Mug Root Beer Can on Ice Flavor strip With Calories HVV Style NEW PART

Mug Root Beer (HVV) 12 oz Can Flavor Strip

The Mug Root Beer (HVV) 12 oz Can Flavor Strip is a new vending machine display part designed to give compatible Pepsi High Visibility Vendor machines a clean, professional, and easy-to-read beverage presentation. Featuring recognizable Mug Root Beer branding, a 12 oz can-on-ice design, calorie information, and an HVV-style format, this flavor strip is a practical replacement for vending operators who want to refresh a beverage selection without replacing the entire machine.

Vending machine displays serve an important purpose. They tell customers what is available, help identify individual selections, and contribute to the overall appearance of the equipment. When a flavor strip becomes worn, damaged, faded, missing, or outdated, even a well-maintained vending machine can look incomplete. Replacing that small display component can create a noticeable improvement in the appearance of the beverage selection.

This Mug Root Beer flavor strip is listed by Vending World under SKU SA22MRB12. The product is identified as a new part and is designed in the HVV format associated with compatible Pepsi HVV front vending machines. The listed DB95 format measures approximately 5.3 inches wide by 7.2 inches high. Because vending machines use several different flavor-strip dimensions, operators should always compare their existing strip and machine configuration before ordering.

Refresh Your Vending Machine Display

A beverage vending machine is both a dispensing system and a compact retail display. Customers need to understand the available selections quickly. A clean flavor strip helps connect the product inside the machine with the selection shown on the front of the equipment.

The Mug Root Beer HVV 12 oz Can Flavor Strip provides a recognizable product presentation for a 12 oz can selection. Its can-on-ice design reinforces the appearance of a chilled beverage, while the Mug Root Beer branding makes the selection easy to identify.

For vending operators, display maintenance is often a collection of small tasks. A machine may continue operating when a flavor strip is missing or damaged, but the presentation can suffer. Replacing the strip allows the operator to restore the beverage selection to a more complete appearance without making a major equipment investment.

This is particularly useful for operators who maintain multiple machines. A route may include machines in offices, manufacturing facilities, apartment buildings, schools, warehouses, hotels, retail locations, break rooms, and other customer-facing environments. Maintaining clean and accurate product displays across those locations can make routine route service more consistent.

Designed for the HVV Format

The Mug Root Beer 12 oz can strip is part of Vending World's Pepsi HVV flavor-strip category. Vending World identifies the applicable DB95 format as approximately 5.3 inches wide by 7.2 inches high. This larger format is associated with Pepsi High Visibility Vendor front machines and compatible equipment.

Using the correct format matters because flavor strips are not universal. Vending machines may use small, medium, large, marketplace, energy, bottle, can, or HVV-style display pieces. Even when two strips display the same beverage, they may not fit the same machine.

Before ordering, compare the dimensions of the existing strip with the dimensions listed for this product. Check the machine's front display configuration as well. If you are replacing a missing strip and cannot measure it, review the machine model and existing display arrangement before placing your order.

12 oz Can Beverage Presentation

This product is specifically identified for a 12 oz Mug Root Beer can. Matching the flavor strip to the beverage actually loaded into the machine is an important part of good vending merchandising.

When a customer sees a product image and name that accurately represents the beverage inside the machine, the selection process is easier. Accurate product identification can also reduce confusion when a machine carries several beverages with similar packaging or when the operator regularly changes selections.

The can-on-ice design provides a visual cue associated with a cold beverage. In a refrigerated drink machine, that presentation complements the purpose of the equipment and helps maintain a consistent cold-drink merchandising theme.

Mug Root Beer Branding

Recognizable beverage branding is useful in vending because customers often make purchasing decisions quickly. A customer may approach a machine already knowing what drink they want. A clear brand image can help that customer locate the desired selection without searching through every available option.

The Mug Root Beer presentation gives the beverage column a distinct identity. When the machine contains several different soda selections, individual branded strips help separate one product from another.

For route operators, recognizable branding can also help maintain consistency between machines. If Mug Root Beer is stocked at several locations, using the appropriate Mug Root Beer flavor strip can create a similar appearance across the route.

