Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip
Give your Pepsi beverage vending machine a clean, clear, and professional product display with the Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip. This replacement vending machine flavor strip is made for Pepsi High Visibility Vendor style displays. It features a Pepsi Cola bottle-on-ice presentation and is designed for the 20 oz bottle selection.
This flavor strip is a useful choice for vending operators, route owners, vending machine technicians, bottlers, businesses, and anyone who maintains Pepsi-branded beverage equipment. A vending machine can work perfectly and still need a small graphic update. A missing, faded, damaged, or incorrect flavor strip can make the front of the machine look unfinished. Replacing that small graphic can help restore the product display without replacing a larger machine component.
The product is listed under SKU SA22PNA20. VendingWorld identifies this item as a new part. The Pepsi HVV format is listed in the 5.3 x 7.2 inch category, also associated with the DB95-style Pepsi HVV display format. Always compare your current machine, existing strip, display area, and dimensions before ordering.

Refresh Your Pepsi Vending Machine Display
A beverage vending machine is more than a piece of equipment. It is also a point-of-sale display. Customers look at the front of the machine before they make a selection. They want to know what drinks are available. They also want to find their preferred beverage quickly.
A clear flavor strip helps make that process easier. It connects the product inside the machine with the selection area on the outside. When the correct graphic is in place, customers can quickly identify the beverage associated with a selection.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip is made for that purpose. It provides a customer-facing Pepsi Cola product graphic for a machine using the matching HVV display format.
This can be especially useful when an older strip has become faded or damaged. It can also help when a machine has been refurbished, relocated, reconfigured, or prepared for a new beverage lineup.

Made for Pepsi HVV Displays
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip is intended for Pepsi High Visibility Vendor applications. The HVV format uses a larger customer-facing display area than many standard vending machine flavor strips.
This difference is important when replacing a vending machine graphic. Vending machines do not all use the same size strip. Some machines use small bottle strips. Others use medium or large strips. Pepsi HVV machines use their own display format.
VendingWorld places Pepsi HVV graphics in a dedicated category. The category is identified as 5.3 x 7.2 inches. The DB95 format is also associated with Pepsi HVV front machines, including applicable Royal and Dixie Narco machines.
Even when a machine carries Pepsi branding, operators should not assume that every Pepsi flavor strip will fit. Machine models can vary. Doors can also be changed. Display areas can be modified. Aftermarket parts may have been installed. For these reasons, checking the existing strip remains an important step.
20 oz Bottle Product Identification
This flavor strip is specifically identified for a 20 oz bottle selection. Matching the display graphic to the product being sold is important for a clear vending presentation.
A beverage vending machine may offer several package sizes. One selection may contain a 12 oz can. Another may contain a 20 oz bottle. A third selection may contain a different beverage. The customer-facing graphic should make those differences clear.
The Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle flavor strip gives operators a simple way to identify the correct product position. The bottle image provides a visual cue. The Pepsi Cola name provides brand identification. The 20 oz format identifies the intended package size.
This combination can help customers understand the selection before completing the purchase.
Bottle-on-Ice Presentation
The bottle-on-ice presentation is designed to work naturally with a cold beverage vending environment. The graphic presents the beverage as a chilled product. This is a familiar visual approach for beverage vending machines.
Customers often approach a drink machine with a simple goal. They want to find a beverage and make a quick purchase. A clear product image can help them locate the correct selection without spending extra time reading small text.
The bottle-on-ice style also works well when several beverage selections are displayed together. Matching product graphics can create a more consistent front panel.
If one strip is missing while the others are present, the display can look incomplete. A replacement strip can restore the missing product image.
Why Vending Machine Flavor Strips Matter
Flavor strips are small parts, but they serve an important purpose. They help customers connect the product in the machine with the selection they want to purchase.
A vending machine may contain a large number of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components. However, customers usually interact with the front of the machine. They see the graphics, buttons, product labels, prices, and payment area.
That makes the display area an important part of the overall customer experience.
A damaged graphic can make an otherwise functional machine look neglected. A missing graphic can make it harder to identify a selection. A mismatched graphic can create confusion about the beverage inside the machine.
Replacing the correct flavor strip is one simple maintenance step that can help address these issues.
Benefits of Replacing a Damaged Flavor Strip
- Restores a missing product graphic.
- Replaces a worn or damaged display.
- Helps identify the Pepsi Cola selection.
- Supports a cleaner vending machine appearance.
- Matches a 20 oz bottle product position.
- Helps maintain consistent product graphics.
- Can be included in a vending machine refresh.
- Provides a useful spare for route service.
- Can help prepare a machine for a new beverage lineup.
New Replacement Part
VendingWorld identifies the Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip as a new part. A new replacement graphic can be useful when an operator does not want to continue using an old, worn, or damaged strip.
New replacement graphics can also be useful during machine refurbishment. When a used vending machine is prepared for service, operators often clean the cabinet, inspect the refrigeration system, test the payment system, inspect the product delivery system, and replace worn components.
The product graphics should also be inspected during this process.
If the machine has missing or damaged Pepsi product graphics, replacing them can be part of the final preparation before the machine is placed at a customer location.
