Commercial Drink Vending Capacity

A large cabinet can hold more drinks between refills. The Royal 660 is built for a steady flow of beverage sales in workplaces and shared spaces. Its stated can and bottle counts describe different loading arrangements, not a combined total. Actual capacity changes with package size and column setup.

The 660 format offers room for popular soda flavors, water, tea, sports drinks, and other compatible packaged drinks. This range supports a varied beverage lineup without moving to a glass-front display cabinet.

Recognizable Coca-Cola Bottle Styling

The Coca-Cola bottle graphics give the front of this machine a familiar look. The curved cabinet design adds shape and visual interest to a standard vending area. The artwork helps identify the machine as a cold beverage vendor at a glance.

The Coca-Cola theme suits break rooms, customer waiting areas, recreation spaces, and other places that serve familiar drinks. Graphics describe the cabinet appearance. They do not limit the machine to one beverage brand.

Nine Selections for Customer Choice

Nine selection buttons give customers a clear set of drink options. Each selection can represent a beverage offered in the machine. The selection layout supports a mix of classic sodas and other popular cold drinks.

A defined selection area makes the buying process easy to follow. Customers can see the available choices, pay, and choose the drink they want. The actual assortment depends on the products loaded.

Twelve Product Columns

The twelve-column design gives the machine internal space for multiple beverage stacks. There are more columns than customer selections, so a selection may be assigned additional storage based on the machine setup.

Extra column capacity can be valuable when one drink sells more often than others. The Royal 660 combines customer choice with a storage layout intended for commercial beverage demand.

Multi-Price Beverage Sales

Multi-price operation allows different selections to carry different prices. This matters when package sizes and wholesale costs are not the same. A 12-ounce can and a 20-ounce bottle may need different selling prices.

The machine is not limited to one shared price for every product. Its multi-price function supports a beverage menu with several price points and a wider range of packaged drinks.

Cash Payment Features

The listed machine accepts coins and $1 bills. These familiar payment methods make the Royal 660 suitable for locations where customers still prefer cash. Cash acceptance is part of the product listing.

A standard cash setup keeps the buying experience familiar. Customers can select a drink and use supported coins or a one-dollar bill. Payment performance depends on the installed and working payment equipment.

Credit Card Reader Capability

The Royal Vendors 660 is described as credit card capable. This means its electronics can support a compatible cashless reader. It does not mean a card reader comes with the machine.

A compatible reader is offered as a separate option. Reader purchase, service arrangements, and installation may add costs. Cashless operation depends on the actual reader and related services installed.

DEX Data Support

DEX protocol is listed among the machine features. DEX provides a way for compatible vending systems to access machine data. This feature is useful in modern vending operations that rely on electronic records.

DEX capability is a feature of the listed machine. Any reporting tools, cables, software, or other equipment needed to use that data are separate from the basic description.

Refurbished Commercial Equipment

This Royal Vendors 660 is sold as a refurbished vending machine. It offers a full-size commercial format without being described as factory new. The cabinet and its features are intended for regular beverage vending.

Refurbished machines can show differences in cosmetic finish and installed parts. The product listing identifies the machine as refurbished and includes a limited parts warranty through Vending World.

Full-Size Cabinet Design

The listed dimensions are approximately 72 inches high, 37.5 inches wide, and 34.5 inches deep. This is a tall, full-size beverage cabinet rather than a small countertop unit.

The product information gives different weight figures in separate parts of the listing. For transport planning, the seller should confirm the actual shipping weight and handling requirements.

12-Ounce Can Beverage Format

The machine is listed for a capacity of 660 or more standard 12-ounce cans. This high-capacity format supports a large stock of familiar canned drinks.

Can capacity depends on how the columns are arranged and which cans are used. The stated number is a reference for a can-based configuration, not a promise for every package mix.

20-Ounce Bottle Beverage Format

The product listing also describes room for more than 300 20-ounce bottles. This makes the Royal 660 an option for bottled soft drinks, water, and other compatible beverages.

Bottles vary in shape even when the labeled volume is the same. The specific product package and machine setup affect what can be loaded and vended.

Other Beverage Package Options

The existing product description mentions 16-ounce cans and 16.9-ounce bottles as additional beverage sizes that may be supported. This broadens the types of drinks that may fit the Royal 660.

Package fit depends on the machine configuration. The listing does not guarantee that every can or bottle shape will work without a suitable setup.

Office and Workplace Vending

An office break area benefits from a machine that holds several drink choices in one cabinet. The Royal 660 offers familiar payment features and a large cold beverage inventory.

Nine selections can serve a mix of staff tastes. The Coca-Cola bottle styling also gives the vending area a familiar branded look.

Warehouse and Manufacturing Spaces

Warehouses and manufacturing sites often have shared break spaces with steady beverage use. A full-size drink machine can serve many employees from one location.

The Royal 660 has a commercial cabinet, twelve product columns, and capacity for hundreds of packaged beverages. These features suit sites where drink demand is more than occasional.

Apartment and Shared Residential Areas

Apartment communities and shared residential spaces may need a simple self-service drink option. The Royal 660 brings a familiar selection-based vending format to common areas.

Its curved Coca-Cola bottle graphics and large beverage capacity can fit community rooms and other suitable indoor commercial vending areas.

Laundromats and Waiting Areas

Customers spending time in a laundromat or waiting area may welcome access to cold drinks. A vending machine gives them a self-service option without a staffed counter.

The nine-selection design supports several beverage choices. Coins and $1 bills are accepted, and a separate compatible reader can expand payment options.

Recreation and Community Facilities

Recreation centers and community facilities may serve people with different drink preferences. The Royal 660 has space for a mix of cans and bottles when configured for those products.

The familiar Coca-Cola graphics help the cabinet stand out as a beverage machine. Its full-size format is intended for a fixed commercial placement.

Traditional Vending Experience

The Royal 660 uses a familiar selection-and-payment process. Customers view the available drinks, pay through supported payment equipment, and choose a selection.

This format is suited to people who want a quick cold drink without browsing a retail shelf. The cabinet is designed for self-service beverage vending.

Flexible Product Assortment

A beverage lineup can include soda, bottled water, iced tea, energy drinks, and sports drinks when package dimensions and machine configuration permit. The Royal 660 offers nine selections to represent those choices.

Its multi-price feature allows price differences across products. The twelve columns provide storage space behind the customer-facing selections.

Commercial-Grade Presence

The tall cabinet gives the Royal 660 a clear presence in a break room or shared vending area. It is designed as a dedicated beverage vending machine rather than a compact display cooler.

The curved Coca-Cola bottle front adds a branded look. The cabinet size and product capacity support the needs of established vending spaces.

Vending World Product Identification

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