Can-on-Ice Design

The can-on-ice presentation is one of the defining visual elements of this flavor strip. The design shows the beverage as a chilled canned product and supports the appearance of a refrigerated vending selection.

Visual presentation matters because vending customers frequently make selections while standing in front of a machine for only a short period. Product names, graphics, selection labels, and pricing information work together to communicate what is available.

A clear product image does not replace accurate machine programming or proper product loading. Instead, it complements those functions by giving customers an immediate visual reference.

Calorie Information

The Mug Root Beer HVV strip includes calorie information as part of its printed design. This provides an additional piece of product information for customers viewing the beverage selection.

Nutrition and calorie information can be useful in environments where customers want to compare beverage options before making a purchase. Operators should remember that display requirements can vary by location, business type, and applicable regulations. The flavor strip should not be treated as a substitute for verifying any specific legal or nutritional-labeling requirements that apply to an individual vending operation.

New Replacement Part

This product is identified as a new part. It is not presented as a refurbished flavor strip. For operators replacing worn or damaged display pieces, a new replacement can provide a clean visual update.

New display parts can be useful during machine refurbishment, route preparation, machine installation, beverage assortment changes, or routine service. Keeping commonly needed flavor strips available can also reduce the amount of time a machine remains without proper product identification.

Why Flavor Strips Matter

Flavor strips may be small compared with the entire vending machine, but they perform an important merchandising function. They connect the product selection with a visual identity and help customers understand what is being sold.

A missing flavor strip can leave an empty-looking area on the machine. A damaged strip may make an otherwise clean machine appear neglected. An outdated strip can create confusion if the beverage selection has changed.

Replacing the strip is a relatively simple way to address these issues. Instead of replacing a complete machine or front panel, the operator can replace the individual display component when appropriate.

Ideal for Routine Vending Machine Maintenance

Routine vending maintenance involves more than mechanical and electrical components. Operators also need to pay attention to cleanliness, product organization, labels, selection displays, pricing information, and overall appearance.

The Mug Root Beer HVV 12 oz Can Flavor Strip can be incorporated into that maintenance process. During a scheduled service visit, an operator can inspect each beverage selection and determine whether the associated flavor strip is clean, readable, correctly matched, and securely positioned.

If the existing strip is damaged or missing, replacing it can restore the selection's visual presentation. This can be especially convenient when the machine is already being serviced for restocking or cleaning.

Useful for Vending Route Operators

Route operators manage vending machines across multiple locations. A small replacement part can become important when it is needed at a location far from the operator's main storage area.

Keeping replacement flavor strips organized with other vending supplies can make route service more efficient. Operators can maintain an inventory of frequently used beverage graphics and replace damaged pieces during regular visits.

For routes that use multiple compatible HVV machines, maintaining matching beverage graphics can also simplify service. When a particular beverage is offered at multiple locations, the same style of product identification can be used where compatible.

Useful for Machine Refurbishment

Flavor strips are also useful when preparing vending equipment for deployment. A machine that has been cleaned, serviced, tested, and prepared for a new location can benefit from accurate beverage graphics.

When operators change the beverage assortment, the flavor strips should be reviewed at the same time. If the machine is being converted from one beverage selection to another, the product identification should match the new inventory.

The Mug Root Beer HVV strip can therefore be useful during a beverage assortment update when a compatible Pepsi HVV-style machine will carry a 12 oz Mug Root Beer can selection.

Professional-Looking Beverage Merchandising

Professional vending presentation starts with simple details. Products should be organized. Selection areas should be readable. Product graphics should match the beverages being sold. The machine should be clean and maintained.

A replacement flavor strip contributes to that overall presentation. The Mug Root Beer branding provides a clear visual identity, while the HVV format fills the intended display area on compatible equipment.

For businesses that host vending machines for employees, customers, visitors, or guests, appearance can be part of the overall impression of the service. A cleanly presented vending machine is easier to understand and can look more complete than one with missing or damaged product graphics.

Compatibility and Fit

Compatibility should be confirmed before ordering. Vending World lists this product in the Pepsi HVV 5.3 x 7.2 flavor-strip category and identifies the DB95 format as approximately 5.3 inches wide by 7.2 inches high.