SKU SA22PNA20
The listed SKU for this product is SA22PNA20. Using the correct SKU is helpful when ordering vending machine parts and graphics.
Flavor strips can look similar when they are viewed in a parts inventory. Several Pepsi graphics may be available for different beverages and package sizes. The exact SKU helps distinguish this Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle flavor strip from other products.
Keep the SKU with your parts records. It can be useful for future purchases, route inventory, purchasing departments, service teams, and machine refurbishment projects.
Pepsi HVV Format and Size
The Pepsi HVV category is listed by VendingWorld as a 5.3 x 7.2 inch format. The product is associated with the DB95-style Pepsi HVV display format.
This larger format is different from many small vending machine bottle strips. Operators should therefore verify the display size before placing an order.
Do not select a flavor strip based only on the beverage name. A Pepsi Cola graphic for one machine format may not fit a Pepsi Cola display area designed for another format.
The machine manufacturer, model, door style, display opening, existing graphic, and physical dimensions should all be considered.
Compatibility Checklist
Before ordering the Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip, check the following:
- Machine manufacturer
- Machine model
- Machine front style
- Current flavor strip
- Existing graphic dimensions
- Display opening dimensions
- Product package size
- Current Pepsi graphic style
- Mounting method
- Existing SKU or part number, if available
This simple check can reduce the risk of ordering the wrong graphic.
Pepsi HVV Versus Standard Vending Flavor Strips
VendingWorld offers several flavor strip formats. They are not all the same size.
The catalog includes small, medium, large, marketplace, and Pepsi HVV formats. Each format is intended for a particular type of vending machine display.
Some small formats are used on Vendo and Dixie Narco machines. Medium formats are used in other vending displays. Large strips may be found on older flat-front machines. Marketplace machines have their own display sizes. Pepsi HVV machines use a larger dedicated format.
The Pepsi HVV format is listed at 5.3 x 7.2 inches.
This is why measuring the existing strip is important. The correct beverage graphic still needs to have the correct physical format.
Common Flavor Strip Formats
| Format | Listed Size | General Application |
|---|---|---|
| SA43 | 1 5/8 x 3 19/32 inches | Small strip format for certain Vendo and Dixie Narco machines |
| SA36 | 1 15/32 x 3 1/2 inches | Small strip format for certain Vendo and Dixie Narco machines |
| NBS16 | 2 5/16 x 3 1/2 inches | Medium strip format |
| NBS15 | 2 5/16 x 7 1/16 inches | Large strip format |
| Pepsi HVV / DB95 | 5.3 x 7.2 inches | Pepsi High Visibility Vendor front display |
Why the Correct Size Matters
A flavor strip needs to fit the space provided by the machine. A strip that is too small may leave visible gaps. A strip that is too large may not fit correctly.
An incorrect size may also interfere with nearby labels, buttons, selection areas, or other graphics.
The right size creates a cleaner display. It allows the graphic to sit in the intended area. It also helps maintain the visual layout of the vending machine.
For that reason, always compare the replacement strip with the original graphic when possible.
How to Check Your Existing Flavor Strip
- Open the machine display area if necessary.
- Locate the current flavor strip.
- Check the beverage name.
- Check the package size.
- Measure the strip.
- Measure the display opening if needed.
- Identify the machine manufacturer.
- Identify the machine model.
- Compare the graphic style.
- Compare the replacement SKU.
If the current strip matches the Pepsi HVV style and the physical dimensions are appropriate, the replacement may be a suitable choice. If there is uncertainty, compare the product details carefully before ordering.
Ideal for Vending Machine Refresh Projects
Vending machine refresh projects often involve more than mechanical repairs. A machine can be fully operational but still need cosmetic attention.
During a refresh, operators may clean the cabinet and glass. They may replace damaged buttons. They may update price labels. They may inspect the refrigeration system. They may test the coin mechanism and bill validator. They may also inspect the product delivery system.
Graphics should be included in that inspection.
A missing Pepsi Cola flavor strip can stand out on a clean machine. Replacing it can complete the display.
Useful for Vending Route Operators
Route operators maintain multiple machines. Each machine can have different products and different service needs.
Small replacement parts are easier to carry than large vending machine components. Flavor strips can also be stored in a parts cabinet or service vehicle.
Keeping replacement graphics available can help technicians handle small display problems during routine service visits.
For example, a technician may arrive at a machine and discover that one Pepsi product graphic is faded. If the correct replacement is already in the service inventory, the graphic can be replaced as part of the same maintenance visit.
Route Service Uses
- Replace missing Pepsi graphics.
- Replace damaged product strips.
- Refresh older beverage machines.
- Update product selections.
- Prepare machines for a new location.
- Maintain consistent front-panel graphics.
- Keep spare Pepsi HVV graphics available.
- Support machine refurbishment projects.
Useful for Vending Machine Technicians
Technicians work on both functional and cosmetic issues. A vending machine may have a refrigeration problem, payment problem, motor issue, electrical issue, or display problem.
Once the mechanical work is complete, the technician may also notice damaged graphics.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip can be useful as part of that final display work when the machine uses the matching format.
