, product mix, prices, and quality of service.

Choosing the Right Vending Location

Even an excellent machine needs the right location.

Look for places where people spend time and have limited access to convenient cold drinks.

Factors to Consider

  • Number of people at the location
  • Length of time people remain there
  • Work shifts
  • Nearby food and beverage competition
  • Machine visibility
  • Security
  • Indoor temperature
  • Electrical access
  • Delivery access
  • Space for customers to use the machine

A smaller location with limited nearby food options can sometimes outperform a larger location where customers have many easy alternatives.

Placement and Ventilation

Do not push the machine into a space without considering airflow.

Refrigeration equipment produces heat and needs ventilation.

Follow Royal Vendors installation instructions and leave the required clearance around the machine.

Also make sure service technicians can access the machine when maintenance is required.

Plan for the Weight of a Fully Loaded Machine

The listed empty machine weighs approximately 760 pounds.

A fully stocked machine weighs more because of the beverages inside.

Before placement, make sure the floor and delivery route are appropriate for heavy commercial vending equipment.

If an elevator is required, confirm the elevator's rated capacity before delivery.

Credit Card Reader Installation

Again, this machine is listed as credit card capable, not as including a card reader.

If cashless payment is important to your location, plan for the reader before the machine ships.

Before Ordering a Reader

  • Confirm machine compatibility.
  • Choose a supported payment provider.
  • Review hardware costs.
  • Review activation costs.
  • Review monthly service charges.
  • Review transaction fees.
  • Check cellular coverage at the location.
  • Confirm installation requirements.

A card reader is a separate system with its own service terms and fees.

Why a Card Reader Can Be Valuable

Customers increasingly expect cashless payment options.

A person may want a drink but have no cash.

Without another payment option, that customer may walk away.

A compatible cashless reader can help remove that barrier.

Cash should not automatically be ignored, however.

The strongest setup for many locations is a machine that provides both cash and supported cashless payment options.

Programming Prices

The Royal Vision Vendor supports individual pricing options through its electronic control system.

This is useful when stocking products with different costs.

Example Pricing Strategy

  • Standard cans at one price
  • Standard bottles at another price
  • Sports drinks at a premium price
  • Energy drinks at a higher premium price

The actual retail price should be based on product cost, location terms, operating expenses, local competition, and the operator's business model.

Managing High-Selling Selections

A common mistake is giving every product the same amount of space even when sales are very different.

If one beverage sells three times faster than another, the operator should consider adjusting the plan.

High sellers deserve more attention.

Slow sellers should be reviewed.

A wide-selection machine gives the operator room to experiment until the right product mix is found.

Seasonal Product Changes

Beverage demand can change during the year.

Hot weather may increase demand for water, sports drinks, and other cold beverages.

Location activity can also change because of staffing, school schedules, tourism, events, or seasonal business patterns.

Use the machine's flexible product layout to respond to those changes.

Restocking the RVV500

A good restocking routine is simple and repeatable.

Suggested Service Routine

  1. Check the machine for error messages or obvious problems.
  2. Review cashless or sales data when available.
  3. Open the machine safely.
  4. Check inventory levels.
  5. Remove damaged or unsuitable products.
  6. Restock the highest-selling selections first.
  7. Load products correctly.
  8. Check prices.
  9. Test important selections.
  10. Service the coin and bill equipment as needed.
  11. Clean the glass and exterior.
  12. Clean the delivery area.
  13. Close and secure the machine.
  14. Complete a final test purchase if needed.

A consistent service routine helps reduce forgotten tasks.

Keep the Machine Fully Merchandised

A glass front machine shows customers exactly what is empty.

That makes good inventory management especially important.

Several empty rows can make a machine look neglected even when many products remain.

Try to service the location before the most popular selections remain empty for long periods.

Remote monitoring, when available through compatible equipment, may help operators plan service visits more effectively.

Parts and Service Support

Royal Vendors is an established manufacturer of commercial refrigerated vending equipment.

Service information and parts support are important considerations when buying any commercial vending machine.

No vending machine operates forever without maintenance.

Payment devices need service.

Refrigeration systems need cleaning.

Switches and sensors can wear.

Mechanical components can eventually require adjustment or replacement.

Buying a known commercial platform can make it easier to identify parts and technical information compared with obscure equipment with limited support.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