Some compatible equipment may use manufacturer-specific display configurations. The machine's actual display area, retaining method, and existing strip should be considered when confirming fit.

Do not assume that every Royal, Dixie Narco, Pepsi-branded, or other beverage machine uses the same flavor-strip size. Machines can vary by model, production year, front design, beverage configuration, and display system.

How to Check Your Existing Strip

Before ordering, inspect the current beverage display. If an old strip is still installed, carefully remove or measure it as appropriate. Record its width and height.

Next, identify the machine's model and display format. Compare the existing strip with the product information for the Mug Root Beer HVV strip.

Pay attention to both dimensions and format. A strip with similar dimensions may still have a different layout or intended application. The goal is to match the replacement to the actual display configuration rather than relying only on the beverage name.

Simple Replacement Planning

A practical maintenance process can help vending operators avoid display problems. During each route visit, inspect the beverage graphics along with the machine's other visible components.

  • Check whether each selection has a flavor strip.
  • Confirm that the beverage shown matches the product loaded.
  • Look for cracks, tears, fading, or other visible damage.
  • Check whether the strip is positioned correctly.
  • Compare the format with the machine's display configuration.
  • Keep replacement strips available for common selections.

These simple checks can be incorporated into regular cleaning and restocking routines.

For Operators Managing Multiple Beverage Selections

Many vending machines offer several beverage choices. A customer may see root beer, cola, lemon-lime soda, flavored cola, water, sports drinks, or other beverages arranged together.

Each selection needs a clear identity. Matching the product to the correct graphic helps keep the display organized.

The Mug Root Beer HVV strip is intended for the Mug Root Beer 12 oz can selection. It should be installed only where the machine and display format are compatible.

For Vending Technicians

Technicians servicing beverage vending machines frequently encounter small display issues while performing larger maintenance tasks. A machine may have a functional refrigeration system, working selection controls, and proper product delivery while still needing a replacement graphic.

Having the correct flavor strip available can allow that issue to be addressed during the same service visit. This can be particularly useful for operators who want to complete several maintenance tasks during one route stop.

As with any vending machine component, technicians should confirm the machine configuration before installation. The replacement should fit the designated display area without interfering with other components.

For Vending Machine Resellers

Vending machine resellers and refurbishers may also find flavor strips useful when preparing equipment for customers. A machine that is being cleaned and prepared for resale can benefit from updated product graphics when the configuration calls for them.

Display components can contribute to the finished appearance of refurbished equipment. When the machine is intended to carry specific beverages, appropriate graphics can help the equipment look ready for deployment.

For Businesses Operating Their Own Machines

Not every vending machine is serviced by a large route company. Some businesses operate or maintain vending equipment directly. In these situations, having access to replacement display parts can simplify basic maintenance.

A business may use a vending machine in an employee break room, warehouse, office, apartment community, recreation area, or other facility. If the beverage selection changes, the display should be updated when appropriate.

The Mug Root Beer HVV 12 oz Can Flavor Strip provides a dedicated visual identification option for compatible equipment carrying the corresponding beverage.

Important: Verify Dimensions Before Ordering

Flavor strips come in different sizes. Vending World lists several categories, including small can strips, medium can strips, long can strips, bottle strips, Coke Chameleon strips, Coke Market Place strips, and Pepsi HVV strips.

Because these formats are not interchangeable in every machine, checking dimensions before ordering is one of the most important steps. The HVV format associated with this Mug Root Beer product is approximately 5.3 inches by 7.2 inches.

Vending World also notes that many modern Dixie Narco and Vendo machines use smaller flavor-strip formats, while certain older or generic flat-front machines use medium or large formats. This makes it especially important to identify the machine's actual display configuration rather than ordering based only on the beverage name.

Why Accurate Product Identification Matters

Accurate product identification helps customers make selections with confidence. If the strip shows Mug Root Beer but the machine contains a different beverage, the display can create confusion. Likewise, an empty or missing strip leaves the customer without a clear visual reference.

Operators should update the flavor strip whenever the beverage selection changes and the display format requires a different graphic.

Good vending merchandising is built around consistency. The beverage inside the machine, the product name, the graphic, the price, and the selection mechanism should work together.