Organizing strips by brand, beverage, package size, and machine format can make parts selection easier.
Useful for Beverage Machine Owners
Businesses that operate their own beverage vending machines can also benefit from keeping replacement graphics on hand.
Office buildings, warehouses, apartment communities, recreational facilities, retail locations, and other businesses may have customer-facing vending equipment.
A clean machine can be easier for customers to use. Clear product identification can also make the machine easier to navigate.
When a flavor strip is missing, the machine can still operate. However, the product selection may not be as clear as intended.
A replacement strip addresses that specific display issue.
Professional Vending Machine Appearance
A professional vending operation requires attention to detail. Customers see the outside of the machine before they see anything else.
The cabinet should be clean. The glass should be clear. The buttons should be readable. Prices should be visible. Product graphics should match the products being sold.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip is one small part of that presentation.
It can help keep the Pepsi selection clearly identified. It can also help keep the display consistent with other Pepsi HVV graphics.
Quick Product Recognition
Vending purchases are often quick. Customers may be at work, shopping, traveling, exercising, or moving through a busy facility.
They may not spend a long time studying the machine.
Clear graphics can help customers find their preferred beverage quickly. The Pepsi Cola name is a direct product identifier. The bottle image gives the customer a visual reference. The 20 oz designation identifies the package size.
Together, these elements provide a straightforward product display.
Consistent Pepsi Product Displays
Consistency is useful when a vending machine contains multiple Pepsi HVV selections.
If several graphics use the same display style, the machine can have a more organized appearance. If one selection has a damaged graphic while the others are clean, the difference can be noticeable.
Replacing the damaged strip can help restore consistency.
VendingWorld's Pepsi HVV category includes several beverage graphics. These include Pepsi Cola, Diet Pepsi Cola, Mountain Dew, Mug Root Beer, Gatorade selections, Lipton Ice Tea, A&W, Dr Pepper, and other products.
This makes it possible for operators to look for matching graphics when updating several selections.
Pepsi Cola Branding for Vending Machines
Brand identification is an important part of beverage merchandising. Customers often know what drink they want before they approach the machine.
A recognizable product graphic helps them locate that drink.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip provides a direct Pepsi Cola product display for the matching vending machine format.
For an operator using Pepsi-branded beverage selections, maintaining the correct product graphics can help keep the machine organized.
Calorie Information
The product listing identifies this flavor strip as including calorie information.
Nutrition information can be useful at the point of purchase. Customers may want to see product information before selecting a beverage.
Operators should follow all applicable requirements for vending displays, nutrition information, and beverage merchandising. Requirements can vary by location and customer setting. The presence of calorie information on a graphic does not by itself establish compliance with every requirement that may apply.
Easy Inventory Identification
Vending operators may have dozens or hundreds of small parts in inventory. Keeping products organized can save time.
Flavor strips can be separated by brand and format. Pepsi graphics can be stored together. Within that group, operators can organize by beverage and package size.
The SKU can be written on inventory records. For this item, the SKU is SA22PNA20.
When a replacement is needed, the operator can check the machine and then match the SKU with the stored part.

Replacement Planning for Multiple Machines
Operators with multiple beverage machines can use a simple replacement planning process.
Start by identifying which machines use Pepsi HVV graphics. Next, inspect each machine's product selections. Record the beverage and package size shown in each position.
Then inspect the condition of the graphics. Separate graphics that are clean and readable from those that need replacement.
Finally, compare each required replacement with the available flavor strip format.
This approach can help reduce incorrect orders and unnecessary service work.
When to Replace a Flavor Strip
There are several situations in which an operator may want to replace a flavor strip.
- The original strip is missing.
- The graphic is torn.
- The print is faded.
- The strip has visible damage.
- The machine has been refurbished.
- The product selection has changed.
- The package size has changed.
- The machine has received new graphics.
- The front display needs a cosmetic refresh.
- A replacement strip is needed for inventory.
A flavor strip does not need to be replaced on a fixed schedule. Instead, inspect it as part of normal machine maintenance and replace it when its condition or product information no longer meets the operator's needs.
Inspect the Machine Before Installation
Before installing a replacement strip, inspect the display area.
- Remove loose dirt.
- Remove debris from the display area.
- Check for damaged mounting surfaces.
- Compare the replacement with the existing strip.
- Confirm the orientation.
- Check nearby graphics.
- Make sure the graphic does not cover a selection button.
- Confirm that the product position matches the graphic.
A clean display area can help the replacement graphic sit properly and look neat.
Do Not Assume Every Pepsi Strip Fits Every Machine
Pepsi branding alone does not determine compatibility.
Vending machines use different graphic sizes and display layouts. A Pepsi graphic designed for a small bottle strip may not fit an HVV display. A Pepsi graphic designed for another HVV package size may also not be the right choice.
The physical display format matters.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip is intended for the matching Pepsi HVV format. Check your current machine before ordering.
Machine Manufacturer and Model
The machine manufacturer is one useful compatibility check.
VendingWorld identifies Pepsi HVV graphics with Pepsi HVV front machines, including applicable Royal and Dixie Narco equipment.
