Check the opening or surface on your machine before ordering. These are physical price stickers, not electronic price displays. A generic label does not guarantee a fit in every model.
A Clear Price at the Point of Sale
A visible price helps a customer decide before pressing a selection button. On machines with small product windows, a simple label can do the job without adding visual clutter. The black finish offers a uniform look across a mixed set of drinks and snacks.
Eight Useful Price Choices
The included values cover common low and midrange vending price points. You can assign different prices to bottled drinks, cans, chips, candy, and other items. The labels show the selected price; the machine still needs to be programmed to charge that amount.
One Supply for Several Machines
Keeping a shared stock of labels makes routine route work easier. An operator can take the same package to a snack machine and a beverage machine, then use the prices that match each location. This avoids carrying many separate single-price orders.
Refreshing Older Equipment
An older machine may work well while its price stickers look faded or inconsistent. Replacing those stickers can improve the presentation without changing the machine itself. First remove old adhesive residue where the surface permits.
Price Changes Without New Hardware
If product costs change, a printed price display may need an update. These stick-on labels provide a straightforward way to show the new amount. They do not alter control-board settings, payment devices, or the machine menu.
Small Format for Compact Areas
Each label measures 3/4 inch by 9/16 inch. Measure the available area rather than judging by a photo. A label that fits one price window may be too wide or too tall for another.
A Consistent Black Appearance
Matching labels can help several machines look more orderly. A uniform price style also makes a mixed snack and drink lineup feel less patched together. The best visual result comes from placing each sticker straight and in the same position.
Stock for Routine Service
A large label supply is helpful when several selections need attention at once. Keep the unused labels clean and flat between visits. Avoid exposing adhesive supplies to moisture, dust, or excess heat.
Setting Up a New Location
When placing a machine at a new site, prices should be easy to find. Select the correct printed value for each product and confirm that the machine charges the same amount. A final visual check can catch missing or misplaced labels.
Supporting Mixed Product Menus
A single vending machine may carry items at several price levels. The eight-value assortment helps present those differences in a simple format. Confirm that your planned price is one of the included values before relying on this set.
Replacing Missing Labels
A missing price sticker leaves the customer uncertain about what a selection costs. A replacement can restore that information quickly. Match the displayed amount to the programmed selling price before returning the machine to service.
Avoiding Confusing Displays
Two prices near one selection can lead to mistakes. Remove outdated labels when appropriate, and place the current one where it clearly belongs. If a machine uses a dedicated insert holder, verify whether an adhesive label is suitable for it.
Simple Visual Organization
Price labels work best when the surrounding display is tidy. Keep product names and prices aligned, and do not cover instructions, warning notices, or product images. The goal is to make the cost easy to identify at a glance.
Using Labels During a Reset
A product reset may change the item, the price, or both. Review each selection after moving products to new slots. A quick comparison of shelf plan, printed sticker, and machine price can prevent a mismatch.
Helpful for Route Operators
Route visits often involve several small jobs. Carrying replacement price labels alongside normal service supplies means one more issue can be handled during a scheduled stop. The stickers are a display aid, not a replacement for routine machine checks.
Presentation for Shared Spaces
Machines in offices, schools, and common areas benefit from clear pricing. A clean label can make a small detail feel more professional. Actual product availability and prices still depend on the machine operator.
Preparing for Seasonal Changes
Product mixes may shift with the season. Cold beverages, snacks, and specialty items can move to new price points. Having multiple printed values ready helps the operator update the display when the selection changes.
A Practical Spare-Parts Shelf Item
Labels are small and easy to overlook until one is needed. Storing a pack with other vending supplies makes them easier to find. Record the part number NBS304-1040 so the same assortment can be identified later.
Careful Surface Preparation
Before applying a sticker, check that the area is dry and free of loose dirt. Follow the machine maker’s cleaning guidance, especially around plastic windows and painted panels. Test fit and position before pressing the label into place.
Checking the Final Result
Stand where a customer normally stands and read the price display. Make sure the label is not blocked by a product, trim piece, or reflection. Then test the programmed price through the machine’s approved service process.
Visibility in A Lobby Drink Machine
Customers should be able to find the price without guessing which product it belongs to. Keep the label close to the related selection and check it from the normal viewing angle. In a lobby drink machine, the display may be viewed in different light or from different positions. A quick check after stocking helps keep the information useful.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