Maintaining a Consistent Route Appearance

Route operators often service many machines with similar configurations. A consistent display approach can make machines easier to maintain and can create a recognizable appearance across locations.

When Mug Root Beer is offered on several compatible HVV machines, having the same type of appropriate product graphic available can help operators maintain those machines more efficiently.

Replacement graphics can be stored with other route supplies. Operators may choose to organize strips by brand, beverage size, machine format, or route location.

Storage Tips for Replacement Flavor Strips

Flavor strips should be stored in a clean, dry location where they are protected from unnecessary bending, moisture, dirt, and damage. Keeping replacement strips flat and organized can make them easier to install when needed.

Operators who maintain multiple vending machines may benefit from labeling storage areas according to machine format. Keeping HVV strips separate from small can strips, bottle strips, and other formats can reduce the chance of selecting the wrong replacement during route service.

Installation Preparation

Before installing a replacement flavor strip, inspect the display area. Remove the old strip if applicable and clean the surrounding surface using a method appropriate for the machine and display system.

Make sure the area is free from loose debris that could interfere with proper placement. Compare the new strip with the old strip before installation to verify orientation, dimensions, and product identity.

Do not force a strip into an opening for which it is not designed. If the fit is uncertain, confirm the machine model and display format first.

After Installation

After installing the strip, check that it is positioned correctly and that the Mug Root Beer image is visible to customers. Confirm that it does not interfere with selection buttons, product delivery areas, pricing displays, or other components.

It is also good practice to confirm that the product actually loaded into the corresponding selection is the product shown on the strip.

Ideal for Beverage Display Updates

Product displays may need to be updated for many reasons. An operator may add Mug Root Beer to a machine, replace a damaged graphic, refresh an older machine, change a beverage assortment, or prepare a machine for a new location.

The Mug Root Beer HVV 12 oz Can Flavor Strip provides a dedicated graphic for that purpose on compatible equipment.

A Practical Small Part With a Visible Impact

Large vending machine components often receive most of the attention during maintenance. Refrigeration systems, motors, coin mechanisms, bill validators, control boards, and selection systems are essential to machine operation.

But small visible components also matter. Flavor strips are among the first things a customer sees when choosing a beverage. A clean, correctly matched strip can improve the visual organization of the machine.

For that reason, keeping replacement graphics available can be a practical part of vending machine maintenance.

Use With Compatible Pepsi HVV Front Machines

This Mug Root Beer flavor strip is identified specifically with the Pepsi HVV format. Vending World places it in the Pepsi HVV 5.3 x 7.2 category.

Compatible Royal and Dixie Narco equipment may use this style of display, but operators should verify the exact machine configuration before purchasing. Manufacturer, model, front design, and display dimensions should all be considered.

Do Not Confuse HVV With Smaller Can Strips

One of the most common flavor-strip ordering mistakes is assuming that all 12 oz can graphics are the same size. The beverage size does not determine the vending machine display format by itself.

Two products can both be intended to identify 12 oz cans while using different physical formats. The machine determines which strip is appropriate.

This product is specifically an HVV-style 12 oz can strip. If your machine uses a small, medium, or long strip format, verify that configuration before ordering.

Useful for Professional Machine Presentation

When a vending machine is located in a professional environment, appearance can influence how customers perceive the equipment. A machine with clear, organized product displays is easier to navigate.

The Mug Root Beer HVV strip contributes to that presentation by providing a recognizable brand image and beverage format for the appropriate selection.

It is a simple replacement that can complement cleaning, restocking, pricing updates, and other routine machine-service tasks.

Vending Machine Merchandising Basics

Effective vending merchandising starts with clarity. Customers should be able to identify products quickly. The machine should communicate the available choices without unnecessary confusion.

  • Use accurate product graphics.
  • Keep selections organized.
  • Replace damaged or missing labels.
  • Match graphics to the products inside the machine.
  • Keep the machine exterior clean.
  • Verify that pricing and selection information are current.
  • Use the correct flavor-strip format for the machine.

The Mug Root Beer HVV flavor strip supports these goals by providing dedicated product identification for a compatible 12 oz can selection.

For Beverage Program Changes

Vending operators sometimes adjust product selections based on customer demand, location requirements, seasonality, supplier availability, or other operational considerations. When a new beverage is added, the display should be reviewed at the same time.