However, machine compatibility can depend on the exact front configuration. Machines may be modified during their service life. A machine may have replacement parts or a different graphic panel than it had when originally manufactured.
For this reason, check the physical display area as well as the manufacturer and model.
Why Measure the Existing Graphic?
Measuring the existing graphic is one of the easiest ways to reduce ordering mistakes.
Take the old strip out if it can be safely removed. Measure its width and height. Compare those measurements with the replacement information.
If the existing graphic is missing, measure the display opening instead.
Do not rely only on the beverage name. Two products can have the same beverage branding but use different machine display formats.
Machine Refresh and Refurbishment
Flavor strips are useful during vending machine refurbishment.
A refurbished machine may receive cleaning, mechanical inspection, electrical testing, refrigeration service, payment system testing, and cosmetic work.
The product display is part of the cosmetic work.
If the machine is being prepared for a Pepsi beverage lineup, the Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip can be considered when the machine uses the matching display format.
A clean front panel can help complete the refurbishment process.
Useful for Used Vending Machines
Used vending machines often change locations and product selections. The graphics may not always match the new product lineup.
An operator may purchase a used machine that previously sold one beverage and later configure it for another selection.
When the product changes, the customer-facing graphic should also be checked.
For a machine configured to sell Pepsi Cola in a 20 oz bottle using the Pepsi HVV display format, this replacement strip may be useful.
Useful for New Machine Setup
New machine setup also requires attention to product graphics.
After the machine is installed, the operator can inspect every selection. Confirm the product in each position. Confirm the price. Confirm the product graphic. Confirm the selection button. Confirm that the displayed package size matches the product being sold.
This helps reduce customer confusion.
Vending Machine Merchandising
Merchandising is the way products are presented to customers. In a vending machine, merchandising includes product selection, product placement, pricing, graphics, lighting, cleanliness, and the overall front-panel layout.
A flavor strip is a small part of this system.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip can help identify a specific beverage selection. When combined with accurate pricing and proper product placement, it supports a clear customer-facing display.
Support a Clean Front Panel
The front of a beverage machine can collect dirt and wear over time. Graphics may also become damaged during service.
Regular cleaning and inspection can help keep the display looking organized.
When cleaning a vending machine, inspect the graphics. Look for fading, tearing, lifting, scratches, or missing pieces.
If a graphic needs replacement, identify the correct format before ordering.
Useful for High-Traffic Locations
Vending machines are often placed in locations where customers need quick access to beverages.
Examples include:
- Office buildings
- Warehouses
- Factories
- Retail stores
- Apartment communities
- Schools and educational facilities
- Recreation centers
- Transportation areas
- Customer service areas
- Employee break rooms
- Hospitality locations
In these settings, a clear product display can make it easier for customers to identify the beverage they want.
Help Customers Identify the Selection
A vending customer should not have to guess which button corresponds to a beverage.
The product graphic should support the selection process. The Pepsi Cola name and bottle image provide direct product identification.
The 20 oz bottle format also helps distinguish the selection from other package sizes.
For operators, keeping the product graphic matched to the product can be a simple but useful part of machine management.
Maintain Consistent Graphics Across a Route
Operators who manage several Pepsi HVV machines may want to keep replacement graphics organized.
A consistent graphic system can make machines easier to service. Technicians can quickly identify the brand, beverage, package size, and display format.
Keeping records of each machine's graphics can also help with future product changes.
Service Inventory Tips
Store flavor strips flat when possible. Keep them away from excessive moisture and unnecessary handling. Organize them so the graphics are easy to identify.
Useful inventory categories can include:
- Pepsi HVV
- 20 oz bottle graphics
- 12 oz can graphics
- Diet beverage graphics
- Sports drink graphics
- Water graphics
- Other beverage graphics
Label the storage area with the product name and SKU when practical.
Why the Exact Product Name Matters
There are many Pepsi-related flavor strips available. The exact product name helps separate one selection from another.
This item is identified as the Pepsi Cola New Age 20 oz bottle flavor strip.
It is not the same as a 12 oz can graphic. It is not the same as a Diet Pepsi graphic. It is not the same as a different vending machine display format.
Using the complete product name and SKU can make purchasing easier.
Pepsi Cola New Age Display
The New Age designation identifies the style used by the product listing. The graphic is part of the Pepsi HVV family of vending machine displays.
For operators who maintain Pepsi HVV equipment, matching the display style is important. A machine may use a coordinated set of product graphics. Replacing one graphic with a matching New Age style can help maintain that visual consistency.
Customer-Facing Product Information
Customers look for several pieces of information when making a vending selection.
- What beverage is available?
- What size is the beverage?
- Where is the beverage located?
- Which selection button should be used?
- What does the product look like?
The flavor strip primarily supports product identification. Other machine labels and controls handle pricing and selection.
When all of these elements are clear, the customer can move through the purchase process more easily.
Use the Graphic With the Correct Product
The best display results come when the graphic matches the actual product inside the machine.
If the machine shows a Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle graphic, the corresponding selection should contain the matching beverage and package type.
