6 Price stickers generic soda, snack label sheets $1.00 to $2.50 cents (black) (NEW)

Black Price Stickers for Soda and Snack Vending Machines
Refresh the price display on a vending machine with a set of six generic black price label sheets. This new label set covers six common selling prices, from $1.00 to $2.50. Each small stick-on label gives customers a clear price at the selection point. The set includes 780 labels in total and is listed as part NBS304-780.
- Six price values: $1.00, $1.25, $1.50, $1.75, $2.00, and $2.50.
- 780 labels across six sheets.
- Black price-label style.
- Individual label size: 3/4 inch by 9/16 inch.
- Generic stick-on labels for soda and snack vending applications.
- Condition: new.
- Manufacturer listed: NBS.
- Product SKU: NBS304-780.
Why a Clear Price Display Matters
A customer should know the cost of an item before making a choice. A clean price label helps remove doubt at the selection area. It also gives a vending machine a more organized look. Small details matter when a machine serves many people each day.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
One Set for Several Price Points
This assortment is useful when different products sell at different prices. A route may offer lower-priced snacks next to premium drinks or larger packages. The six listed amounts let an operator label a range of selections without using a single price for every item.
Black Labels for a Consistent Look
A matched set can help the front of a machine look more orderly. Instead of mixing several label styles, an operator can use the same black format across the price area. Check the machine background and viewing window to make sure the print remains easy to read.
Compact Size for Price Windows
Each label measures 3/4 inch by 9/16 inch. This small format is intended for price display areas where space is limited. Measure the space in the machine before ordering. A generic label is not a guarantee of fit for every brand, door, or selection panel.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Soda Machine Price Displays
Drink vending machines may offer cans, bottles, and specialty drinks at different selling prices. The six amounts in this set can support a mixed menu when those amounts match the prices programmed in the machine. A sticker identifies the price; it does not change machine settings.
Snack Machine Price Displays
Snack machines often carry a range of package sizes. Candy, chips, cookies, and other products may not all share the same price. These labels can help keep visible pricing aligned with the product mix. Use only the price values that match the actual selling prices.
What the Six Sheets Provide
The product listing identifies six sheets and 780 labels total. This is an assortment rather than a single-price sticker listing. The source does not state the number of stickers for each individual price. Check the sheets when planning a large relabeling project.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Useful for Routine Machine Updates
Prices can change when a location changes its product mix. A label assortment keeps several common values available for routine updates. Operators can replace an old label when it is worn, hard to read, or no longer matches the programmed price.
A Practical Supply for Route Inventory
A route operator may maintain several machines with different price plans. Keeping spare labels in a parts kit can make planned changes easier. The small size makes the labels simple to sort and carry. Protect unused sheets from dirt, bends, and moisture.
Simple Visual Organization
Group labels by printed value before working on a machine. A clear order can reduce mix-ups between similar prices. Verify each selection against the machine display or price program. The final visual check is as important as the new label itself.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Price Accuracy and Customer Trust
A posted amount should match what the machine charges. A mismatch can lead to confusion even when the machine works as designed. When prices change, update both the machine program and the visible labels. Test the relevant selections using the machine manual.
For Mixed Drink and Snack Locations
Some vending locations use separate soda and snack machines side by side. A common label style can make the equipment look more coordinated. This set is described for generic soda and snack use. Actual placement depends on the label holder or surface in each machine.
Replacement for Worn Price Markings
Old price stickers can fade, curl, or become difficult to read. Replacing a damaged marking helps keep the selection area neat. Before applying a new label, check that the display surface is clean and dry and that the new label will not block a button or indicator.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Small Part, Visible Improvement
A price sticker is a simple vending accessory, but customers see it during every purchase. Uniform price markings help the machine present products in an easy-to-follow way. They are especially useful when the rest of the machine has been cleaned or refreshed.
Check the Size Before Buying
The listed dimensions describe the individual labels, not the sheet size. Compare 3/4 inch by 9/16 inch with the available display space. Also check whether the machine uses adhesive stickers or a different kind of price insert. Do not assume universal fit from the generic name.
Choose the Correct Price
This set includes only six stated amounts. If a machine uses another value, such as $0.95 or $2.75, that value is not among the six listed prices. Match the exact amount rather than using a close substitute. Accurate pricing should be easy to confirm at a glance.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Keeping Price Labels Clean
Avoid rubbing the printed face with harsh cleaners. Wipe nearby surfaces with care and follow the cleaning advice for the machine. If a sticker becomes damaged, replace it with the correct value. A fresh label is usually easier to read than a repaired one.
Planning a Relabeling Project
Count the selections that need a new price marking. Record the value for each selection. Then check that the assortment contains enough labels of the needed values. The listing gives a total of 780 labels but does not specify the split among the six prices.
Machine Compatibility Notes
The listing describes these as generic stick-on labels for soda and snack vending machines. It does not name a tested list of machine models. Verify the price-window size, surface type, and desired appearance before installation. Some machines use digital prices instead of stickers.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Price Labels and Machine Programming
A printed sticker is a visual marker only. It does not set the vend price, update a payment device, or change a control board. Set the selling price through the machine controls as directed by the equipment manual, then use a matching label for the customer-facing display.
Why the Assortment Is Convenient
Buying several price values together can reduce the need to source separate small batches for every update. This is helpful when the exact mix of products varies across machines. The benefit depends on whether the six included prices match the route pricing plan.
Use in High-Traffic Areas
Customers at busy locations often make quick decisions. Clear prices help them compare options without extra steps. Check the display under the normal lighting at the site. Reflections, scratches, or a dark background can affect how easily a small label is seen.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Maintain a Consistent Price Layout
Place price markings in the same relative position for similar selections where the machine design allows. A consistent layout helps customers scan the choices. Follow the equipment layout and avoid covering product names, selection codes, or operating instructions.
A Fit for Refurbishment Work
During a vending machine refresh, small visual parts can make the final result look more complete. New price labels can replace a mixed collection of older stickers. They do not repair mechanical or electronic faults, but they can improve the appearance of the pricing area.
Careful Application
Follow the surface and adhesive guidance supplied with the labels, if available. Work on a clean, dry area. Line up the printed amount so it is level and easy to see. Avoid repeated removal and reapplication, which may reduce adhesion or damage the label.
- Confirm the price shown to customers.
- Check that the label fits the intended display area.
- Keep spare markings sorted by value.
Storage Between Service Visits
Store unused sheets flat in a dry place. Keep them away from direct heat, dust, and sharp tools. Label the storage envelope with the six price values so the right assortment is easy to find on the next service visit.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