If Mug Root Beer is added to a compatible HVV machine in a 12 oz can configuration, this strip can provide the corresponding product graphic.

For Older Machines Being Refreshed

An older vending machine can sometimes benefit from simple visual updates. Even when the machine's mechanical and electrical systems are operating properly, worn graphics can make the equipment look dated.

Replacing damaged flavor strips is one way to refresh the visible portion of the machine without replacing the entire unit.

This approach can be especially practical for operators maintaining commercial vending equipment where appearance and functionality both matter.

For New Location Setup

When a vending machine is moved to a new account or location, operators often review the entire presentation. Products may be changed to suit the new customer base, and display graphics may need to be updated.

A replacement Mug Root Beer strip can be part of that preparation when the machine is configured for the corresponding 12 oz can selection.

For Replacement of Damaged Graphics

Vending machine graphics can experience normal wear from cleaning, handling, environmental conditions, and repeated service. A strip can also become damaged during machine relocation or refurbishment.

Rather than leaving a damaged selection in place, an operator can replace the individual strip when an appropriate replacement is available.

Product Identification at a Glance

The Mug Root Beer brand is prominently associated with this product. The can-on-ice presentation provides an immediate visual reference, while the 12 oz format identifies the intended beverage package.

For a customer standing in front of the vending machine, this combination can make the selection easier to recognize.

Operator Benefits

  • Provides a dedicated Mug Root Beer beverage graphic.
  • Supports a clean and organized machine appearance.
  • Identifies a 12 oz can selection.
  • Uses an HVV-style display format.
  • Includes calorie information in the printed design.
  • Uses a can-on-ice visual presentation.
  • Can replace a missing or damaged compatible strip.
  • Can support machine refurbishment and route maintenance.
  • Is listed as a new part.
  • Uses the approximately 5.3 x 7.2 inch DB95 format.

Customer Benefits

Customers benefit from clear product identification. A recognizable graphic helps them locate the beverage they want and understand the machine's selections.

Clear displays can also make a vending machine easier to use for customers who are unfamiliar with the equipment. A customer should not have to guess which selection corresponds to which beverage.

Maintenance Benefits

For maintenance teams, the ability to replace individual flavor strips is useful because it allows display issues to be handled independently of larger machine repairs.

An operator does not need to replace a functioning vending machine simply because one product graphic has become damaged or outdated. When the machine remains appropriate for the location, a replacement display part can address the visual issue.

Machine Preparation Checklist

When preparing a compatible machine for service, consider the following checklist:

  1. Identify the machine model.
  2. Identify the front display format.
  3. Measure the existing flavor strip when possible.
  4. Confirm the beverage size.
  5. Confirm the beverage brand.
  6. Compare the replacement dimensions.
  7. Inspect the display area.
  8. Clean the area as appropriate.
  9. Install the correct strip.
  10. Confirm that the displayed product matches the product loaded.
  11. Review the entire beverage panel for consistency.

Why the Correct Size Matters

A flavor strip must fit the intended display area. A strip that is too small may leave gaps or fail to provide the intended coverage. A strip that is too large may not fit properly.

Vending World identifies this Mug Root Beer product as approximately 5.3 inches by 7.2 inches in the DB95 HVV format. Measurements should be treated as an important compatibility reference rather than assuming universal fit.

Choosing Between Flavor Strip Formats

Vending World offers flavor strips in several formats. The product category includes small can strips, medium strips, long strips, bottle strips, energy can strips, Coke Chameleon strips, Coke Market Place strips, and Pepsi HVV strips.

Operators should select the format based on the machine's actual display configuration. The Mug Root Beer HVV product is intended for the HVV format rather than being a universal replacement for every Mug Root Beer vending graphic.

Route Inventory Management

Operators managing several machines can benefit from keeping spare display parts organized. A small inventory of common graphics can prevent delays when a strip becomes damaged or when beverage selections change.

Inventory can be organized by brand, size, machine type, or format. Keeping the HVV products together can make them easier to identify during route preparation.

Machine Appearance and Customer Experience

Customer experience begins before the customer inserts money or selects a button. The machine must communicate its available products clearly.