Operators should update the graphic if the product selection changes.
This is especially important when a machine is moved to a new location or when the product lineup is changed based on customer demand.
Simple Maintenance Step
Replacing a flavor strip is a smaller maintenance task than replacing a vending machine component such as a refrigeration system, motor, control board, or payment system.
That does not mean it is unimportant.
Small cosmetic details can affect the overall appearance of a machine. When a machine is clean and properly stocked, a damaged or missing graphic can stand out.
A replacement flavor strip can address that specific issue.
Prepare for Product Changes
Vending operators may change products over time. A beverage may be removed. Another may be added. Package sizes can also change.
Whenever the product lineup changes, inspect the customer-facing graphics.
If the machine is configured for Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottles and uses the Pepsi HVV format, the SA22PNA20 flavor strip can be considered for the appropriate selection.
Helpful for Route Maintenance
Route maintenance involves many small tasks. Operators may refill products, collect money, clean machines, inspect equipment, rotate inventory, check prices, and repair problems.
Flavor strip inspection can be included in this routine.
During each service visit, look at the front panel. Check whether the graphics are readable and correctly matched to the products.
If a strip is damaged, record the SKU and add it to the next service order.
Reduce Unnecessary Service Trips
Keeping commonly needed replacement graphics in inventory may help reduce unnecessary service trips.
For example, a technician servicing a Pepsi HVV machine may notice a missing product strip. If the correct strip is available in the service vehicle, the technician can address the display issue during the same visit.
This is one reason small replacement parts can be useful to route operators.
Organize by Machine Format
Organizing graphics by machine format can be more effective than organizing them only by beverage name.
For example, separate Pepsi HVV graphics from small bottle strips. Then separate 20 oz bottle graphics from 12 oz can graphics.
This makes it easier to locate the correct strip when a machine needs service.
Keep the SKU With the Part
The SKU SA22PNA20 should be retained with the product information.
If the strip is stored in a bin, the bin can be labeled with the SKU. If the part is entered into inventory software, use the complete product name and SKU.
This helps reduce confusion when multiple Pepsi graphics are stored together.
Replacement Graphic for Pepsi Equipment
This product is intended for operators who need a Pepsi Cola graphic for the matching Pepsi HVV display format.
It can be used as a replacement for a missing, worn, or damaged product display when the machine is compatible.
The graphic is not a mechanical machine part. It does not replace a motor, refrigeration component, payment system, control board, or product delivery component.
Its role is customer-facing product identification.
What This Flavor Strip Does
- Displays Pepsi Cola product identification.
- Shows a 20 oz bottle presentation.
- Uses a bottle-on-ice style.
- Provides calorie information on the graphic.
- Supports the Pepsi HVV front display.
- Helps identify the beverage selection.
- Can replace a damaged or missing graphic.
What This Flavor Strip Does Not Do
- It does not refrigerate the beverage.
- It does not control the vending machine.
- It does not process payments.
- It does not dispense the bottle.
- It does not set the product price.
- It does not repair a vending machine.
- It does not determine machine compatibility by itself.
It is a customer-facing display component.
Pairing Graphics With Vending Machine Service
A vending machine service visit can include several inspections. Technicians may inspect the refrigeration system, product delivery system, payment equipment, buttons, wiring, switches, motors, cabinet, and display.
The flavor strip can be checked during the display inspection.
This creates a more complete maintenance routine. The machine is checked for both operational and customer-facing issues.
Pepsi HVV Machine Display Maintenance
Pepsi HVV machines are designed around high-visibility beverage merchandising. The front display is therefore an important part of the machine.
A damaged product graphic can reduce the visual consistency of the display.
Replacing it with the correct HVV-style graphic can help restore the intended appearance.
Good for Machine Relocation Projects
Moving a vending machine to a new location can create new merchandising needs.
The product lineup may change based on the customers at the new location. When products change, the graphics should be reviewed.
If the new lineup includes Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottles and the machine uses the Pepsi HVV format, the appropriate Pepsi Cola HVV flavor strip can be used to identify the selection.
Useful for Seasonal Machine Updates
Some operators change product selections based on location, season, or customer demand.
Even when the beverage selection does not change, graphics can become worn over time. A routine inspection helps operators identify graphics that need attention.
Replacement graphics can be kept with other vending maintenance supplies so they are available when needed.
Why Visual Merchandising Matters in Vending
Vending machines rely on fast visual communication. Customers usually see the product graphic before they press a selection button.
A clear graphic can help the customer understand the product offered at that location.
For Pepsi Cola, the familiar product name and bottle presentation provide direct visual information.
This makes the flavor strip a practical part of the machine's point-of-sale display.
Keep Product Names Accurate
Accuracy is important when displaying products. A customer should be able to tell what the machine is offering.
If a machine sells a 20 oz Pepsi Cola bottle, the product display should correspond to that selection.
When a different package size is installed, operators should check whether a different graphic is needed.
Helpful for Refurbished Pepsi Machines
Refurbished vending machines can benefit from updated graphics.
A machine may have been used for years before refurbishment. Its original graphics may show signs of wear.
Cleaning the machine and replacing damaged graphics can make the finished machine look more complete.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip can be part of that process when the machine uses the compatible format.
Simple Display Replacement
One benefit of a flavor strip is that it addresses a specific display need.
There is no need to replace a larger machine component simply because one product graphic is missing.
Instead, the operator can identify the correct replacement and update the display area.
This makes flavor strips useful maintenance items for vending businesses.
Use With Proper Machine Identification
Before ordering, identify the machine as accurately as possible.
Look for the manufacturer name. Check the model number. Inspect the front design. Compare the existing graphics.
Then compare the replacement product details.
This is particularly important for older machines because they may have been modified during their service life.
Important Compatibility Reminder
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip should be ordered based on the physical display format of your machine.
VendingWorld identifies the Pepsi HVV format as 5.3 x 7.2 inches and associates the DB95 style with Pepsi HVV front machines.
Always compare your existing graphic and display area before purchasing. Product specifications and availability may change.
Pepsi HVV Flavor Strip Applications
The Pepsi HVV format is useful for customer-facing beverage vending displays where a larger graphic area is used.
The larger display can provide room for clear product identification. It can also create a consistent appearance across a selection panel.
This Pepsi Cola graphic is designed for a 20 oz bottle selection.
Vending Operators and Customer Experience
Customers expect vending machines to be easy to understand. They want to see the beverage choices, prices, and selection controls.
A clean display can help support that experience.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip is one part of that display. It provides product identification in a familiar Pepsi presentation.
Use in Office Vending
Office vending machines often serve employees throughout the day. Customers may make quick beverage purchases during breaks or between tasks.
Clear product graphics can make selection easier.
For an office beverage machine selling Pepsi Cola in a 20 oz bottle, a matching Pepsi HVV graphic can help identify the selection.
Use in Warehouse and Workplace Vending
Warehouses and workplaces may use beverage vending machines in break rooms and employee areas.
These machines can experience frequent use. Product graphics should be inspected along with the rest of the machine.
A replacement strip can help keep the beverage selection clearly identified when the original graphic becomes worn or damaged.
Use in Retail Environments
Retail locations may place vending machines near entrances, waiting areas, employee spaces, or customer service areas.
The front of the machine becomes part of the retail environment.
Clean product graphics can help the machine look organized and ready for customer use.
Use in Apartment Communities
Apartment communities may offer vending machines in common areas, clubhouses, laundry rooms, or recreational spaces.
Residents need to understand the available beverage choices quickly.
A clear Pepsi Cola product graphic can help identify the selection.
Use in Recreation Areas
Recreation facilities can have high demand for cold beverages. Customers may include athletes, families, employees, and visitors.
Clear product graphics can help users find the beverage they want.
The bottle-on-ice presentation fits naturally with a cold beverage vending environment.
Keep the Machine Easy to Read
Readability matters in vending.
A customer should be able to look at the machine and understand the product selections. A damaged or missing graphic can make the display harder to follow.
Replacing worn graphics is one way to improve the clarity of the front panel.
Vending Machine Display Inspection Checklist
- Are all product graphics present?
- Are the graphics readable?
- Do the graphics match the products?
- Do the package sizes match?
- Are the graphics the correct format?
- Are any graphics torn or damaged?
- Are prices visible?
- Are selection buttons readable?
- Is the display area clean?
- Are surrounding graphics in good condition?
Replace Only What Needs Replacement
Not every machine needs a full graphics replacement.
If one Pepsi Cola strip is damaged while the rest of the display is in good condition, replacing that individual strip may be enough.
This can be a practical approach for operators who want to maintain the machine without replacing unnecessary components.
Build a Vending Parts Inventory
A vending parts inventory can include mechanical components, electrical parts, payment components, labels, locks, motors, switches, and graphics.
Flavor strips are easy to store because they are small compared with most vending machine components.
Operators can keep a small supply of frequently used graphics for route service.
Benefits of Keeping Spare Graphics
- Faster response to damaged graphics.
- Fewer delays during machine refreshes.
- Easier route maintenance.
- Better inventory control.
- Simple replacement during service visits.
- Useful preparation for product changes.
Ordering the Correct Pepsi Flavor Strip
When ordering, use the complete product description.
Specify Pepsi Cola. Specify 20 oz bottle. Specify HVV. Specify New Age. Then verify the SKU.
For this product, the listed SKU is SA22PNA20.
Also check the physical dimensions and display style.
Do Not Confuse Bottle and Can Graphics
Package size and package type both matter.
A 12 oz can graphic is not the same as a 20 oz bottle graphic. Even when the beverage brand is the same, the customer-facing image should match the product package.
This item is specifically identified as a 20 oz bottle flavor strip.
Pepsi Cola 20 oz Bottle Display
The 20 oz bottle format is a common beverage package type in vending. Customers may expect the graphic to show a bottle when that package is being sold.
The bottle-on-ice presentation supports that expectation.
For operators using Pepsi HVV machines, this creates a direct connection between the display graphic and the beverage selection.
Simple Customer-Facing Information
The flavor strip gives the customer several visual cues.