A professional-looking display can make the selection process more straightforward. Clean product graphics, readable labels, organized selections, and accurate pricing all contribute to the overall usability of the machine.

The Mug Root Beer HVV flavor strip addresses one part of that experience: clear identification of the Mug Root Beer 12 oz can selection.

Suitable for Routine Service Visits

Flavor-strip replacement can be performed as part of routine vending service when appropriate. Operators can inspect graphics while restocking beverages and cleaning the machine.

If a strip needs replacement, having the correct part on hand can help complete the task during the same service visit.

Replacement Part for Existing Equipment

This product is intended as a replacement display component rather than a complete vending machine. It is appropriate for operators who already have compatible vending equipment and need a Mug Root Beer HVV 12 oz can graphic.

Its small size and lightweight construction make it practical to keep as a route-maintenance item.

Lightweight Vending Display Component

Vending World lists the product weight at approximately 0.010000. Its lightweight construction makes it a convenient component for storage and route service.

Operators can keep replacement strips with other small vending machine parts without requiring substantial storage space.

Professional Beverage Selection Label

The flavor strip gives the beverage selection a dedicated identity. When multiple drinks are arranged next to each other, clear individual graphics can make the machine easier to navigate.

This is particularly helpful for customers who recognize beverages visually. The Mug Root Beer branding allows the customer to identify the selection without relying solely on small text.

Support for Consistent Branding

Consistent branding can be useful for vending operators managing multiple machines. A standardized presentation makes it easier to recognize beverage selections across locations.

When a machine is configured for Mug Root Beer in a 12 oz can and uses the compatible HVV format, this strip can provide the appropriate visual identity.

Replacement During Cleaning and Refreshing

Cleaning a vending machine provides an opportunity to inspect the visible display components. Operators can check for dirt, damage, peeling, fading, or missing graphics.

If a flavor strip needs replacement, the operator can address the issue during the machine-refresh process. The result is a more complete beverage display.

For Vending Businesses of Different Sizes

The Mug Root Beer HVV strip can be useful for a single-machine operator as well as a larger vending company. A single-machine operator may need one replacement after a graphic becomes damaged. A larger operator may need multiple strips as part of route inventory.

The same compatibility principles apply in both situations. Confirm the machine format and dimensions before purchasing.

For Machine Owners

Machine owners who perform their own maintenance can use replacement flavor strips to handle basic display updates without waiting for a complete equipment refurbishment.

Replacing a visual display component is separate from servicing the refrigeration, electrical, payment, and dispensing systems. Those systems should be serviced according to the equipment manufacturer's procedures and by qualified personnel when appropriate.

For Vending Equipment Refurbishers

Refurbishers often need to address both functionality and appearance. Once a machine has been cleaned and serviced, replacing missing or damaged graphics can help complete the visible portion of the refurbishment.

This Mug Root Beer strip can be used when the equipment is compatible with the HVV format and is being configured for a 12 oz Mug Root Beer can selection.

Ordering Considerations

Before ordering, review these details:

  • Confirm the machine uses an HVV-style display.
  • Confirm the approximate 5.3 x 7.2 inch format.
  • Confirm that the machine is configured for a 12 oz can.
  • Confirm that Mug Root Beer is the intended beverage.
  • Compare the existing strip with the replacement.
  • Confirm the SKU when placing an order.

Why Keep Spare Flavor Strips?

Display parts can be easy to overlook until one is needed. A route operator may discover a damaged strip during a routine visit and have to return later if no replacement is available.

Keeping commonly used strips in inventory can reduce unnecessary return trips. It can also make machine refurbishment and product changes easier to schedule.

Simple, Practical Vending Maintenance

Good vending maintenance does not always require a major repair. Small corrections can improve the appearance and usability of equipment. Replacing a worn flavor strip is one example.

The Mug Root Beer HVV 12 oz Can Flavor Strip is designed to address that specific need on compatible equipment.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?

Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability

New vs Refurbished

We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.

According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.

Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:

  • Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
  • Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
  • Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700

(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)

As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.

Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.

Start small and grow as you can afford it.

Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.

All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.

Small mechanical machines have two main problems:

  • They don't make change or accept dollar bills
  • They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff

Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.

A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