- Pepsi Cola identifies the beverage.
- The bottle image identifies the package style.
- The 20 oz format identifies the intended size.
- The bottle-on-ice design supports the cold beverage presentation.
- Calorie information provides additional product information.
Maintain a Clean Vending Presentation
A vending machine should be inspected regularly.
Clean the glass and cabinet. Check the product shelves. Remove damaged labels. Inspect the selection buttons. Check prices. Inspect graphics.
These simple tasks can help maintain a clean customer-facing machine.
Product Graphics and Machine Performance
A flavor strip does not affect the mechanical performance of a vending machine.
The machine can dispense products without a flavor strip. However, the graphic affects the way customers identify the selection.
This makes it a display component rather than an operational component.
Useful for Operators Who Value Detail
Vending businesses involve many small details. Product levels must be checked. Prices must be updated. Machines must be cleaned. Equipment must be maintained.
Graphics are another detail that should not be ignored.
A missing Pepsi Cola strip may be a small issue, but it can be corrected with the appropriate replacement.
Product Selection Accuracy
Always make sure the product inside the machine matches the product displayed outside.
If the selection contains a Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle, the Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle graphic is appropriate for that position when the machine uses the matching HVV format.
If the selection changes, inspect the graphic again.
Use During Machine Installation
After installing a vending machine, inspect every product position.
Confirm that each product is correctly displayed. Check that each graphic is aligned with the correct selection. Check that the package size is correct.
This can help prevent customer confusion after installation.
Use During Machine Reconfiguration
Machine reconfiguration is common in vending. An operator may change the beverage lineup based on sales, location, season, or customer requests.
Whenever the product layout changes, inspect the graphics.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip can be used for the appropriate Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle position when the machine uses the matching HVV format.
Useful for Bottlers and Service Teams
Vending service teams and beverage equipment professionals may maintain many machines. They can benefit from clear parts identification.
Using the SKU and complete product name can make ordering easier.
Keeping graphics grouped by format can also simplify service work.
Storage Tips for Flavor Strips
Store graphics in a clean, dry area. Avoid unnecessary bending or folding. Keep them organized by format.
If several graphics look similar, label the storage bins clearly.
Use the SKU and product name whenever possible.
Pepsi HVV Replacement Graphics
The Pepsi HVV category includes multiple beverage options. This makes it possible for operators to maintain a consistent family of graphics across a machine.
When several selections need replacement, check each product individually. Confirm the beverage, package size, and display format before ordering.
Consistent Display Across Multiple Selections
A vending machine may display several beverages in a row. Matching graphic styles can make the front panel look more organized.
For example, an operator may have Pepsi Cola, Diet Pepsi Cola, Mountain Dew, and other beverage selections. Each graphic should match the actual beverage and package format.
Replacing damaged graphics helps maintain that consistency.
Why Product Accuracy Matters
A customer should receive the product shown by the machine selection.
Accurate graphics support clear communication. They help customers know what they are selecting before they pay.
For this reason, product graphics should be reviewed whenever the machine lineup changes.
Helpful for Route Audits
Route audits can include a review of machine appearance.
Operators can record which machines need cleaning, product changes, price updates, repairs, or graphic replacements.
Flavor strips can be included in the inspection checklist.
Simple Route Audit Questions
- Does the machine look clean?
- Are all products clearly identified?
- Are all graphics present?
- Do the graphics match the products?
- Are the graphics damaged?
- Are prices current?
- Are selection buttons readable?
- Does the machine need a replacement Pepsi graphic?
Improve Display Consistency Without Replacing the Machine
A worn flavor strip does not mean the entire vending machine needs to be replaced.
If the machine is mechanically sound, a small graphic replacement may be all that is required for that specific display issue.
This can be especially useful for older machines that remain productive in their current locations.
Support Long-Term Machine Maintenance
Good vending machine maintenance involves both major and minor tasks.
Major repairs keep equipment operating. Minor replacements keep the machine presentable and easy to use.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip belongs in the second category.
It supports the customer-facing display and product identification area.

Installation and Replacement Considerations
Before replacing a flavor strip, make sure the machine is in a safe condition for service. Follow the machine manufacturer's service procedures. Do not force a graphic into an opening that does not match its size.
Remove the old graphic carefully. Clean the display area if needed. Compare the new graphic with the old one. Confirm the orientation. Confirm that the product shown matches the product in the machine.
If the machine uses a retaining frame, pocket, holder, or other display mechanism, use the appropriate procedure for that machine.
Do not modify the strip unless the machine or product instructions specifically call for it. The Pepsi HVV format is designed for a particular display area, so proper sizing is important.
Before You Order
Use this quick checklist before purchasing:
- Confirm that the machine uses a Pepsi HVV display.
- Confirm that the selection contains Pepsi Cola.
- Confirm that the product is a 20 oz bottle.
- Check the current flavor strip.
- Measure the current strip.
- Check the display opening.
- Compare the format with the listed Pepsi HVV size.
- Confirm SKU SA22PNA20.
- Check product availability before ordering.
After Installation
Once the new graphic is installed, stand in front of the machine and review the complete display.
Make sure the graphic is positioned correctly. Confirm that it lines up with the intended selection. Make sure it does not cover a price label or selection button.
Then confirm that the product inside the machine matches the graphic.
This final check can help prevent simple display errors.
Use the Correct Product Graphic for Each Selection
Vending machines can contain many beverage choices. A single machine may sell regular soda, diet soda, sports drinks, water, tea, and other beverages.
Each selection needs accurate identification.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip is intended for the Pepsi Cola 20 oz bottle position in a compatible Pepsi HVV display.
Use a different product graphic when the beverage or package format changes.
Display Maintenance Is Part of Vending Maintenance
It is easy to focus on the mechanical parts of a vending machine. Motors, compressors, coin mechanisms, bill validators, control boards, switches, and wiring all require attention.
But the customer-facing display also deserves regular inspection.
A machine is a combination of equipment and merchandising. The equipment delivers the product. The display helps the customer select it.
Keeping both areas in good condition supports a complete vending operation.
Helpful for Operators Managing Older Machines
Older vending machines can remain useful when they are properly maintained.
A machine does not necessarily need to be replaced because one graphic is worn. If the machine continues to meet the operator's needs, a small replacement may be appropriate.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip can be part of that type of maintenance when the machine uses the matching format.
Keep Pepsi HVV Graphics Organized
If your vending business uses multiple Pepsi HVV graphics, organization can save time.
Store the graphics in a dedicated location. Use dividers for different package sizes. Keep the SKU information available.
For example, one storage section can be labeled Pepsi HVV 20 oz bottles. Another can be labeled Pepsi HVV 12 oz cans.
This makes it easier to select the correct graphic during service.
Benefits for Vending Machine Resellers
Vending machine resellers may refurbish machines before offering them to customers. Display graphics can be part of the preparation process.
A machine with worn graphics may need cosmetic work before it is ready for a new location.
Replacing damaged graphics can help complete the front-panel presentation.
Benefits for Machine Refurbishment Shops
Refurbishment shops often work with several machine models. Parts must be organized carefully.
Flavor strips should be stored by machine format and beverage type. The SKU can be used to identify the correct product.
This Pepsi Cola HVV 20 oz bottle strip is a useful inventory item when the shop services compatible Pepsi HVV equipment.
Customer-Friendly Beverage Identification
A customer should be able to understand the machine with minimal effort.
The Pepsi Cola brand name is familiar to many beverage customers. The bottle-on-ice image provides a clear visual cue. The 20 oz format indicates the intended package size.
These details support quick product recognition.
Simple Product Display Solution
Not every vending machine issue requires a complex solution.
If the problem is a missing or damaged product graphic, a replacement flavor strip can address that specific issue.
The Pepsi Cola HVV New Age 20 oz Bottle Flavor Strip provides a replacement option for compatible Pepsi HVV displays.
Long-Term Vending Display Care
Vending graphics can experience normal wear. Machines are opened for restocking and service. Products are handled. Cleaning takes place. Machines may be moved.
These activities can affect customer-facing graphics over time.
Regular inspection helps operators identify graphics that need replacement.
Make Display Inspection Part of the Service Routine
A simple route service routine can include a visual inspection of the machine front.
- Check cabinet condition.
- Check glass condition.
- Check product graphics.
- Check price labels.
- Check selection buttons.
- Check product levels.

- Check payment equipment.
When a flavor strip needs replacement, record the correct product and SKU.

Why Buy A Refurbished Machine?
Great Returns - Commercial Grade Machines - Affordability
New vs Refurbished
We used to sell new machines as well as reconditioned ones. We no longer sell new, for one main reason.
According to a recent survey of vending operators, about 93 out of 100 potential vending accounts don't generate enough revenue to justify the cost of new equipment. New machines are great if you have high volume accounts, but most people do not have these accounts.
Typical pricing on new "commercial grade" machines:
- Can drink machines: $6,200–$7,400
- Snack machines: $6,600–$8,500
- Cold food machines: $8,900–$11,700
(Priced with mech and validator, typical options, vendor pricing not including sales tax or shipping in some cases.)
As you can see, that's quite high compared to used or refurbished equipment.
Please remember 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished but what does that really mean? Please see our machine ratings page for what we actually do to our machines. Many of our competitors don't even 'clean or paint the inside' of the machines.
Start small and grow as you can afford it.Many people start in the vending business without much knowledge, and that can hurt them financially if they're not careful.
All of the machines that we sell are full size, commercial machines. There are many machines that are made that are small, countertop or mechanical coin acceptance. These machines are fine if you are a housewife looking to make a little extra money on the side. We used to sell those type of machines and no longer do. The main reason is that people who were serious about vending would out grow these type of machines in several months.
Small mechanical machines have two main problems:
- They don't make change or accept dollar bills
- They "work you to death" — frequent refills for very little payoff
Most hold under 100 products and gross only $40–$50 per full restock, and profit is less than half of that.
A full-size commercial machine, by contrast, usually holds 350 to 600 products and empties out at $250–$500. Since you spend most of your time just driving to the location, you might as well fill 500 products instead of 50.
